I. Schedule

II. Order of Events


1. pre-defense
a. class admission (2 minutes maximum)
b. greetings and introduction of presentation (1 minute maximum)
2. defense proper
a. presentation (5 minutes maximum)
b. panelists’ Q&A (5 minutes maximum)

III. Slides

IV. Presentation
1. attire
a. MHCC white uniform
2. presenter
a. assign a person to present the research title and group members
b. each section shall be presented by its author/s
c. turn on camera only when presenting
d. presenter shall be spotlighted
i. camera must show at least half body (field reporter camera shot)
ii. movement is encouraged
iii. cue cards are allowed, but not recommended

ii. manner (tone, diction, eloquence) 5 points
iii. method (clarity, thought organization) 5 points
2. system

i. panelist 1’s score + panelist 2’s score + instructor’s score / 3 = final score

V. Evaluation
