b. BDO - refer to your Assessment Form plus P15.00 for preference fee.
c. SM Bills Payment - refer to your Assessment Form.
d. Credit Card / Debit Card - refer to you Assessment Form
2. A student is OFFICIALLY ENROLLED only if he/she has the following:
a. Official Receipt from NU Accounting Office or SM Bills Payment / Machine-validated deposit slip from BDO.
b. Certificate of Registration from Registrar's Office
c. Validated Student ID by ITRO
3. For full payment made on or before August 3, 2020, cash discount applies.
4. For installment payment, late payment fee of P200.00 is charged for every installment payment that is not cleared on or before the specified due dates
in your Assessment Form/Certificate of Registration.
5. Drop from enrollment requires the payment of fess in accordance with the following guidelines, as approved by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED):
a. Ten percent (10%) of full tuition and other fees for dropping made during the first week of classes.
b. Twenty percent (20%) of full tuition and other fees for withdrawals made during the second week of classes; or
c. One hundred percent (100%) of full tuition and other fees for withdrawals made after the second week of classes.
d. Full withdrawal before start of classes shall be imposed with a nominal processing fee.
