Delhi, do hereby solemnly affirm and state as under :

1. That I am the President and the authorized signatory of the Petitioner


Council in the above matter and am therefore competent to swear
the present Affidavit.

2. That I am fully aware of the facts and circumstances of the present


case and I am, therefore, competent to swear the present Affidavit
in support of List of Dates, SLP and the Prayer Clause and the
Application for impleadment as party to the Special Leave Petition
and the other Application.

3. That I have read and understood the contents of the accompanying
