BESR FINAL REQUIREMENT (PROJECT/PROGRAM/ACTIVITY PROPOSAL - PPA)
Introduction – in this section you should be able to give an overview about the community, including its
demographics
Community Issues – in this section, you need to have a comprehensive discussion of the identified
issues/concerns and where the data came from, this can be a mix of primary and secondary information.
Here you have to emphasize reasons and significance of focusing on these issue/s.
Project Methodology – here you will have to list down and discuss methods on how you gathered
information and how the team came up with the idea, part of this is Part II of Form B.
Project Details – In this section, the proponents must have a detailed discussion of the project, including
the procedures or necessary steps in preparation for the activity, including the Project profile (Part 1,
Form B).
Challenges and Difficulties – in this section, the proponents must show clearly to the community about
the possible challenges and difficulties they will encounter in implementing the proposed project and
proponents must come up with ways or techniques on how to surpass these challenges, should any of
these happened.
Beneficiaries – who are the people who will benefit from this project and how can they benefit from it?
Part III, Form B must be included in this section.
Partners – Part IV Form B. Who are the necessary partners of the community to execute this project.
Who should they approach.
Appendices – Documentation and Questionnaires
Presentation Guidelines:
- Presentation will be on March 13, 2018
- Presentation will be for 30-40 mins per group (including Q&A)
- Select 2-3 presenters per group for the presentation.
- When it is your turn to present, hand over an index card with names on the side for grading
purposes attached to your final report (in word format)
- Everyone must wear corporate attire and must observe proper grooming.
Additional Requirement:
- To create positive impact to the community, you should come up with flyers/leaflet about the
issue and ways on how to solve the issue such as awareness and distribute to the community.
- Come up with Taglines that would catch the attention of the residents related to the program
you are proposing.
- Documentation and samples of these materials must be inserted in your final hard copy output.
