Hi,  I’m  an  IT  worker  in  Dublin.  I  sometimes  travel  to  Bengaluru  (Bangalore)  in  India  for  my  
job.  On  my  next  trip,  I  want  to  see  some  of  the  city.  Can  you  tell  me  about  some  good  
restaurants  and  places  to  visit?

Hi  Danny.  Bombay  Brasserie  is  a  great  restaurant  in  Bengaluru.  It’s  in  the  Indiranagar  part  of  
the  city,  on  12th  Main  Road.  There’s  a  nice  patio  outside  with  tables  and  chairs.  For  lunch,  try  
the  vegetable  curry  –  it’s  not  expensive  and  it’s  very  good!

I  love  MTR  (Mavali  Tiffin  Rooms)  for  a  quick,  Indian  breakfast.  In  my  view,  it’s  the  best  place  
to  eat  in  Bengaluru!  There  are  nine  MTR  cafés  in  the  city.  The  café  on  Lal  Bagh  Road  is  
great  because  it’s  near  a  beautiful  park  called  Lal  Bagh  Botanical  Gardens.

You’re  right,  Arundhati_B  –  MTR  is  really  good!  I  think  Cubbon  Park  is  nice,  too.  There  are  
sometimes  yoga  classes  in  the  park  in  the  morning,  or  you  can  go  running  there.
