Reflection

• Online assignment setback;

• Time management issues;

• Language barrier issues;

• Benefits of working as a team.

Working together has coming with good parts but also with a lot of challenges .
Firstly, everything has a massive turnover when the face to face lessons aren’t
possible anymore because of the lockdown measures. Because some members
of the team need to go to work , time management was one of the issue in
online meetings, but motivated by same purpose, we found the time and
manage to finish our project. Coming from different countries , with different
native language , communication has to face with language barriers. On the
other hand, not having any conflicts or difference of opinion but trusting each-
other, all four members of the team bring effort to the project mission. Based on
the knowledge , life experience, everyone understood the meaning of the
expression “ team work makes the dream work “.
