Job Function: Driving motorcycle/auto rickshaws for dispatch of dak and files

Salary range per month Level-2 of Pay matrix (as per 7th CPC)
Qualification * Essential:
(i) Possession of a valid driving licence for motorcycle/Auto rickshaw. (ii) Two
years experience in driving motorcycle/auto rickshaw. (iii) Knowledge of
Motorcycle/Autorickshaw mechanism. (The incumbent should be able to remove
minor defects in the vehicles). (iii) Residence in Delhi/NCR.
Desirable: (i) Pass in the 8th standard. (ii) Experience as Home Guards or civil
Defence Volunteers.
Place of Initial Posting Rashtrapati Bhawan, New Delhi.
Age Range (in years). 18-28 years (Relaxable age for Government servants in accordance with orders issued
by the Central Government from time to time.)
