n Minimum-Cost Crashing Solution

I have few questions about the project 1 

1.
Objective Function Value = $200,000
network diagram shall we make with hand type or from MS project . If it is from MS
project what is the start date for the project as not mentioned in the task .
2. submittal they write in MS word and inside they told presentation , shall we make it one
time in ppt presentation as there will be one graphics and figures and word type i see will loose
its presenting shape
