Management System Motivation Ethical issue handling

Part 1 Different Levels of Management and Non-Managerial Role

Management means involves with coordinating and overseeing the work activities of others so that
their activity can be completed efficiently effective way. None Managerial role means they have no decision
making power and no categories to subordinate others.

Management and Non-Managerial role are different from each other based on their work. Managers do the work
through other people. On the other hand non-management does the work with taken decision.

Bangladesh Bank Inspection Department does the managerial role with the chain of command rule. Officers and
Assistant Directors are called a meeting for departmental purpose. Then they take their right decision. They also
discuss with the other managers to finalize the report and submit it the Head-Quarter of Bangladesh Bank. The
Joint Director monitors the works and submit it Deputy General Manager of banking inspection department. If
they give their valuable judgments on their decision it performs with the whole branches too.

On the other hand, non-managerial roles are easier than the managerial roles. They mostly focus on their job.
They do not need subordinate to decision making as they don’t have any decision making power. They plays
work oriented role for their organization.

So it is the different levels of management and non-management role which are different from each
other and also different from their responsibilities.

Part 2 Ethical issues in organisation:

Personal belief that what is right and wrong [Link] means giving the right and wrong
[Link] certain situation cannot be judgemental, the right will be right and the wrong will be
[Link] given some standard you can accept and follow to maintain that will be the ethical issues for the
organisation.

Bangladesh Bank is the father of all other banks and financial institution in [Link] has its own
strategy and policy to maintain their their ethical [Link] working under the principles banks are obliged
tofollow their banking profession and organizational [Link] Bank maintain chain of command
method to macanise their ethical issues and [Link] to Governor>Deputy Governor>Excecutive
Director>General Manager>Deputy General Manager>Joint Director>Deputy Director>Assistant
Director>Officers>MISS taken their decsion to maitain their ethical [Link] a leader they provide their
judgement for the organisation and corporrate Governance lookafter their business properly and decisions from
the stakeholders and shareholders.

On the other hand, Bangladesh Bank usually confrot by some issues like some dishonest employee take bribe in
exchage of giving loan to people who are not appicable to the [Link] employee make miscalculations
for their benefit.

When employee takes bribe, loan in unethical way the top level management takes actions agaisnt their
[Link] filed a charge sheet against those [Link] the personnel come out guilty he/she will have
punished according their unethical [Link] there is any misconduct in the branches office, the area managers
will resolve the problem within their authority.

So,the top levels are very careful on hiring and firing, punishment system that can affect the
organization significantly.

Part 3 Motivational programs for staffs and their outcomes:

Motivation is the process of achieving to our final [Link] is that thing which can treat you both
positively or [Link] chosen Bangladesh Bank as an organisation and there staff are positively motivated
and they feel blessed as a part of this organization.

Bangladesh Bank is a degnified organization which is a apex authourity of money market and capital
[Link] well as also the controller of all other financial [Link] an officer of this organization
he/she always feels [Link] get the handsome salary with other facilities in the perspective of
[Link] also have a friendly relationship with top to the lower level of [Link] than they also
get others facilities like-Transport Service,Local and Foreign trainning at Bangladesh Bank Trainning Academy
to develop their skills,Fairness environment,Bonus system,Promotion and incriment System,Food facilities in
lunch time,Unlimited medical facilites for the staff family members and themselves, also motivated for secuire
job so that they do not have any grievance or discomfort of their organization.

On the other hand, private corporate job are insecured for their employee so they feel demotivated
[Link] face the unfair promotion policies, transport policies, the employee also feel the discrimination
between the top to the lower level staff with their initial facilities, illigal influence of the top level management
for the employee promotion etc.

So, regarding above oppurtunites and facilities employees/staffs are highly motivated their
[Link] have positive feelings about their working [Link] positive motivation also lead their
better performance for the organization.
