Access Accessibility on iOS products:
Settings>General>Accessibility

There are many different accessibility options on both iPads as well as iPhones. I
also believe there is accessibility options for other android devices and etc., but I
do not have access to those. For this assignment I used the iPhone XR.

In the following slides, I will go over some accessibility options available for
helping with visuals and hearing.
A number of very convenient
settings all have to do with
visual accessibility for text
and other visuals on a
device. There are options to
zoom in on the screen, make
text larger or bold, and even
add closed captions when
available.
If this setting is on, the device
will be able to speak the selected
text on the screen. Changing the
type of voice, its speed,
pronunciations, and even give
feedback is also possible.
Another option is pairing certain
hearing aids and sound processors.
If it is not compatible with that
specific setting, however, it should
be available to be paired with the
device via Bluetooth.
There are settings to change the
balance of volume and content played
from the left and right speakers of the
device. Phone noise cancellation can
also be used, along with the device
flashing a light for alerts - whether they
be messages, calls, notifications, etc.
There is a setting that if there are
audio descriptions available, they will
automatically play.
