Medical-Dental Mission in Valenzuela

The Diam Street Happy Neighborhood Association (DS-HNAI) is requesting medical personnel from the Valenzuela City Health Office to support their upcoming Reflexology/Medical-Dental Mission and Feeding Program on December 4, 2010. The annual program provides medical checkups and assistance to residents who cannot afford healthcare. DS-HNAI is hoping the Health Office can send doctors and other medical experts to facilitate the mission and help improve community members' health.

Greetings:
We are from the Diam Street Happy Neighborhood Association (DS-
HNAI). We are the neighborhood association catering to the needs of our
residents in Diam Street, Gen. T de Leon Valenzuela City. We have come
with several programs for this year. One of these projects is the Reflexology/
Medical-Dental Mission and Feeding Program which will be held on
President: Eduardo December 4, 2010.
Cardona The Reflexology/ Medical-Dental Mission and Feeding Program is an

annual project that we are conducting for our residents. Aware of their

Secretary: Erlinda Lazaro medical needs, we have come with this yearly project. Last year’s program

In line with this project, we would like to ask your good office to sent
Board of Directors: us doctors and other medical personnel who would facilitate the said program

hospitals and other groups that could provide us with medical experts.
Annie Carabeo The residents in our community have been in need of medical
