Type of Project Organization: Project-Oriented (Project-Based) Organization.

In the case of DroneTech, the Project-Oriented Organization is selected because:

• The purpose of the company is the develop drone projects, therefore, the Project-Based Organization better suits this company.
• This structure allows for full-time dedication of the personnel.
• This structure also allows for a high resource availability for the project.
• This structure gives the Project Manager more authority and control over the project.
