OVERVIEW

(Junior Architect-Team Leader-Project Architect May 2015 – December 2019)
Initially hired as a Junior Architect and promoted to Team Leader and Project Architect post. Handled
multiple projects from Residential, Retail, Commercial, and Industrial fields with budget ranging low-
end up to high end. Tasked to produce and deliver various construction documents within the set
amount of time needed for each projects’ procurement. Managed handling schedule and checking of
site related items, building code review, preparation of documents for zoning applications and
construction administration prior to each commencement of work requiring final approval and
evaluations.
Junior Architect:
To prepare schematic works in terms of the Architectural floor plans and initial designs for
developments such as Small scale residence and Retail developments.
To provide initial outlook and evaluation on prepared plans thus furthering study which can
better the plans as prepared before finalization.

Project Architect:
Works closely with clients in relation with their necessary ideas to be translated on each
project.
Provide necessary insight for each projects’ finalization phase and drafts’ necessary changes on
each evaluated items such as plans, quotations, schemes prepared for checking.
Prepares necessary evaluation on each quotations sent by General Contractor and suppliers.
Monitors progress on site reflecting schedules as prepared by the General Contractors prior
the start of each projects’ construction phase.
Reports directly to Principal Architect/s regarding all discrepancies found and evaluated on
each visited site.
Enabled to provide necessary detailed construction plans as required on site. Items prepared
served also as office templates which can then be used to other succeeding project it can relate
to.
Provides in-depth evaluation on various items such as Locational studies, zoning restrictions,
Establishment guidelines and owner related requests and queries for each handled project.
Works closely with various trades and professionals as required for the project completion.
Team Leader/Job Captain:
Ensures that each draftsmen team carry out instructions for each project developments from
its’ planning stage to its final dissemination.
Tasked to provide final output on each specific plans when there are miss information
transmitted while doing the plans.
Monitors scheduling of each team providing proper delegation of projects which needs utmost
attention.
Reports closely to the Principal Architect each evaluated team schedules thus providing smooth

finished several small-scale residential developments and site supervisory works. Provided schematics
