Install and Use Foxy Proxy in Firefox

Foxy Proxy is a Firefox extension that allows you to route your browser traffic through proxy servers. To install it, download the Foxy Proxy addon and click on the Options icon to configure proxy settings. You can specify a default proxy server and port. To use it, open a terminal and add -D 1080 to your SSH login command to tunnel traffic. In Firefox, click the Foxy Proxy icon and select "Use proxy" to route all URLs through the proxy. When finished, click "Turn Off FoxyProxy."

HOW TO INSTALL FOXY PROXY

Download Foxy Proxy Addon (Extention) for Firefox

1. Once installed, click on the Foxy Proxy Icon and click on Options (See screenshot below)

2. Click on Edit next to Default and fill the page as shown below: (See screenshot below)

3. Click Save once completed


HOW TO USE FOXY PROXY

Incase if you find any domain with foreign block or if any domain is
not resolving, follow the below Steps:

• Open a New Terminal and add -D 1080 in your SSH login command. Please see screenshot
below:

ssh -D 1080 -i [Link] ec2-user@ yourscannerbox IP

• Once logged in, go to your firefox browser and click on Foxy Proxy Icon and select Use
proxy Proxy Connection for all URLs (ignore patterns)

• Now you can Visit any website. Once you are done checking, please click on Turn Off
FoxyProxy.
