Reflection
According to my analysis, each organisation faces a significant diversity problem. It must be
remembered that efficient work diversity improves that organization's level of productivity. As
far as organizational diversity is concerned, I can recognize that there are some problems in the
current world as well. My main objective was, however, to highlight diversity related problems
and effects on the organisations focused on the study report. I also wanted to identify every
dimension of this element and its position in working progress, as it would allow me to learn
more about potential weaknesses and provide more guidance in resolving these issues.
I noticed that three decision methods such as Marginal Analysis, SWOT as well as Decision
Matrix can be applied in order to understand the issues. I then created a series of research topics
centered on the nature of the study on which the analysis would concentrate. As it was a team
venture, a group of people were put together who I thought was cohesive to reach the desired
outcome. I must also mention that this paper portrays a personal and cultural diversity
experience. This also demonstrates how each plotline and experience formed a multidisciplinary
mindset for a team member.
The report presented a total of four stories in depth. I believed that every story shows a dynamic
job system and has a direct effect on decision-making. Upon reviewing the narratives, I pointed
out that each narrative had several different elements that could be improved to help high-
performing groups such as creative thinking, collaboration, coherence and a variety of principles.
By evaluating the literature review that has been depicted in the study I have understood that
presence of diversity within the designated team is essential for the success of the project.
Diversity within the team is essential as it help accumulate different skills and abilities and
elevates organisational proficiency. It has occurred to be that the accumulation of different
personalities, experiences and skills, position, distinctive styles of work makes significant impact
on the overall culture and expertise of the workplace. By evaluating such knowledge I can state
that addressee several requirements of a business as it helps to mitigate potential problems
relating to the issues occurred from diversity in workplace.
While I made the assessment of the data analysis and findings of the research I came to realize
that the consistency if gender discrimination is significantly higher in Australia and have its

presence of several corporate sectors in which the recruitment of females are much lower than
males. Such discrimination generally causes conflicts. Cultural diversity also contributes to this
similar aspect as it creates the diversity in individual background. Thus, by understanding the
findings I have concluded the fact that presence of discrimination elevates the negativity within
the workplace; in addition the presence of diversity in culture drives the discrimination in more
exponential extent if not managed properly. However, by incorporating adequate decision
making approaches, establishing effective management system and tackling the arising issues in
effective manner as well as developing proper ethical cultures will help mitigate potential
conflicts.
