Imagine you have been asked to organise an event to raise awareness of local environmental issues. Here are some
suggestions to include in the event. First talk to each other about the different suggestions and decide which one would
be the most effective. Then decide which two would be the easiest to organise.

 Part 4 
• If you could change one thing in order to improve the quality of life in your town or city, what would it be? Why?
• Who should be responsible for the environment – the government or the public?
• How can teens be encouraged to get involved in environmental projects?
• What do you think is the most environmentally-friendly form of transport for a small town?
