How do I change color of my Presentation?

1. Setup First, you have to copy all the .xml file from
Color Themes folder.

For Windows

1. First you have to navigate your windows to following folder

C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates\Document
Themes\Theme Colors

Note: You can access to AppData by typing %appdata% on Run Window (Ctrl + R)

2. Paste all the .xml files into the folder.

For Mac

1. Type User Content in Spotlight (Cmd + Space)

2. Select Themes in right menu.


Navigate your Finder to Themes/Theme Colors after clicking on Themes.

3. Paste all the .xml files into the folder.


2. Color Modification

1. Navigate your tab to Design in Powerpoint. Click on expand icon in


Variants bar.

2. Click on Colors to select the color you want.


How do I add images to my Presentation?

You can just Drag and Drop your image into shape you want your
image to be put.

You can click on small image icon on shape to select image you want to add
on the shape.
