PCOL ROMY I PALGUE, Officer-In-Charge of the Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office, was invited as a Guest of Honor and speaker at the RTC6 Sports Festival 2020 hosted by Regional Training Center 6 on June 15, 2020. PCOL PALGUE gave an inspiring message to trainees and led the lighting of the friendship torch run. PCOL ROMY I PALGUE, Officer-In-Charge, Negros Occidental Police Provincial
Office was invited as a Guest of Honor and speaker of Regional Training Center 6
PLTCOL GIOVANNI A MUSICO Regional Training Director at RTC6 , Bakyas
Mansilingan, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.

3. PCOL PALGUE gave an inspiring message to the trainees and also led in
lighting the torch run of friendship. He emphasized the importance of continuing
education and respect for authority.

4. Activity ended at 4:30 in the afternoon of the same date with positive
results.
