Providing and Fixing Ethylene Propylene Dinine Monomer (EPDM) Microwave cured Gaskets as weather strip
and barrier to ensure water and air tightness. Weather strip shall be EPDM Gaskets with Hardness (5 second)
shore A with a typical value not less than 65, ultimate tensile strength of 70 (+/- 10%) Kg/[Link] and ultimate
elongation of 250% (+/- 10%).

Fabricating and supplying Mild Steel (Hot Dip Galvanized upto 75 to 80 microm thick) Brackets to
accommodate 3 Dimensional movement for achieving perfect verticality and proper fixing of structural glazing
system with the RCC / masonry / structural steel framework of building structure, using stainless steel Grade
304 anchor fasteners ( Hilti or Equivalent ) / bolts, Teflon separator to prevent bimetallic contacts with nuts and

The extruded Aluminum Sections of Alloy 6063 T6 and tolerances , flatness, twist , bend and angularity

minimum thickness of 50 to 60 microns, shade shall be as per Clients and Architect requirement. The non
visible aluminum surfaces shall have minimum chromatizing treatment.

Drained joint system which shall be 100% water-tight allowing no water to penetrate into the interior of the
building. The system shall be designed such that water being drained in the system shall not cause any damage
to the permanent works.

The Quote rate shall include Periphery & other closure Visible flashing is 1.5 mm Aluminum & Non Visible
inside flashing is 10 mm thk. Cement board fix with screw and rawl plug all in line with the tender Drawing to
Protect against the Water Drainage & fill the gap between RCC & System. Rate shall include Insulation material

Authority-approved mineral fibre insulation material & intumescent sealant (FS ONE / Hilti) with a 2-hour fire
resistant period (Integrity and Insulation) or equivalent to the rating of the floor slab. Compliance to BS 476 Part
20 or ASTM E 119 when tested to EN 1364 Part 4 or ASTM E 2307 respectively. Provide manufacturers
engineering judgements for site specific conditions and compliance Thickness of the safing shall be 120mm

E.3 MILD STEEL

Supply & install MS structure between the RCC beam and FR ACP Cladding system. All extruded Mild steel
sections shall comply to IS 2062 Grade A and shall be coated with antirust primer of 75 microns and one times
100 microns topcoat Epoxy Paint. The MS support structure shall be designed for complete wind load and Dead

load and Live Load. Mild steel section fixed with RCC using stainless steel anchor fasteners ( Hilti or Equivalent )
of stainless steel Grade 316 of the required capacity and in required numbers. All the Sections shall be YST 310

F FR GRADE ACP CLADDING SYSTEM AT VERTICAL BAND (VERTICAL PATTERN), Wall Type - WT-05
Design, Fabrication, Installation, Protection, Cleaning and Handover of ACP Cladding comprises of 4mm Thk.
Aluminium composite panels (ACP) FR Grade cladding system of approved shade & make fixed on to the
Extruded aluminium section framing (Horizontal Vertical Band) mechanically fixed on to the designed
Aluminium tube with the help of SS 304 grade screws & Material Separator all in line with Tender Drawing.
F.1 Fabricated Aluminium composite panels (ACP) with grooving and bending along with corner cleats are [Link]. 288.00
mechanically fixed to the aluminium framing using extruded aluminium cleats and stainless steel 304 grade
screws. The vertical/horizontal joints are to be sealed with weather silicone (DC 991) of approved make also
Rate shall be include 8MM Bison board to be fitted behind the ACP cladding using Aluminium L angle with SS
Screw with silione as shown in the Tender drawing.
The system shall be designed to withstand a wind pressure of 1.3 KPa as per IS 875 part 3 at all levels,
elevations and heights.
The extruded aluminium sections shall be of 6063 T6 alloy or BSH9 Conforming to IS- 63400.

The fastening materials like Nuts, Bolts, Screws, Rivets, washers, clamps, straps etc along with all consumables
and accessories required for fixing the FR Grade ACP cladding system shall be of stainless steel 316 grade and
corrosion resistant of approved make as per architects/Consultants Specification.
Exterior perimeter sealants (DC 991) & Backer Rod at the junctions of adjacent materials to the ACP cladding.

The quote rate shall include all Scaffolding and statutory obligations and safety code compliance as per client.

F ALUMINUM HORIZONTAL BOX LOUVERS AT OFFICE AREA Wall Type - WT-06

Design, Fabrication, Installation, Protection, Cleaning and Handover of Aluminium Horizontal Box Louvers of
(50mm x 25mm x 2mm thk.) fixed with Aluminum Flate Bar using SS Screw with equal c/c spaced fixed. Louver
Profile shall be fixed on Continuous vertial Aluminium Box pipe (100mmX50mmX2mm thik.) with the help of
MS Bracket (HDG 75 to 80 micron) all in line with the Tender Drawing. The System shall be with stand wind
pressure of 1.3 Kpa confirming to IS 875 Part-lll. MS bracket shall be fix to RCC / Wall with the help of Anchor
fasteners ( Hilti or Equivalent) of stainless steel Grade 316. Rate shall include fixing of the main frames to RCC/

H.D.G Braket, SS Anhor fastener and SS Nut Bolt for (Vertical and Horizontal fins) all in Tender Drawing

The extruded Aluminum Sections of Alloy 6063 T6 and tolerances , flatness, twist , bend and angularity
confirming to DIN standard from approved extruder. All the visible surfaces of Louvers with system & Aluminium
Mesh shall have Powder Coating with a minimum thickness of 50 to 60 microns, shade shall be as per Clients
and Architect requirement. The non visible aluminium surfaces shall have minimum chromatizing treatment.

The quote rate shall include all design, engineering, shop drawing approval from Architect & consultant,
Scaffolding and statutory obligations and safety code compliance as per client.

9 Any Addition / Modification / Revision in Cladding areas decided on site / as per site condition shall have Cost impact and same to be approve / Intimate to Façade Consultant.
10 Test Certificates and Quality Certificate for all Façade Item (Alum. Section, Glass, Silicone, Hardware, ACP Etc.) must be Provided by Fabricators before start the installation or fabrication.
11 System Dwgs, Shop Dwgs and Structural Calculations shall be approved by Architect and Façade Consultant (RSM DESIGN Solutions).
12 Anchor bolt pull out test has to be carried out on site before starting the installation.
13 The processing unit of the glass processor will be inspected by the client/ façade consultant before starting the work.
14 Contractor shall provide back to back guarantee on all the accessories used in the system.
15 Basic Rates of materials to be shown in covering letter while submitting Tender.
16 All the Glasses and alum. Section Shall be brought on the site with Proper covering, outer face with Protective film and same to be removed after the completion of work with proper clearing.
17 Certification will be based on actual measurement at site. Any variation has to be approved by the façade consultant.
18 Contractors has to carry on site water test as per IS code.
