Introduction

“Company Name” is an organization that deals with construction and

improve the infrastructures in the country. Our task as an organization is to do a

project for an individual recipient. This project was accomplished during a pandemic,

which delayed some activities to complete certain tasks, but our group had finished

the project as early as possible. The group was queried to find a recipient who

possesses a land lot where we can propose an infrastructure that satisfies their

acquisition.

Our group have acquired a recipient namely, “name of the recipient”, who

owns a land lot which “he/she” proposes to build a 3-Storey Building which “include

purpose of the building.” The land lot is measured to be “area of the lot”. The location

of the project is established in “location”, which can be seen in the photo map

attached below.

As engineers, we are tasked to satisfy the request of the recipient and

establish safety protocols for the building which we are then to provide the proposal

and design of the infrastructure for the approval of our addressee.


“Company name” has then contracted an agreement between two parties

regarding the construction of a 3-Storey Building located in “location” and measured

to a land lot of “area of the lot” with “recipient’s name”.
