What is hypothetical? can you elaborate? Estimates (hard copy and shoft copy as well
) and hard copy of drawings for RVNL Narkota Bridge have been submitted at first just for quantity
calculation and rate analysis on 02.03.2020 after that all other documents supplied to you for other
relevant requirements.

After compliance of ref 3 again you are raising questions of quantity etc . Already you delayed
in quantity and in rate analysis by almost 2 months. All rates except three items taken from
SOR jhakroli Block Rudraprayuag . who are lapsing time of whose, kindly elaborate?
