Presentation, Analysis and Interpretation of Data
The focus of this chapter is the presentation, analysis and interpretation of data
gathered by the researchers. The total respondents is one hundred (100) FROM SHS
students of AMA Caloocan. All the questions stated in the statement of the problem
were answered and supported by the following graph and table.
Sub-problem No.1: What is the 1st semester average of the respondents?

Most of the SHS students 1st semester average from 96-99 has 3% or lower data
and students who got 91-95 has 25% while in average from 86-90 has the larger data
which is 61% and last, students who got an average from 80-85 or 11% .
Sub-problem No.2: What are the factors that affect the academic performance of SHS
students of AMA Caloocan with low self-esteem.
2.2 Is there any significant relationship of academic performance on having low self-
esteem.
The proponents assess the data gathered on the survey questionnaire
answered by the respondents to identify if there’s a significant relation in academic
performances of the said AMACC SHS Students showed by the following table per
statement prepared by the proponents.

The highest rank with a weighted mean of 4% it simply says that they feel
useless when they disappoint their parents because of something bad happened. And
the lowest rank with the weighted mean of 2.7% says that they cannot submit their
projects on time, because of delayed money send by their parents.

Summary Conclusion and Recommendation
This chapter consists the summary, conclusion and recommendations, the researcher
gets from the interpretation and analysis of the gathered data that is essential in the
study.
5.1 SUMMARY
The general purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between low
self-esteem to academic performance of SHS students of AMACC.
Specifically, It sought to occur the following question.
1 What are the effects brought by low self-esteem on academic performances of the
students in terms of:
1.1. Poor treatment from parent
1.2. Financial troubles
1.3. Relationship breakdown
1.4. Bullied from others
2. Is there a significant relation between the low self-esteem and academic performance
of the students on AMA Caloocan?
From the analysis of data the results obtained the finding were summarized as
follows: There are 11% of the students belong to an average of 80-85, the highest rank
who got a 61% is an average of 85-90 while students who got a 25% has an average of
91-95 and students who got a 3% has an average of 96-99.
