WEEK 1

Self-Reflection a Career Audit

• I have been self-disciplined, utilized my time and carefully analyze my hobbies but many of my
hobbies were not accepted by my parents, so I required changing those hobbies time to time
and finally I chose programming as my passion.
• I have been a Backend Developer and then provided support in maintain creating and
maintaining habitats for the species.
• I have created resume and portfolio for my self-marketing.
• I am again finding my passion, so currently there is no one but soon it would be related to
automobile industry.
• Currently, I have no one to guide me for the career. As I am the first member to for foreign
studies and do not want to be a government employee.
• I am currently investing my time to know about myself due to which I am gaining all the
knowledge possible.
• I want to know more deeply about project management and learning new things which will help
me to create factories for automobile production or sales.
• I need to communicate well with my teachers, groups and all the classmates to enhance my soft
skills and use the time judicially of enhancing my knowledge and personality to be a motivator
and better decision maker.

What Does Success Look Like To You

• I woke up in my clean bedroom at 5 AM, and then did the exercise and yoga for an hour. Then
gone to kitchen to prepare a healthy vegan dish to boost me. After that took a shower and get
dressed up in a fine suit. I saw my sports car happily and enjoyed my route to work. As I am a
project manager, I will see my office smile and think, today is again going to be a good day. Then
I enter the office, greets all the employee and work on my passion creating factories and then
the time of evening comes and I again see my lovely car and go back towards home. I always do
something different while coming back home to make not make my life monotonous.
• Focusing on health and mind, appreciating our things, not counting the work hours but relishing
the challenges that comes in the way, a beautiful drive back home viewing sparkling stars and
then do something different with community. Having a good social culture and a health-
peaceful mind and body.
• 5 things that I don’t want to see in my future career:
o Do not have negativity in my mind.
o Value my belonging and most importantly my life.
o Do not be depressed due to uncertainty.
o Not want to have fake people around me.
o Unhappiness in my surrounding.
• Future is uncertain; there can be big loss of my belongings or my loved one. If such situation
occurs I will keep calm and start again.

What are your goals?

1. 3 Personal goals
(1) Run a Triathlon when I will be 30 years old and after that complete every triathlon in
every 6 months. When I will be 60-65 years old, then I will do triathlon with my young
generation family.
(2) Complete bike riding competition in which I will cover 3600kms in 48 hours and many
more. Do a world trip on the bike.
(3) Do drifting in some of the weekends, and feel the power of high performance cars.

2. 3 Professional goals
(1) Start a business of vegan restaurant chain and providing good alternatives of having
meat like flavor in vegetarian items.
(2) Do a yoga teacher course, and start a business of yoga training center and linking my
yoga classes with personalized company apps, do attain peace and healthy lifestyle.
(3) Start a Tour and Travel Company, which will focus on providing bike rides and making
them stay in tents and provide them dinner with bonfire and music. These trips will
provide real experience of nature.

SMARTER Goals

I will create a smarter goal for providing services all the time. It will be integrated by running 2
companies. I will run a travelling and yoga company both at the same time. It will be SMARTER
as these business will make me one step closer to my passion:

SPECIFIC:
The goal of both the trip running is that it can be handled independently. As the people travel on
bikes and stay close to nature, they might want to feel their body connected to the nature by
yoga. If they won’t prefer, it can be done in the yoga center. It is planned as it is analyzed by
understanding the needs of the community.

MEASURABLE:
By setting proper itinerary and following discipline, both the business can be measured and
analyzed time to time, by following the project management rule their cost, schedule and scope
can be analyzed and measurable.
ACHIEVABLE:
Due to the high population and living a monotonous life, everyone likes to have a getaway from
it. Young generation would like to have adventure by travelling to the woods and older
generation would relax their mind with meditation.

REALISTIC:
Handling 2 businesses is most important due to the factor of being realistic. In travelling,
environment can be a constraint, handling yoga classes on application can help to run the
business even in epidemic or pandemic, or there is a natural disaster. I am close to both the
things; therefore I can handle both the business with passion.

TIME-BOUND:
This business progresses with the time; its progress depends upon the culture, demographic. Its
starting is not much challenging task, it requires knowledge and skills. Slowly and steady with
the word of the mouth and social media its promotion can be done.

EVALUATE:
It will give an immense pleasure to provide satisfaction to provide them that they need. This
professional goal will keep me closer to my personal goal and make me even happier to provide
travelling like never before and providing them facilities that they will remember for their
lifetime.

READJUST:
Yoga and travelling is a business which can be easily readjusted according to the needs of the
customer. There are many ways to arrange different style yoga and travelling as I would also like
to make some changes in doing the business time to time.

Career Mission Statement

My career mission statement is to bring me and people closer to nature and fell the inner
energy of the human body and value the environment. I have self-discipline, know about the
power of my mission statement as I have experienced it and want to provide the world the real
energy of self-control of the brain and realizing the value of existence of the surrounding.

I want to start Travelling, yoga and vegan diet business to make us closer to nature and value
the life of other species around us and get the link of our connection with other species.

It will be started my providing promotions on social media by viewing beautiful photographs of

the nature, animals/species and the quotes to realize the power of peaceful mind by meditation.
After getting many followers, providing link to make them realize they can feel or achieve things
they saw on social media. Slowly and gradually, everyone will start promoting these businesses.
WEEK 2
Identify Your Top 5 Values

1. Adventure, Helping Others , Challenge, Risk Taking, Solving Problems

2. Adventure: Doing things that I wish to like going for a long bike trips to isolated places,
doing high altitude trekking and many more.

Helping Others: I try to make myself always available to help others and always have
ethics to divide work and funds wisely, not expecting anyone to return my favors.

Challenge: I used to accept many challenges, it’s because I used to have self-discipline
and think critically of the problems. I did many events in which, my friends stopped
helping me. I used to focus and work had to make those events successful then those
friends used to appreciate my work. Though I learned to have better team motivating
skills for the challenges.

Risk Taking: As I do the challenging things, it also needs to risk taking. I did many things
that my friends or cousins would not dare to do. I like to do adventure due to which I
take the risk too. As I always have a backup plan, which gives me courage to take the
risk.

Solving Problems: I do many things innovatively like event management, providing

tuition to underprivileged students, helping to provide habitat for species. All these
things provide solving problems due to many challenges, therefore I love to solve
problems.

3.
• These values came from my family; they used to scold me whenever I used to do
unethical, due to which being ethical became a part of me. One of the main reasons
to helping others is due to my ethics. I was away from technology during my
childhood because of that I was close to nature, practice and focus, they all
provided help to have other values .
• I am the first member of my family to go for foreign studies, not addicted to any
form of toxic material as I am given freedom to do whatever I wish to. These all
habits help me to have peace of mind and enjoying the life by realizing it.
• These values will not get compromised as they will be the one to take me away from
those environments. Though the environment which do not make me happy and
not allow me to follow my passion/goals will compromise it.

profit is theoretically derived from two revenue streams: from direct sales to customers and
from commission based on the sales of recruited team members, also known as down line
distributors. They also taught about the difference of the chemical reaction of using acid in
different products and the AMWAY product, as in AMWAY product it remains in its original form
but other product gets rotten and smells like putrid. There were many chemical reaction shown
on the products to check the genuine quality of the AMWAY product.
