Note : CA vertical- will be primarily making JV agreements, Chnnel Partner agreements, company secretary, company accounts

business development vertical- will look for new business, leads and coordinate all leads till they convert into jobs

PMG verical- proect management group will coordinate, get involved with architects, designers ,MEP designer & tenders, initial BOQs, final BOQs, planning of a project

and deploying all contractors/venders for execution. All the factory made oproducts will also be under this group.

web system vertical- to be defined by Anil Jha

structural designer vertical- will have inhouse designers, externl design companies in a JV

costing, tender, contract, arbitration vertical- sub group of pmg…sellf explainatory . Will work closely with both BD and PMG verticals.

Mansionly is our major JV partner, to be dealt through a central coordinator

sustanable energy vertical will deal with all energy efficient solutions incl solar, recirculation, energy fro waste etc.
