Cross check with emergency group to ensure group equipment

Packing and the distribution of equipment can be one of the toughest and longest part of any camp. To make it
easier make sure you allow for sufficient time, have enough equipment available, follow a system (names on an
excel sheet) provide an appropriate packing list, and spend time fitting bags appropriately to avoid issues later on!
MICRO TUTORIAL NIGHT GAMES
Mini Olympics, group is spilt in two team, each player must play one of these games..
Points are tallied to team who wins the game based on speed, efficiency, and fair play.
The games are as followed:

1. How low can you go?


• a jelly bean is placed on a plate
• players must bend and pick up the jelly bean without using their hands and arms
2. The amazing race
• players must assemble and pack up a Trangia quickly, and as efficiently as possible
3. Spicks and specks
• Players must sing the tune of the song but to the words on the page given to them
• Whichever team that can guess the song the quickest wins
4. Show us your dingle dangle
• Players must tie a piece of string to the snake and attach it to their head
• Players must eat the snake as quickly as possible and they cannot use their hands
5. Lights camera action
• The classic game of charades
• A movie is picked for the payers to act out with no talking
• Team who guesses the movie the quickest wins
6. Flipping out Man
• Players must flip the water bottle and land it perfectly two times
• Player who completes it the quickest wins
7. Timber
• Plank off
• Players must plank until a player taps out
• The player that can hold the plank the longest wins
8. Final Race
• Players must collect three items the quickest
• They must collect a stone the size of a fist, a stick the size of an arm and a sleeping bag bag.
• The player that comes back first with all three items wins the point.
9. CHOMP ( tie breaker game if needed, or if extra players)
• one player is the eater has their hands behind their back
• one player is the arms, responsible for feeding the player
• First teams to complete the food of choice wins (often done with dry Weet-bix, muesli bars,
or whatever is available)
