Since the company is just starting the business, there will be 5 entrepreneurs who will make the
business grow. These entrepreneurs will guide their employees in order to produce a great and
helpful product to the community and environment as well.
The following are the position of the members of the company:
CEO, General Manager, HR Manager, Marketing and Sales Manager, and Finance Manager.
b. Staffing Plan and Key Personnel
The CEO will be the leader of the company that is responsible for planning, communicating,
marketing, strategizing and problem-solving. The General Manager is responsible for reporting,
managing employees and setting short and long term strategic plans. The HR Manager is
responsible for recruiting/hiring employees and the one who need to orient new employees of
the company. Marketing and Sales Manager is responsible for researching and developing
marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans. While the Finance
Manager is responsible for the budget planning and monitoring accounts.
c. Production of Plan or Service Delivery
Junkshops here in Metro Manila will be the source of the company. Since there’s a lot of
junkshops and used tires here in Metro Manila, it will be easy to the company to produce lots of
Tire Feet.
All the materials needed are tire, paper, glue, marker, yarn and needle. The tools that are
needed are knife, scissors, ruler, and you can also use jigsaw to cut the tire. The product is
composed of 8 processes in order to be done.
The company will have a physical store to sell the product. Since the product is a kind of
footwear, it is important for the customer to try and test the products first in personal and
generally get to know the product better before making the final purchase.

e. Facilities Required
