STRENGTH:The company have a lot of experience in making PVC pipe .People
know about our quality work and trust on our [Link] company has advance
technology for producing PVC .Our company provide double PVC window gazed
glass.
WEAKNESS:
We do not have proper marketing stategy which is a big loss for [Link]
company does not cover a large [Link] for manage the marketing and customer
are not enough 3000C per sales man.
Opportunity:
The company have opportunity of taking advantage by using technology because by
use of technology improvement in PVC will come.
Threat: Like other companies the PVC Limited also have threat of losing customer
[Link] in the rate of tax e.t.c.

Leadership,Management and planning are the key factors for the success of a business

Most reliable key source of our sales pitch is our staff and other resources and social
media, which area helpul for the sales man .Sales claim are prepared and products are
changed after a period of time.
