How to mix/ make your own LIQUID SOAP

Ingredients (all these ingredients you can find easily in the next chemical shop):

- Clean water – 20 - 25l

- Ungalo – 1kg
- Salt – 1kg
- Sulphuric Acid – 0.5 - 1kg
- Caustic Soda – ¼ kg but measure 3 table spoons.
- Sodium Metasilicate - ¼ kg but measure 3 table spoons.
- Colour
- Perfume Preservative

Tools:

- Big Bucket - which can fit all ingredients

- Plastic Bucket
- Gloves
- Table Spoon
- Measuring Can
- Wooden Stirring Rod

Instructions:

Step.1 Mix the Ungalo with the Salt in the big bucket and stir it until it forms a
posho like consistency. Maybe add some little water to obtain the right
consistency.
Step.2 Carefully mix the Sodium Metasilicate, the Sulphuric Acid and the Caustic
Soda in the plastic bucket. Do not use a non-plastic bucket- Sulphuric Acid and
Caustic Soda have highly corrosive properties. That’s why we also recommend
wearing gloves during the soap-making process.
Step.3 Add the remaining water and complete the mixture with perfume and
colour; stir it properly to make sure everything is equally mixed up
Step.4 Let the soap ferment for up to 12 hours before filling it into small size jerry
cans or bottles.
