There are many ways in collecting idea, topic, and issue about the project proposal.
Collecting idea through article coming from to old newspaper, magazine, library book and the
past thesis book.
Coming from the internet are one of the most useful sources of idea nowadays. Gathering latest
issue, strategy, facts, measurement, and other topics that is related to project proposal.
From the survey and interview to the key person is the reliable source of idea

B. Information
Cultural Center of the Philippines
-The Cultural Center of the Philippines is the country’s premier arts institution mandated to
conserve, develop and promote arts and culture in the Philippines. The goal to develop the CCP Complex
into a world-class facility for arts and culture is pursuant to the decision of the Board of Trustees and
Management to pursue the CCP mandate as stipulated in P.D. 15 (CCP Charter):
1. To construct, establish and maintain in a single site, a national theater, a national music hall, an
art gallery and other such buildings and facilities as are necessary or desirable for holding of
conferences, seminars, concerts and the like;
2. To awaken the consciousness of our people to our cultural heritage and to encourage them to
assist in its preservation, promotion, enhancement and development;
3. To cultivate and enhance public interest in, and appreciation of distinctive Philippine arts in
various fields;
4. To discover, assist and develop talents connected with Philippine cultural pursuits and create
greater opportunities for individual and national self-expression in cultural affairs;
5. To encourage the organization of cultural groups, associations or societies and the holding or
staging of cultural exhibitions, performances and similar activities.

Of the 92.1 million household population in
the country, 1.44 million persons or 1.57
percent had disability, based on the 2010
Census of Population and Housing (2010 CPH).
The recorded figure of persons with disability
(PWD) in the 2000 CPH was 935,551 persons,
which was 1.23 percent of the household
population.

Of the total PWD in 2010, males
accounted for 50.9 percent while
females comprised 49.1 percent. These
figures resulted in a sex ratio of 104
males with disability for every 100
females with disability.
For every five PWD, one (18.9 percent)
was aged 0 to 14 years, three (59.0
percent) were in the working age group
(aged 15 to 64 years), and one (22.1
percent) was aged 65 years and over.

Evaluation
Based on the data and information gathered by the researcher, the the number of pwd keeps on
increasing by the year. In which we can conclude that a pwd supportive facility can help the community.
The survey also shows that people are in favor with the project’s goals and objective.
Optimization
This research will be use as reference for planning and designing the project proposal to create a
structure or building that can entertain a huge number of people giving a massive impact not only in
society but also for the nature.
