Rules and Guidelines:

SPOKEN POETRY
Guidelines
1. Spoken poetry is a performance art that is word based. It is a writing that meant to be
spoken or delivered with emotions an audience. It is an oral art that focuses on the
aesthetics of world play, rhythm, and provisions, rhyme, intonation and voice inflection.
2. Each group must have two (2) entries.
3. The spoken poetry must be an original composition. It could be written in English and
Filipino or combination of the two (TagLish)
4. The piece must be related with the topic, “I want to be a Saint” and “Mensahe para
sa Kabataan”
5. Each contestant is given a minimum of 1 minute and a maximum of 5 minutes to
recite or deliver his/her piece.
6. The spoken poetry must deliver from the memory and any movement is confined on
the video.
7. Sounds, instrumental or musical background are allowed to compliment the delivery.
No deduction shall be made if the contestant opts not to have a musical background.
8. Submission will be on or before October 28, 2020
Criteria
a. Content- 30%
• The content of the spoken piece is relevant and related to the theme “Safe Spaces for
the Youths”
• The piece shall have a powerful and meaningful message to the audience.
b. Delivery and Performance- 30%
• The spoken piece was delivered from the heart.
• Facial expressions, hand and body gestures emphasized the different elements of the
performance.
• Voice is modulated, compelling and phrasing is fluent.
• Spoke loudly and clearly enough for listeners to hear and understand.
• Voice project confidence and conviction.
c. Originality- 30%
• Must be originally composed or written by the participants.
• The piece was effectively recited from memory
• Freestyle or improvising was spontaneous even if a word or line was forgotten.
d. Social media heart reacts and share – 10 %

DIGITAL ARTS

Guidelines:
[Link] finished digital arts are 5x7 inches in size, landscape layout.
2. The digital art must be related from the given topic, “ All For Jesus” and “Blessed
Carlo Acutis: The Millennial Saint”
3. Each team will have 2 representatives (1 each topic)
4. Each representative is required to present an explanation of their work
5. Submission will be on or before October 28, 2020

Criteria
a. Content – 20%
•The piece shall have a powerful and meaningful message to the audience.
b. Originality – 20%

•  It must show the ability to be inventive and creative.

c. Relevance to the topic – 20%

•  The design should effectively communicate from the given topic.

d. Creativity – 40%

•The Poster design must captivate the judges’ senses, taking into consideration the
aesthetic principles of symmetry, focal point, pattern, perspective, dimensionality and
proportion
e. Social Media Heart React and Share- 10%

PHOTOGRAPHY
Guidelines
1. The photo entries are 5x7 inches in size, landscape layout.
2. Each group must have four (4) entries, (2 each topic)

3. The photo entry must be related from the given topic, “Christian Life in the
Midst of Pandemic” and “Challenging my Limits”
4. Photos can be taken Digital Cameras or Phone Cameras.
5. Photos taken by film camera, fisheye lens, and stitched panoramas are not
eligible. Post processing of the image is limited to cropping and color
enhancements, including shadows and highlights only. 
6. All entries must be an original material taken by the photographer and should not
include watermarks, signatures, frames, date and/or time stamp or any other
markings on the photo.
7. Entries must be unpublished and exclusive to this contest within the duration of
the photo contest
8. Submission of entries will be on or before October 28, 2020
Criteria
a. Relevance to the topic – 30%
• The design should effectively communicate from the given topic
b. Creativity – 20%
•Subject matter pictured in a unique way or shown from an interesting point of
view and used in light interesting ways
c. Originality – 20%
•Must be originally taken or captured by the participants.
d. Uniqueness of the concept – 20%
• Well placement of interest in the photo, absence of distracting elements
e. Social media heart reacts and share – 10%

TIKTOK
Guidelines
1. The video must be made using the app tiktok and post it on tiktok using the
hashtags #SFPYM #AllForJesus and #SFPYMYouthMinistersWeek and tagging
Tiktok account of SFPYM San Fabian.
2. Each video can be made by a group or a single representative of each team with
a maximum of 5 minutes only. No deduction shall be made if the contestant
finishes the video in less than the maximum time frame.
3. The video must be related to the topic “Saintify: Introducing the Saints” and
“ALD ANIMATIONS”. The choices for the animations are ;

4. Each group must have 4 representatives, 2 in each topic.
5. Submission of Entries will be on or before October 28,2020.

Criteria
Saintify:
a. Relevance to the topic - 30%
 The video must effectively relevant to the given topic which is to portray a
chosen saint
b. Creativity and Originality – 30%
 The saint should be portrayed using the most efficient way to portray like
using indigenous materials for the costumes, it must be done originally by
the team members.
c. Execution and Impact – 30%
 The portrayal should be executed well, depicting the life of the saints and
relaying clear information about the chosen saint
d. Social Media Heart Reacts and Share – 10%

Animations:
a. Choreography – 40%
 Includes Creativity, artistry and style
b. Execution – 40%
 The dancing should in the right timing, deploys energy and shows
coordination and projection
c. Impact – 10%
 The video must show joy and will make an impact to the viewers, setting
the mood.
d. Social Media Heart Reacts and Share – 10%

BIBLE QUIZ BEE


Guidelines
1. The coverage of the Bible quiz bee is the Old Testament’s first 5 books which are
the Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deutoronomy.
2. Each Team must have 4 representatives
3. The bible quiz bee will be set using the website Kahoot!

CALL OF DUTY AND MOBILE LEGENDS


Guidelines
1. The game will be set on a 5 versus 5 players mode
2. The game will be on round robin competition where the 2 teams with highest
number of wins will play in the final round
3. No trash talking, teasing and roasting, team proven to do the said violations will
be disqualified from the game.
4. List of the participants should be submitted on or before October 25,2020
