(Civil Work Renovation)(Single Stage Single Envelop Base)

Pakistan Scientific and Technological Information Centre (PASTIC) a National Agency for
collection and dissemination of scientific information is intends to invite sealed tenders
from well-reputed Firms/General Order Suppliers having a considerable experience in
civil work & renovation for repair and maintenance of building. Only those firms are
eligible to participate who are registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and
on Active Tax payer List (ALT) and registration with Engineering Council.
Bidding Documents, containing detail Terms and Conditions, procedure or submission of
bids, evaluation criteria etc, be obtained on cash payment Rs. 1000/- (non-
refundable)from the office Additional Director (Admin) PASTIC QAU Campus, Islamabad
during office hours (10:00 am to 4:00 pm) Monday to Friday. Whereas receipt of Rs. RS.
1000/-must be placed on the top of tender set as without receipt, tender with not be
accepted.

The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions laid down in bidding documents.,
must reached at Pakistan Scientific and Technological Information Centre (PASTIC)
National QAU Campus, Islamabad along with a call deposit equal to 5% of total bid value in
shape of pay order or demand draft in favor of PASTIC National Centre, Islamabad on
05-08-2020 or before at 11:00 am with will be opened on same day at 11:30 am in the
presence of firm representative who with to attend.
