My objective of writing this letter is to get the certificates and assignments which I have finished during
my course.
Let me explain my situation, I am switching my job and recently, I have been interviewed from one of
the leading MNC company and my employer has asked me to submit my presentation skill course
reports and assignments but, I do not have copies of that because the school has not returned to us as
we were graded only. I am requesting you to provide me these documents so that I can transfer it to my
employer.
I would like to ask you, what is the process to obtain these reports and do I need to pay any fees for
that?
