Summary
QAB review all HVAC control shop drawings.
CQC must verify and submit the “Control Commissioning” report prior to “Performance Verification Test” of control
systems and QAB attend “Performance Verification Test” before TAB start.
During the QC plan/NAS review, allow more time for TAB, Commissioning (functional test) durations.
CQC must verify “TAB
TAB verification
verification” with TAB agency and COR prior to TAB approval
approval.
During HVAC commissioning, if the system is not ready, commissioning will be cancelled and new CX cost is
reimbursed by contractor.
Pre-final inspection must be performed after successful completion of commissioning by QAB, Designer and Using
Agency.
