Project execution plan

1 General

The major construction works involved in this tender for short term
development of the port comprises the followings:

（1）Road access to the marine facilities

（2 ）Gas facilities & associated utilities to receive the high pressure gas
delivered by the FSRU, to transport the gas over a short distance to a
Metering Station

（3）The Metering Station

（4）The Pipelines Offtake AGI (Above Ground Installation)

（5）The 16’’ pipeline to Port Sudan power station

（6）The Gas Offtake AGI (metering) at the power station

（ 7 ） A Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) and


telecommunication systems to monitor the above facilities and capable of
expansion for the future pipeline to Khartoum & beyond.

2 General Construction Process

It is planned to carry out the construction works for this project in 6 major
construction lines in general ， including construction of road and
pavement, building and foundation work、equipment installation, piping
work 、 electrical work and instrument work. The general construction
sequences for these major construction lines are schematically illustrated
in Following chart.
