2. Our organization’s plan during the pandemic needs to be prepared carefully. We
have to minimize the impact to your organization by creating a plan that clearly outlines
roles, responsibilities, and policies. We have to downsize the employees in every
region. And social distinction in every office. Employees should sit and work 6 feets
away from each other. We provide hand gel or hand [Link] employee should
wear a mask or face shield that we provided. They should also work with personal
distinction. They do not need to come to office everyday and when they are at their
houses, they have to do work from home. Our organization always trains for employees,
so they have to attend online training with their senior employees or mentors. As
pandemics can cause absenteeism, alter patterns of business and travel, interrupt
supply chains, and affect the daily operations of our business, It is important to plan to
have your core business activities remain operational for several weeks or months with
limited staff. reduced labour supply, including your regular workers or availability of
contractors or temporary workers. We have to protect people at higher risk for
complications, maintain business operations and minimize impact on our customers and
business partners. As for work from home, employees have to work as at the
workplace. And we arrange online meetings and discussions for our business. We
provide everything medical needs and support as the Ministry of Health and Sports,
Myanmar instruction to obey the rules. And as for the marketing team, we are selling
and trading medicine, so we have to sell through the clinics, hospitals, pharmacy stores
and doctors. So the marketing team has to do personal selling as usual. But as Covid
19 has outbreak, most of the clinics and hospitals do not allow outsiders expect
patients. So as for them they can not go and make any personal selling to them. We
have to arrange the marketing team to make sales with the phone or on social media
and provide delivery through the online or on phone.

3. Working from home is not that suitable for our organization but it is still okay while the
pandemic is happening. It is better than not working in this period. It is still half suitable.
We do not reduce their salaries and we even prepaid their salaries. And if they need to
come to work, we also provide a ferry for employees. So as for employees they do not
have any transportation fees for coming to work and going back to home. Even if they
are working from home, we make sure if they are working or not. Employees have to
submit the data or whatever they are working for the organization. Every condition has
pros and cons. So working from home also has both of the effects. For example, as I
mentioned before employees do not have to cost extra fees for transportation and are
full of salaries, they will be thankful to the company and will be more concentrated on
their jobs. As we are both distributing and selling medical supplies, we can still sell
through online. Customers are afraid to go outside and buy everything they need. Like
for not kind of serious health conditions, they do not want to go to clinics or hospitals.
They just want to take medicines. We are delivering the medicines or every medical
support they need. Employees by eliminating their daily commutes, it also increases
productivity and leads to healthier lifestyles. For cons possible productivity gains due to
fewer interruptions, allowing more focused work. Increased staff motivation with staff
having a better work/life balance. Financial benefits savings on office space and other
facilities. And as for disadvantages, there could be difficulty managing home workers
and monitoring their performance. And as for the company, initial costs of training and
providing suitable equipment, including adaptations to meet health and safety
standards. This is for the company side view. Problems with staff development means
difficulty of maintaining staff development and upgrading skills. Communication
problems could increase feelings of isolation amongst home workers. If we are working
with teammates or co-workers, working alone at home is not as good as working with
colleagues. I ncreased telecommunications costs - for example, increase in telephone or
broadband bills or the requirement to supply your employee with a mobile phone for
work purposes.

4. Employees behaviours
Employees are doing fine with work from home but some of them or some times, they
delay time and do not want to make their project to be done within the working hours.
Working through the internet without supervisors or managers makes them do things
through the internet like using facebook or watching movies in their job time. Because
we can not manage them every time as in the normal working area or working industry.
When the pandemic starts to happen, the employees are having job insecurity in deed
of losing their jobs. They also have to be afraid of the virus, Covid and also afraid of
losing their jobs and opportunities. The coronavirus pandemic has made employees'
mental health top-of-mind for employers, as many working adults are feeling a sense of
uncertainty. If they are working from home, they may be juggling child and elder care
issues and responsibilities. They can not focus on their jobs in case of their job
insecurities. And for their positive behaviour, they attend all the online training and
online learning that concerns their job and work.
Daily activities
Routine daily activities for organization are working in normal time at 9am. The
employees have to attend online meetings at 9am and allocate the tasks they have to
do and after that they have to attend online teaching for their jobs and tasks if they have
to. And they have to do their jobs as part of their departments. And employees if they
need to come to the workplace, they have to wash their hands first and wear masks
before they enter their workplace. As the working desks need to be cleaned, the
employees should do their personal desk cleansing before they start to do their jobs.
Social interactions
Social interactions between employees and organizations are going well through during
this pandemic. But sometimes, it is not face to face communication, so there may be
some barriers when we try to communicate during working or doing the tasks. And
interaction with customers, they have to ask and answer through online or on phone, so
there may be some issues. But still okay with that if the employees can handle this kind
of barriers. And for interaction with suppliers, there may be some issues. Because the
suppliers we connected are mostly from India, China and Canada, there are many
Covid cases and outbreaks in their countries. The transportation or communication may
have barriers. For example, if we order our products, the planes and transportation are
Organizational Behaviour 5

delayed and reach us late. Before the pandemic, the airplane normally takes 2 to 3 days
but now in a pandemic it takes 2 to 3 weeks. So they can have problems with products.
Dynamic customers
Customers may want to take care of business when they go online or call. The are 7
dynamic customers and they are Awareness, Consideration, Evaluation, Purchase,
Experience, Loyalty and Advocacy. a new way of looking at customer and business
relationships as viewed across all points of contact phone, email, self-service, chat, etc.
Customer Dynamics has the potential to significantly expand the scope and end-results
of traditional CRM systems through the contribution of additional information only
available from analysis of multi-channel customer interactions. So we have to
understand what our customers need and want.

leverage the impact of norms falls under the general category of ‘nudges’ ,
which influence behaviour through modification of choice architecture
(i.e., the contexts in which people make decisions). Because people are
highly reactive to the choices made by others, especially trusted others,
an understanding of social norms that are seen as new or emerging can
have a positive impact on behavior. During a pandemic, health officials
often need to persuade the population to make.
