IN ITS MEETING HELD AT IT’S OFFICE AT : GELLAPUKHURI BYPASS ROAD,

"Resolved that the PRAHARI NGO do open such Bank Accounts including Current
Accounts with Bank of India, Tinsukia Town Branch as may be required by the Society”.

"Resolved further that the following be and are hereby authorized to sign, execute and
submit all documents in connection with opening of the said accounts with Bank of
India, Tinsukia Town Branch including verification of signatures of Authorized
Signatories as may be required by the Bank of India, Tinsukia Town Branch."

"Resolved further that Bank of India, Tinsukia Town Branch be and is hereby authorized
to honour all cheques, drafts, Bills of Exchange, Promissory Notes and any other orders
drawn, made, accepted, endorsed or lodged for collection on behalf of PRAHARI NGO
by anyone as may be necessary of the following “Authorized Signatories” authorized to
sign and such signature shall bind the Society in all transactions between the Bank and
the Society.
