PD Controller Performance Metrics

This document shows the results of testing different PID controller configurations on reaching a steady state value of 5 volts. It lists the proportional, integral and derivative constants tested, along with the resulting steady state value, steady state error, overshoot, and settling time for each configuration. Configurations with higher derivative constants had lower overshoot and longer settling times to reach the desired value.
