than 400 hauling-up devices with the max sling capability of 300t/unit. Advanced
measurement and physical & chemical test method to make the experiment of ferrous
metal, nonferrous metals and non-metallic minerals.

More than one hundred sets of mineral analysis, test and analytical instruments and facilities
In cooperation with Northeast University, to set up mineral processing laboratory center. Analysis
and test equipment of ICP, XRD, SEM, TEM for dressing test, mineral multi-element chemical
analysis and mineral phase analysis of crushing, milling, megnetic separation, floation and gravity
separation. According to the result, we can provide the most appropriate mineral processing
technology and equipment for mine. The semi-industrial laboratory of NHI can make the industrial
simulation operation of customer’s process to get the most reliable simulated production data to
achieve the feasibility verification of equipment and process.
现有各类矿物分析、测试、分析仪器设备100余台，与东北大学合作组建矿物加工实验中心，拥有
ICP、XRD、SEM、TEM等分析测试设备，可以进行破碎、磨矿、磁选、浮选、重选等各种选矿试
验以及矿物多元素化学分析和矿物物相分析。根据试验结果，公司可以为现有或新建矿山提供最适
宜的矿物处理工艺和设备。同时公式的半工业实验室可对客户的工艺流程进行工业化模拟操作，从
而得出最可靠的模拟生产数据，实现对设备和工艺的可行性验证。
