In view of the foregoing our contract with the National Telecommunication is hereby
expired last April 1, 2020, but due to the Enhance Community Quarantine and the lockdown
started March 15, 2020, we had no time to write at letter in your good office.

Hence for your approval Sir, may we request for another year extension of our contract
effective April 30, 2020 up to April 31, 2021, your favorable consideration is hereby appreciated,
