Jonas: Good afternoon sir. Welcome to the UAH Hotel. How may I


help you?
Syryl: Good afternoon. I have a reservation for today.
Jonas: May I have your name, please?
Syryl: Syryl Soriano, S-O-R-I-A-N-O
Jonas: Let me check... (kunware nag check sa pc) We have your
reservation for two nights starting today. May I see your
identification?
Syryl: Here’s my passport
Jonas: Thank you. (kunware nag type) Your room number is 504.
Here is the key to your room.
Syryl: All right.
Jonas: Breakfast will be served in the cafeteria from 7:00 to
10:00 A.M. If you have any requests, please call the front desk.
Syryl: Thanks. Can I use the Internet in my room?
Jonas: Yes, we have a Wi-Fi connection in each room. Here’s the
password. (may inabot na papel)
Syryl: Thanks.
Jonas: My pleasure, sir. Have a wonderful stay at the UAH Hotel.

CHECK OUT

Syryl: Hi there. Are you checking out now?


Jonas: Yes, sorry. I know we're a few minutes late.
Syryl: That's no problem. It's always really busy at check out
time anyway. How was everything?
Jonas: The room was great. The beds were really comfortable, and
we weren't expecting our own fridge.
Syryl: I'm glad you liked it.
Jonas: The kids were disappointed that the pool wasn't open this
morning, though.
Syryl: I apologize for that. We can't get a cleaner in any
earlier than 10 am.
Jonas: Well we had a nice swim last night anyhow.
Syryl: Will you be putting this on your credit card?
Jonas: No. I'll pay cash.
Syryl: OK. So the total comes to P4399, including tax.
Jonas: I thought it was P4000 even. That's what they said
yesterday when we checked in.
Syryl: Yes, but there is an extra room charge on your bill.
Jonas: Oh, I forgot. My kids ordered a plate of nachos. Sorry.
Syryl: No problem. here's your change. Now, I'll just need to ask
you for your room keys.
Jonas: Here you go (binigay key)
Syryl: Thank you again for staying at the HAU Hotel.

Syryl: (knock knock) Bellboy


Jonas: Yes, please come in.
Syryl: Are you ready with your luggage sir?
Jonas: Yes, these are my luggages.
Syryl: Is this only your luggages sir?
Jonas: Yes, that’s only it.
Syryl: Would you like to check your room once again, to make sure
that you are not forgetting something.
Jonas: There is nothing left.
Syryl: Okay sir, I will see you in lobby. Just go to reception
area to surrender your keycard.

After checking out…

Syryl: Mr. Jonas this way please. Thank you for your staying with
us I hope you satisfied our service have a nice day. Good bye.
Jonas: Thank you, Goodbye.
