Temperature and Time Data Analysis

This document contains temperature data in degrees Celsius taken over time in 3 second intervals over 12 minutes. The temperature increased from an average of 31.67 degrees at time 0 to 69.67 degrees at 300 seconds as the object was heated. The average uncertainty in the measurements also increased from 4 to 14.5 over the course of the experiment.
