ETHICS
Ethics refers to behavior that may be justifiable or unjustifiable within a specific
community. (Galforo, Blaine T., L’Hullier, Barbara, 2017)
Ethics is the attempt to discern and comprehend the human behavior and values that can
guide human in a systematic way. (Farrow, 2016)
Ethics is characterized as a set of guidelines and rules that may guide an individual
behavior to behave in an organization or civil society. (Lander, 2010)
MORALITY
Morality refers to certain set of accepted rules set forward by a society or an organization
(such as a religion), or acknowledged by an a person for his/her own conduct. (Gert, Bernard and
J. Gert, 2017)
Morality grasps an individual convictions about the propriety or integrity of what he
does, thinks or feels. ([Link])
DIFFERENCES BETWEEN MORALIY AND ETHICS
Ethics is a set of standards that were influenced Morality is all about individual preferences of
by profession, field, organizations, etc. morally good
Ethics deals with what someone ought to do Morality deals with what someone is actually
and what sorts of people they ought to be doing and what kind of person he/she is.
