YES – O and SCIENCE CLUB RESOLUTION NO. 1, SERIES of 2019

RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE OFFICE OF THE PRINCIPAL THRU MRS. EMELIE O. TARRAYO
FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SCHOOL REGULATION REGARDING THE PROPER
WASTE SEGREGATION IN EVERY CLASSROOM, OFFICES, AND CANTEEN TO FOLLOW
WASTES SEGREGATION ALLOWING THE YES –O. SCIENCE CLUB AND PULIS PANGKALIKASAN
TO IMPOSE PENALTY TO ALL STUDENTS WHO DO NOT FOLLOW THE WASTE SEGREGATION
AND TO THOSE STUDENTS WHO LITTER ANYWHERE IN THE SCHOOL PREMISES.

PENALTIES:
1ST OFFENSE: 20 MINUTES COMMUNITY SERVICE
2ND OFFENSE: 30 MINUTES COMMUNITY SERVICE + 2 EMPTY SACKS/ STUDENT
3RD OFFENSE : 1 HOUR COMMUNITY SERVICE + P100.00

One of the major problem in school is the improper wastes segregation.

The YES- O and Science Club Officers are concern for the improvement and cleanliness of
the school.
One of their purpose is to encourage each student to practice proper wastes management,
segregation and disposal.

Therefore, on motion of MARLON LABONITE, Auditor of Youth for Environment in School


Organization duly seconded by REGILINE O. SALOMON, President of Science Club hereby
resolved that the Youth for Environment in School Organization (YES-O) in cooperation with
the Science Club Officers would like to implement the policy regarding the proper waste
management, segregation and disposal allowing the students to follow with the said policy.

Hereby RESOLVED, THAT THE copies of the said resolution are furnished to the GPTA
President and Teachers concerned for information and proper dissemination.

Duly approved, this 1st day of July 2019.
