2. In case of any reasons if the tenders are not responded on the above date the next date of submission
and opening of
bids will be 0'1.,1/-)0),,0 and the tender documents will also be available upto Ob -I/-J.-0),..0 during Office hours.
3. The tender documents will be issued to the firms on submission of application in their original
letter head alongwith Pay
Order of Tender Cost in favour of Keamari Zone DMC(West) as mentioned above.

4. The Bid Security as mentioned above in shape of Pay Order I Bank Guarantee in favour of
Keamari Zone DMC(West)
shall must be enclosed with tender documents without which the tender will be treated as cancelled.

5. The Contractors must mention their complete and correct present/postal address in tender documents
and quote the rates
both in-words and in-figures. Incomplete I Conditional tenders will be not accepted In addition
the bidders must furnish
the documentary evidence against each eligibility as well as minimum qualification criteria
as included in the Bidding
Documents. Otherwise their tenders will be summarily rejected without consideration of their bid
amount.
6. The successful bidder will furnish a performance guarantee at the time of agreement in shape
of Pay Order I Bank
Guarantee equal to 5% of sanctioned cost. This Guarantee will be released after completion of
work.
7. An amount to 5% of Contractual Value will be deducted as Retention Money as per condition
of contract which will be
released after successful expiry of maintenance period.
8. The tender documents can be had from the Office as mentioned above on any working day
during Office Hours except
the date of opening.
9. All the tender shall be dropped on as per above schedule upto 03.· 00pm and will be opened
by the Tender Opening
Committee in the Office of Executive Engineer (B&R) Keamari Zone DMC(West) Karachi at 03:30pm
in presence of the
Contractor who wish to be present.
10. In case the date of sale I dropping I opening declared as a public holiday by the Governmen
t or non working day due to
any reason the next Official working day shall be deemed to the date for sale submission and
opening of tenders at the
same time.
11 . The bidder shall attach all evidence in compliance of the Eligibility & Minimum Criteria already
mentioned in the bidding
documents

12 The Procuring Agency may reject all or any bids or proposal

s at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal
subject to the relevant provision of SPPRA Rules 2010.

13 Canvassing in connecti on with tenders is strictly prohibite
