Study Questions:
1. Is there an overlap on these two consumer segments?
No, I think that the consumers for these two segments are different. Whoever is reading
a Vogue magazine is passionate about fashion, designer and trends. The consumers of
Walmart are not passionate about fashion and will dress as casual as they can without
interest in the design.

loyal, cash-strapped customers?
Wal-Mart should stay loyal to their customers, right now they are the strongest
competition in their market, the have loyal customers who likes their products and
quality, they are in a good place as a company.
3. Would you recommend that Wal-Mart purchase additional pages in Vogue magazine
this year?
No, like I said before the majority of readers of Vogue Magazine will not purchase their
clothes at Wal-Mart. The cloth of Wal-Mart will not have the same silhouette, design of
quality of other brands where Vogue readers shop at.
