Subject: CU Online (COMSIS) Access Privileges on Registrar console
In order to run the comsis smoothly and more efficiency, there are some
suggestions/requirements for consideration. These requirements are divided into two
parts, and defined separately as under.
A. Suggestion for registration of students
B. Pending Reports
A. Suggestion for registration of students:
a. Course should define either its core or elective in all SOS. And there are
reports, which show how many core or elective pending against any
students.
b. Courses may be allowed to register from any SOS, if course is with same
code title and credit hour in the registrar console.
c. Provided option of differentiate of elective as open elective, language
elective and Stream Elective.
d. Check that course may be not drop less than 3 credit hour in Graduate
Program
e. Give Option of Program/Dept in the Assign/Modify Advisor and by
default current session is show.
f. Dual option of searching students.
g. Faculty should be modifying under the head of Dept.
h. Marks Forecast only shows current Session.
i. Not allow to add already given Status of the students
j. Link of CGPA calculation not working in course Registration. In this link
required CGPA is calculated to avoid D.I.
k. Clash report of Registration.
l. Option of Undergraduate and Graduate in auto registration option
m. For next semester course offered, lab of course should be selected by
default from FA14 course offering.
n. List of Defaulter on AR (A) console
o. AR (A) console need option of creation and modification of Doo , hod,
special data entry , coordinator console option only.
p. AR(A) console need option of attendance enable/disable of HOD console.
