 INTRODUCTION
INTRODUCTION
Undoubtedly, the redeemed has a rich heritage in Christ. Matthew 6:33 scripturally
validates the all-round blessedness of the regenerated mind.
Jesus Christ, our saviour and ransom, further stated in John 10:10 that unlike the
devil, He came to give the believer an abundance of good life. By implication, therefore,
it is the heritage of a true believer to be fruitful, prosperous, healthy and have long life
among others. If that is so, why are many people in Christ still victims of life? Why is
poverty ravaging many Christians? And why are many still barren in almost every area of
life? Why are many ardent church-goers still easy preys in the hand of the devil? Why are
they daily devastated by all manner of afflictions? Of course, that presupposes that some-
thing needs to be done.
Understanding Your Covenant Rights is prepared as a guide book to practically de-
liver the believer to the realm of his sonship and dominion in Christ - the realm that
unequivocally validates that he or she has become a ‘touch not’ for the devil.
It is a practical handbook that removes the veil of ignorance that has been the undo-
ing of many destinies and the bane of Christendom, both orthodox and charismatics. It is
a book which states that you do not wish a miracle, rather, you work it. It makes you
understand that, for every promise in the scriptures, there are conditions for its fulfilment,
and those conditions must be met before the promise is converted into a covenant.
Mary, the mother of Jesus says, “whatsoever He saith unto you, do it.” (John. 2:5)
There is always what to do to tap into your rich heritage in Christ.
That is essentially what this book in your hand is all about, to demolish the myth that
miracles are are not real. Miracles are not myths; neither are they magic. They are provoked
by your faithful compliance with and obedience to the demands of scriptures.
For instance, the first blessing God pronounced upon man was “...Be fruitful, and
multiply, and replenish the earth...” (Genesis 1:28). That scripture confirms that life is
designed for fruitfulness. But to enjoy fruitfulness in any area of life, there is the God
factor (1 Corinthians 3:6). It states that no matter your strength, strategies or connections,
without God you are dry and empty and you are without a future. No wonder Jesus said,
for without me you can do nothing! (John. 15:5). Remember that the conception of Jesus
was a demonstration of God’s ability to suspend all natural laws, all biological, medical
and scientific laws of reproduction. It was the power of God which overshadowed the
virgin Mary that brought the holy seed which became the Saviour of the world.
An encounter, therefore, is what you need to be fruitful. Struggling to have a child
outside God will end up in frustration because no one can prevail by strength (1 Samuel
2:9; Psalm 127:1-6).
The application of that type of eye-opening knowledge to make every believer wise

and shine in the kingdom is what is loaded in this book that touches virtually every area of
life.
The book emphasises that you need to possess a working knowledge of the cov-
enant with God to have the victorious life. Therefore, if you are experiencing some chal-
lenges in any area of your life, it is because you have neglected something either know-
ingly or unknowingly, which has been your undoing.
The thoughts in this book are in conformity with Hosea 4:6. They maintain that your
greatest enemy is not the woman or the man next door or the proverbial village witch, but
your ignorance of what you must do to have a life of dominion. This book is one sure
manual to effect that mental change needed to have the good life, as you live up to your
covenant responsibilities.
Have a new and upward change of life in Jesus name!

 Chapter 1

THE COVENANT
But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get
wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is
this day.
— Deuteronomy 8:18

If you care to sign in for the covenant, your Christianity will take on brighter colours.
Covenant-keepers are great winners! Once you locate the covenant and you enter into it,
your struggles will all come to an end.

“And they entered into a covenant to seek the Lord God of their fathers with all their heart
and with all their soul; ... and the Lord gave them rest round about”.
— 2 Chronicles 15:12,15

God’s covenant with us is as eternal as the day and the night, you can’t stop the
covenant! God is saying in those scriptures, that as long as human life exists on the earth,
his covenant with us is intact.
“While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer
and winter, and day and night shall not cease.
— Genesis 8:22

Let’s discover what the covenant is, and as we enter into it, our case is settled.

WHAT IS A COVENANT?
A covenant is like a contract, so it involves two or more people. In this case, it in-
volves just you and God. God is the covenantor and you are the covenantee - you are the
beneficiary of the deal. All you need, therefore, is a good understanding of what the
covenant entails.
Note this:
“... His covenant which he sware unto their fathers, as it is this day.”
— Deuteronomy 8:18

It is a present tense covenant. It works for every generation, so it’s working presently in
our generation. It will work for you! Look at this:
“And there was a famine in the land, beside the first famine that was in the days of
Abraham. And Isaac went unto Abimelech king of the Philistines unto Gerar

 Then Issac sowed in that land, and received in the same year a hundredfold: and the
Lord blessed him.”
— Genesis 26:1,12

The covenant is stronger than any climate! There is no economic dearth or crisis that
can break the efficacy of the covenant. Many Christians are lost in the natural environ-
ment and circumstances they find themselves because they lack the required light to
dominate that environment or situation.
The covenant is powerful! The covenant will always prevail! There was a national
crisis in Egypt - there was famine, money failed - yet in the midst of all that Genesis 47:27
says:
“And Israel dwelt in the land of Egypt, in the country of Goshen; and they had
possessions therein, and grew, and multiplied exceedingly.”

Oh, the covenant is simply powerful, it provides the strongest covering in the midst of
any crisis! While the famine prevailed over the Egyptians, the covenant prevailed for the
covenant people. The smartness of the Egyptians could not handle the famine, but the
covenant was able to handle it without sweat.
Covenant! Understand it - that’s what makes cheap stars in this world. Just stay
under it. It may be slow, but it’s sure!
Friend, the covenant is it. Without a covenant, you remain a victim wherever you go.
Say to God, “Lord help me to stand strong under this covenant covering as a lifestyle, that
I may give to it all of the time, what it demands of me”.
I would like you to embrace and appreciate the validity of the covenant. If God can’t
break the covenant, let no man attempt to break it. He said,
My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips.
Psalm 89:34

This will help to establish your confidence in the covenant. When we lay hold on the
terms of the covenant that relates to us, and apply ourselves to it, God is committed.
If His covenant is tied to day and night, it is foolishness for anyone to attempt to break
it. Christendom has suffered much setback because of the lopsided and haphazard un-
derstanding of the covenant. The devil has had a field day taking advantage of the igno-
rance of Christians. It is time we began to understand our covenant rights in God, and as
many as care for it can receive their freedom and walk out on the devil and be what they
were always meant to be - kings and gods upon the surface of the earth.

YOU ARE CONNECTED

The covenant, which “he sware unto their fathers” (Deuteronomy 8:18), did not go with the
Old Testament. Jesus came to link humanity with that covenant:

 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for
it is written, Cursed is everyone that hangeth on a tree:
That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ;
that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
— Galatians 3:13-14

Jesus came and renewed the covenant, by bringing all humanity into it, so that we,
who were gentiles, could become partakers of the blessings of Abraham through the death
of Jesus on the cross.
A covenant is a vow that cannot be broken. Unlike a promise, it is not liable to
changes, it is a contract with a spiritual undertone. You only have to comply with the terms
to enjoy it - no begging, no prayers, no fasting, only your obedience!
Friend, there is no force in the kingdom that is stronger than the force of the cov-
enant.
I see the covenant prevail for you as it did for our fathers (Abraham, Isaac, Jacob).
May everything that is against you begin to bow to the power of the covenant, in Jesus
precious Name!

 Chapter 2

COVENANT ACCESS TO FAVOUR

Success in life is a direct function of God’s favour. Outstanding favour is what we call
outstanding success, hence favour is a fundamental requirement in the school of outstanding
success.
The dictionary defines favour as an act of kindness: it is something given as a token
of love, affection, or remembrance. That was why apostle Paul could boldly declare in 1
Corinthians 15:10:
“... by the grace of God I am what I am...”
He is here saying,”I’m an expression of God’s favour; God’s favour at work in me is
what you see, not my abilities”.
Favour is the covenant guarantee for a colourful future. It is the womb that delivers
covenant greatness. Thank God for hardwork, but if it were equal to greatness, a lot of men
would be great today. What hardwork could not accomplish for the children of Israel in their
430 years enslavement in Egypt, favour did in a day. When they turned on the key of favour,
they landed in greatness in a single day!
“Lord, by thy favour thou hast made my mountain to stand strong...”
Psalm 30:7

Favour, and not your strength, is what makes you stand out in life.
True greatness is a product of favour. To enjoy favour places a demand on those who
desire it. You do not work for God’s favour, you work it out.
Favour delivers to you those things that by right don’t belong to you, but which God
brings your way just to prove that you are in favour with Him. For example, Joseph had
favour with his father. He was the only one among all his children that Jacob made a coat
of many colours for. His father favoured him so much that he became the envy of his
other brothers.
Every outstanding accomplishment in life is traceable to the flow of favour.

“We have heard with our ears, O God, our fathers have told us, what work thou
didst in their days, in the times of old.
How thou didst drive out the heathen with thy hand, and plantedst them; how thou
didst afflict the people, and cast them out.
For they got not the land in possession by their own sword, neither did their own
arm save them: but thy right hand, and thine arm, and the light of thy countenance,
because thou hadst a favour unto them”.

 Our blessings and liftings in life are all functions of God’s favour. Jesus was an
outstanding success while on earth here because He enjoyed God’s favour, which also
brought him men’s favour.

“And the child grew, and waxed strong in spirit, filled with wisdom: and the grace of
God was upon him.
And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man.”

However, this favour is a common grace that has a price tag. It is not free, it is earned.
The question now is, “What does it take to earn God’s favour?” “What must I do to be robed
in his favour?” “How do I provoke divine favour?”
Every captivity always answers to knowledge. When you take hold of the knowledge
of the truth, and you walk in it, it becomes impossible for darkness to get hold of you. This
is because, the ‘light’ of the truth shines in darkness and the darkness does not compre-
hend it. (John. 1:5).
It may interest you to know that God’s favour, which is symbolised by light, is the cure
for the plague of misfortune, which is represented by darkness. Every time God’s favour
comes upon you, every form of misfortune around you gives up. Consequently, when you
are in favour with God, you cannot be a victim of misfortune on the earth.

WHAT IS FAVOUR?
I shall provide an illuminating analysis on this by taking you through what I have
categorised as the seven power channels of securing God’s favour that will guarantee
your breakthrough in life. As you apply yourself to this truth that will be revealed, you will
destroy every hold of misfortune on your life. Always remember that light is your strongest
security against all harassments of darkness, because when you walk in the light, you
have no occasion for stumbling in life.
The power channels are as follows:

REDEMPTION
In salvation, you have grace as your root, and grace simply means ‘divine favour.’
God’s Word says:
That in the ages to come he might show the exceeding riches of his grace in his
kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of
God:
Not of works, lest any man should boast.
— Ephesians 2:7-9

 By implication, you are not saved by efforts. You are saved by favour. Indeed you were
predestinated for, and separated unto salvation before you were born. Do you remember
the story of Jacob and Esau? While the two were in the womb, God made His choice; He
chose Jacob and despised Esau.
Romans 8:29 clearly states that you were God’s choice before you were born; you
were predestinated for salvation. This makes it clear that God chose you before you came
to light, and separated you for heaven. That means, from the womb, you were separated
from misfortune, and Romans 9:11-16 confirm the fact that you are not redeemed by
what you did or did not do; rather, you were separated before you knew how to do any-
thing. The blood of Jesus stood for us before we saw the light of the day.
The blood of Jesus, the mediator of the new covenant is actually what separated you
from misfortune, and you are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.
Some people may ask, ‘Why are you preaching then?’ We are preaching to find out
who has been separated but is not aware of it. That is why when we preach, we make altar
calls for those who want to be saved. Interestingly enough, those that come forward are
actually the ones that have been separated unto the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.
Beloved, your salvation or redemption is the evidence that you have been separated
into God’s favour before the foundation of the world, not to suffer hell fire; (the epitome of
misfortune), but to enjoy heaven. Consequently, because you are God’s righteousness,
divine favour is your heritage.
Indeed, whatever has separated you for salvation from your mother’s womb has
separated you from misfortune for ever, and God’s favour becomes your natural heritage.
That is where it all begins. Your redemption has separated you from misfortune unto
divine favour, and whatever the Lord doeth shall be forever.

THE ANOINTING
The anointing of the Holy Spirit is one of the most powerful channels of securing
God’s favour. It is a perfume of favour that gives you a unique smell. When it comes upon
you, you begin to attract favour anywhere you appear.
All thy garments smell of myrrh, and aloes, and cassia, out of the ivory palaces,
whereby they have made thee glad.
— Psalm 45:8

When Jesus came to the earth, He operated His ministry under strange divine favours.
He did not lack anything, and this was attributed to the power of the anointing of the Holy
Spirit. The Bible also tells us that when the anointing came upon the apostles, they had
favour with all men.
The anointing always connects people to divine favour with God.

PRAYER
In Hebrews 4:16, we are told to come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may
obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
We are also told in the book of Exodus 3:7 that the Israelites were victims of misfortune in
Egypt.
And the LORD said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in
Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters; for I know their
sorrows;
And I am come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring
them up out of that land unto a good land and a large, unto a land flowing with milk
and honey; unto the place of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites,
and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites.
Exodus 3:7-8

However, the Israelites’ 400 years of misfortune in Egypt was terminated as they
began to cry to God in prayers.
Another interesting example is Jabez in 2 Chronicles. We are told that he was an
embodiment of sorrow. In fact, his name meant ‘sorrow’
However, 2 Chronicles 4:10 tells us that Jabez prayed, “Oh Lord that thou wouldest
bless me and enlarge my coast” God heard him and converted his misfortune into favour.
You will, therefore, agree with me that prayer is one of the power channels of securing
God’s favour.
As a matter of fact, you can destroy all satanic oppositions against your destiny and
heritage of favour by praying ceaselessly. This is emphasized by the Psalmist in Psalm
41:11.
In Isaiah 43:26 God says categorically that you should remind Him of His commit-
ment to you.
You are therefore enjoined to go to Him in prayers to establish your root in divine
favour, for you have been saved by the blood of Jesus and separated from misfortune
forever. Ask God to confirm His Word of favour in your life and you will be surprised to see
how He will move into your life, because His divine favour is your birthright.

KINGDOM COMMITMENT
When you are committed to the advancement of God’s kingdom, as stated in Psalm
35:27, you become a candidate for His favour. As a corollary, Psalm 102:13-14 says:
Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set
time, is come.
For thy servants take pleasure in her stones, and favour the dust thereof.

 In other words, the time to favour him has come because he is committed to God’s
kingdom; he takes pleasure in the stones of Zion; he favours the very dust thereof. God’s
favour will come mightily upon him that will make the heathen to fear the name of the Lord,
and all the ends of the earth, His glory.
It may interest you to know that in Malachi 3:16-18, God’s Word says that your misfor-
tune is traceable to your lack of commitment to His kingdom.
By implication, therefore, it is impossible to be genuinely committed to God’s king-
dom; His cause on earth, and end your journey a loser. This is because when you are truly
and genuinely committed to His cause on earth, you are free from all curses of misfortune.
In Haggai 1:3-14 God says you should consider your ways... Go up to the mountain
and bring wood, and build the house, and He will take pleasure in it, and He will be glori-
fied. His words further confirmed that though you earn wages, you still have the misfor-
tune of ‘leaking pockets’ because you have abandoned His cause, and His house ‘lies
waste’. If you then get any good thing by mistake, He will blow upon it and it will be blown
off and scattered.
Kingdom commitment, therefore, provides a power channel of favour for everyone who
can see it. You actually get to a point where you enter into your seasons of unending re-
wards. The rewards just keep coming, and coming. God’s Word then says ‘Be ye therefore
not weary in well doing for you shall reap it in due season if you faint not’ (Galatians 6:9).
Therefore, do not withdraw your commitment before your season of harvest is due,
or you may keep starting over and over again for ever. Keep up the commitment because
when you are due for God’s favour, you will not be turned back.

FAVOUR SEEDS
Jesus says in the book of Matthew 5:7 that those that show mercy shall receive
mercy. Thus; blessed are the merciful for they shall obtain mercy. (Matthew 5:7)
Favour is, a seed you sow which automatically prepares a harvest of favour for you.
Please be aware of the fact that every favour you make available to others goes into a
book of records with God. It goes down into heaven’s records for returns, because “while
the earth remaineth, seed time and harvest shall not cease.”
God’s Words, in Ephesians 6:7, unequivocally asserts that “whatever good thing any
man doeth, the same shall he receive of the Lord, whether he be bond or free.”
In other words, you will not receive such rewards from men, but from the Lord. Every
harvest of favour is traceable to a seed of favour sown in the past. Therefore, you need to
get excited at sowing great seeds of favour into the lives of people; the hurting people, the
downcast people, the hungry people and the naked people. It is really time to help out
someone who is dying of calamities. It is time to put food on somebody’s table, and put
clothing on somebody’s back. Remember, the rewards of these seeds of favour will be
waiting for you tomorrow, because there is a book of records that is crying out in your

favour.
When you stop showing favour, God begins to withdraw His favour from your life. It is
time to step in and do good to someone.

THE TONGUE
What you say has a lot to do with what you see in your future. Every spoken word
cannot be regathered, because angels pick them up.
Ecclesiastes 5:6 reminds you that your tongue can become an instrument of misfor-
tune if misused, because whatever you say is a seed that is waiting for you in the future.
In fact, the tongue has been the cause of the misfortune in the lives of many people in the
body of Christ. The words of their mouths have scattered their families, and many have
spoken their lives into misfortune in their work places. The words of their mouths have
destroyed the works of their hands.
Therefore, watch what you say, because God is committed to any word you speak.
Jesus said in Matthew 12:36 that a man shall give account of every idle word spoken.
Stop speaking misfortune into your life, because you cannot be talking misfortune and
expect to enjoy favour. What you say determines what you see. God’s word says,
Deliver thyself O captive daughter of Zion’. You have sold yourself out for nothing,
and you shall be redeemed without a price.
Isaiah 52:2

You therefore need to keep sowing great seeds into your destiny with your tongue,
because God’s Word says;
“A man shall be satisfied with good by the fruit of his mouth: and the recompense of
a man’s hands shall be rendered unto him.”
Proverbs 12:14

From the foregoing, we can infer that a man will eat good by what he says and the
reward of a man’s labour will be rendered unto him, becuase what you say determines
what you will enjoy. This fact is further corroborated in the book of Proverbs 8:20.
As a child of destiny, you need to appreciate the fact that you have a great future. You
are not a victim of misfortune.
Henceforth, cease from uttering any idle word. Don’t say “I don’t mean it, just don’t
say it, if it is not right.

GRATITUDE
Last but not the least, we have the channel of gratitude. You will agree with me that when
you show favour to someone, and he fails to appreciate it, that channel is automatically dis-
connected. When he faces another challenge that requires your assistance, you will never

grant it. Ingratitude has therefore disconnected him from the channel of favour.
When you give God thanks, you commit Him to move in your favour.
But if you are ungrateful, you automatically block the channel of favour from Him.
Ingratitude is a bait of misfortune. When you stop seeing what God is doing, He stops
doing anything at all. God’s Word says,
Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee.
Then shall the earth yield her increase; and God, even our own God, shall bless us.
Psalm 67:5-6

Beloved, you owe God thanks for every favour He shows you. In fact, you may never
see the next favour from God until you thank Him for the previous blessings, for every
achievement, every lifting, every promotion and every result, and then ‘fearful’ blessings
began to come your way as you do this!
Welcome to your seasons of favour as you employ these channels in your daily
life. It is a new beginning and new visitation for you in Jesus precious name.

 Chapter 3

COVENANT ACCESS TO
FRUITFULNESS
You are created to be fruitful! God initiated a covenant of fruitfulness with man at
creation.
So, God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male
and female created he them.
And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and
replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and
over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
Genesis 1:27-28
Immediately, everything man needed to make him fruitful was deposited in him. So,
you are not created to be barren, you are by God’s design, a very fruitful being. No
biological reason, therefore, should be strong enough to keep you from having children -
fruitfulness is your right!
That state of unfruitfulness you are in is not biological, neither is it hereditary, it is satanic! It
is the work of the enemy. It is clearly an oppression of Satan.
“He said unto them, an enemy hath done this...”
Read Matthew 13:24-28.
Barrenness is satanic, so scientific treatments can rarely handle it. The answer is
actually no where else but in Jesus. When Jesus was crucified, he nailed your barrenness
to His cross, and blotted out all things contrary to your fruitfulness by His blood.
“Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary
to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to His cross;”
Colosians 2:14

God is still at work today, opening up the wombs that the devil has shut. If He did it so
cheaply for Rachel, He is still the same God today and will do the same for you!

IT TAKES FAITH
Consider this scripture,

“For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world; and this the victory that
overcometh theworld even our faith.”
1John 5:4

 It is very important for you to always bear in mind that there is no devil or Satan, no
witch or wizard, no physiological reason under heaven and no medical verdict in the high-
est research centre in the world that can resist the authority of Bible faith; the immutability
of the Word of God. Always remember that God releases your blessings to you according to
your faith, and with the same faith, you quench all the fiery darts of the devil that are out to
tamper with such blessings. This truth is further emphasied by God’s Word in Psalm 125
verses 1 to 3.
Let us pick another biblical example on how faith establishes your destiny in Christ.
In Matthew 9:27, the Bible says:
And when Jesus departed thence, two blind men followed him, crying, and saying,
Thou son of David, have mercy on us.
Matthew. 9:27

The fact is, Jesus touched the two blind men, but His touch Jesus was not guaran-
teed until the blind men’s faith was established. By implication, therefore, the fearful medi-
cal verdict of your unfruitfulness is irrelevant. Why? Because God’s Word says:
If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.
Mark 9:23

Faith is the indispensable spiritual force in moulding the destiny of man, and that is
why Satan’s target is always the faith of the believer. It may interest you to know that until
your faith is under arrest, your future remains in shape. In fact, when Satan wants to steal
what belongs to you, he goes after your faith because it is the only guarantee you have to
access your inheritance. Satan knows that until he can put your faith under arrest, he
cannot mess up your colourful destiny. However, when your faith is under arrest, your
destiny is stranded and your future is trapped.
Faith is truly the master key that unlocks the destiny of the saints.
God’s word in Ephesians 6:16 further confirms that fact.
You can now appreciate the fact that faith is it. The fight of life is essentially the fight
of faith. Let me emphasize that Satan cannot get to you until your faith defences are
down. When your faith is down, you become utterly vulnerable to his maneuvering, his
wicked schemings and his destructive plans . You therefore need to fight the good fight of
faith so as to lay hold on your eternal inheritance. Remember that God’s Word says in 1
Timothy 6:12,
“Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called,
and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.”

This makes it obvious that in the Kingdom, your fruitfulness is not according to the
circumstances or the verdict of medical science, but according to your faith.

 We have a sister in the church who was pregnant, but unfortunately experienced
bleeding, and bled continuously for four months! The medical verdict given to her said
that the pregnancy was no more. But the lady, who had been following our teaching,
believed that the baby in her womb was still alive and well. Now, because of her faith, the
holder of her destiny was at work, and she eventually gave birth to a bouncing baby,
inspite of the four months of bleeding.
Accordingly, know now that your faith is the master key to your fruitfulness. It is a two-
edged sword. It brings home what belongs to you, and then keeps the devil away from
tampering with it.
It is clear, therefore, that faith is not just an option; it is the force that guarantees your
colourful destiny in Christ. God is always faithful and He says that your blessings are to
you according to your faith.

ROLL AWAY ‘THE STONE’

It is possible, for instance, to be saved and be poor. Why? Because you have not built
the faith for financial prosperity. The fact is that what you do not have, faith in will never
come to you. What actually flows to you is determined by the faith that is at work in you.
Please understand that your closeness to Jesus is irrelevant. Do not confuse your regular
church attendance or your participation in several church activities with faith. These are
entirely different issues. The Bible tells us in John 11:39-40 of how Jesus went on a
mission to bring Lazarus out of the grave to demonstrate His resurrection power. When
Jesus asked that the stone that covered the tomb be removed, Martha, the sister of Lazarus,
said to Him, Lord, by this time he stinketh: for he hath been dead four days.
But Jesus said to her, ‘Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest
see the glory of God?’
It is, therefore, our faith that ensures the manifestation of the glory of God in our lives. In
Luke 24:1-2 the Bible says when Jesus, the King of glory, was going to come out of the grave, the
stone was rolled away for the captives in the grave to come out.
By implication, therefore, there is a “stone” that must move out of your being to en-
able God’s glory manifest in your life, and it is called the stone of unbelief. It has to go for
you to be free.
Jesus could not do mighty works in Nazareth (Mark 6:5) and we are told that He
marveled at their unbelief. If mankind is to benefit from God’s deliverance, it is important
for the stone of unbelief to be removed.
Go through, go through the gates; prepare ye the way of the people; cast up, cast up
the highway; gather out the stones; lift up a standard for the people.
Isaiah 62:10

 These stones of unbelief that have become obstacles in believers’ efforts to benefit
from God’s covenant of physical fruitfulness by His people, can be categorized as follows:
Natural Laws
The stone of natural laws could also be called the traditions of men. They are said to
be accepted as the norms. For instance, if a woman reaches the age of menopause, it is
assumed that she no longer has the natural ability to conceive and bear children. What
more? It is even seen as a natural phenomenon. But the Bible, in Colosians 2:8, warns
us to,
‘Beware lest any man spoils us through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradi-
tion of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.’

That is a caution to you to beware lest any man rob you of your heritage of fruitfulness
in God.
There is an interesting testimony of a sister in our church who became pregnant, and
after some time went for a scan. The scan report said that what she had in her womb was
fibroid. She then visited one of the greatest obstetricians in the city who confirmed that
she was actually “carrying” fibroid. However, the sister rejected the report immediately
and kept on anointing her tommy, believing strongly that she was pregnant with a child.
Eventually, her faith drew God’s virtue, which converted her ‘fibroid’ into a child! Beloved,
the devil can never stop what your faith has ordered for you from God.
If you believe, you will see the manifestation of the glory of God.
The above testimony shows how God moves to destroy fundamental natural laws so
as to establish His covenant of fruitfulness with His people.
God gave Sarah, Abraham‘s wife, the fruit of the womb at the age of 90! All natural
laws were suspended in her case, because the scriptures cannot be broken.
Beloved, you need to understand that your belief in the natural laws of life is one
“stone” that must be taken out of the way for the power of God to bring about your own
release. That counsel is based on the fact that natural laws are contrary to spiritual laws,
as they often suspend the effect of spiritual laws when you believe them.
In Luke 1:5-22, we can read about how Zechariah’s belief in natural laws got him into
trouble. He became a captive of natural laws and doubted God’s ability to make him
fruitful. He therefore became dumb because he belittled God’s promise.
Please understand that everything that makes your case seem naturally impossible
is actually a deception of the devil. Natural laws have no power to subdue spiritual laws in
any circumstance, except by the power and importance you attach to them. Accordingly,
if you believe in natural laws, they subsequently keep the spiritual law in suspense, and
stop them from having their full course in your life.
However, when you key into the law of the Spirit of life, it sets you free from the laws
of nature.

 It may interest you to know that quite a number of people are victims of natural laws,
while many more are victims of scientific verdict. We are told in 1 Timothy 6:20-21 that
Apostle Paul urged Timothy to avoid profane and vain babblings and the oppositions of
science.
By implication therefore, the oppositions of science, which some believers have ad-
hered to, have made a shipwreck of their faith. You need to avoid it or it will destroy you.
About 20 years ago, a doctor tested me and declared, “Your blood pressure is high!” I
rejected it immediately. “Not mine!”, I said. I saw it as an opposition of science targeted
at destroying my health covenant in Christ, but my faith in God came to my defence.
Since then I have never known the name of any drug for blood pressure in my life. I am
one of the strongest and healthiest mortal beings on planet earth today. So when faith is
at work, every medical verdict is falsified. Jesus has a simple prescription: “If thou wouldest
believe.”
Alternatives
Every alternative source to God keeps a man permanently stranded in life, because
God leaves it all to you, and without Him ye can do nothing. Such a person keeps going
in a circle of frustration.
God says in Exodus 20:3 “Thou shalt have no other gods before me.”
The natural tendency of man is to “try this” and “try that” believing that if you try and
fail, you can try and try again.
Please understand that you do not try God with any other thing, it will fail! When God
is not the only source of your expectation, you may as well die in frustration.
You either let God have the whole of you or He will leave it all to you and not intervene
in whatever situation you find yourself.
It is important to remind you that you cannot lift up your eyes to God and expect help
from somewhere else at the same time.
The reason many have not received divine help up till now is because they have
refused to focus their attention solely on God. They tend to look up for a little while and
then look down, beneath and around them for alternatives; for instance, the alternative
could be a piece of cloth one native doctor somewhere gave them, which unfortunately,
could be the cloth of barrenness from Satan to keep the person barren for life. This helps
us to appreciate the Psalmist’s position that;
“Their sorrows shall be multiplied that hasten after another god: their drink offer-
ings of blood will I not offer, nor take up their names into my lips.”
Psalm 16:4

It is obvious, therefore that until you drop your alternative, God’s help cannot reach
you, especially because He will not share His glory with any other (Isaiah 42:8) God will
not tolerate any double-dealing from anyone; until you set yourself for God, you cannot

see His salvation.
If you are a businessman and you are still struggling to make it, it could be because
you have made the Almighty God one of the 10 alternatives you have. But unfortunately,
those other nine demonic gods have tied down the destiny of your business.
Some people in church have stopped paying tithes because they want to borrow
money. But then, they need to understand that whatever will not let one celebrate God
freely will definitely make one a slave for life. Such alternatives bottle up one’s destiny,
they are sitting on your destiny, and you are cringing under their weight. Break yourself
loose from those demons! You are a covenant child who should be breaking forth on every
side.
These terrible stones must be rolled away from your life before the Almighty God can
step in. Believe me, this is the only way to prepare the way of the Lord for divine interven-
tion in your situation. You need to understand that for every promise of scripture, there are
conditions for fulfilment, and when the conditions are met, the promise is converted into a
covenant. That is, you have now committed God to act in your favour.
This means that you must, as a matter of urgency, locate God first before His good-
ness and mercy can begin to follow you. In other words, until you become a committed
God-seeker, you will be seeking in futility till life is over.
A woman gave this humbling testimony in church. She confessed after 15 years of
barrenness: “I was only a miracle seeker. I did not know God.” But when she gave her life
to Jesus and committed herself to God, her womb was opened and she became pregnant
and gave birth to her long-awaited child!
When you enter into a covenant with God, you become unbeatable in the battles of
life. You need to appreciate the validity of the covenant. You need to possess a working
knowledge of your covenant with God, that will put you on top all the time.
Please understand that medical assertions are not falsehoods in themselves, but
when you bring them on the platform of the truth, face-to-face with faith in God, they must
give up.
Again, those natural laws are not false in themselves, but the truth is, when they are
brought face-to-face with spiritual laws, they cannot stand the test of time. You have
access to the operation of the higher laws, and these laws will always subdue the lower
laws; the natural laws.
Note that what medical science does is to actually help us appreciate the power of
God, and this is vividly substantiated in Ecclesiastes 11:5 which says;
As thou knowest not what is the way of the spirit, nor how the bones do grow in the
womb of her that is with child: even so thou knowest not the works of God who maketh all.
You need to embrace this fundamental truth and perform your covenant responsibili-
ties, to enable God take you to new dimensions of fruitfulness. You are fruitful in Jesus’
name.

 Chapter 4

COVENANT ACCESS TO
BUSINESS EXPLOITS
Business is not money-laundering, business is offering services. It is not a shaddy
money market, it is servicing the needs of mankind and getting rewards for your services.
So when you’re thinking of getting into business or business expansion, begin to think of
what service you can offer mankind, what value you want to add to mankind and not the
money you will make. When you concentrate on what service to renderr to mankind,
returns become natural.
Thinking about people is busines.
If you are alive on this earth, you are in business. In the parable of the talents, Jesus
said, “Occupy till I come.” This expression literally means ‘do business with this till I
come.’ So life is designed for business. Adam, the first man created by God, had a
business: the business of keeping and dressing the Garden of Eden. All students, for
instance, are in the business of studying in preparation for gainful employment. Business,
therefore, simply means profitable engagement. In other words, whatever you engage in
for the purpose of profiting is your business. I, therefore, believe that irrespective of your
business endeavour, as you read along, God will be opening up your business destiny.

SECRETS FOR EXPLOITS

Every outstanding business has its well-defined trade secrets. But it is very important
for us to appreciate the fact that God is the custodian of all secrets.
The truth is: God is the master custodian of all business, family or health secrets.
When you walk in the light of this truth, you become free from every harassment of curses
in all your endeavours. (Numbers 23:8). In fact, most of the things we suffer in our busi-
ness endeavours are neither the curse of the Lord nor the curse of witches and wizards
but the curse of the law, and the only way out of the curse of the law is to enter into a
covenant of blessing with God. His words say, in Malachi 3:6-9, that the solution to the
curses you’re suffering, is to return unto Him and He will return unto you. God is therefore
urging you to return to this secret that looks ordinary. He says return to the covenant
platform, which guarantees exploits ,in your pursuits, or you may remain in struggle for life
(Job 22:23-25).
By implication, therefore, there is something you have neglected knowingly or unknow-
ingly, and that has been the undoing of your business pursuits. Until you return to God to lay
hold on the covenant secrets, the struggle continues. The choice is yours really.

 Job was the most successful business man in his time was Job, and he was trading
the secrets of God (Job 29:4, 6).
Job said he traded with God’s secrets. Beloved, God’s covenant secrets are the
greatest treasures in your business pursuits. The people who lay hold on those secrets
and operate by them, naturally stand out wherever they are found.
You need to align yourself with the covenant- keeping God, your business crisis will
give way to peace and your lack will give way to plenty. This is particularly so, because
you cannot prevail in business by struggles and efforts. You can, and will always triumph
by trading covenant secrets in faith and in deed.
I am persuaded of the fact that if trading covenant secrets made the greatest man in
the world at a particular time, your understanding and subsequent application of these
same covenant secrets will make you too one of the greatest men in your generation.

WHAT IS YOUR BUSINESS GOAL?

If your business goal is just to ‘gather’ and ‘store’, like the rich man, then you have not laid
hold on God’s covenant secret, you are still working with the principles of this world, and God
says in Matthew 6:19, that you are ‘a fool’, because you are merely laying up treasures for
yourself, and not treasures in heaven, as directed in verse 20. Riches and breakthroughs (call
them true business exploits if you like) are all a function of your riches towards God.
I read something interesting in one Christian magazine about six leading business-
men. One of them had a 625,000 workforce, another one had a 125,000 workforce and so
on. These leading Christian businessmen all had one thing in common- they all traded
these covenant secrets. They awarded scholarships to the needy, contributed to the build-
ing of structures in Missions and looked after the orphans and widows. That is how they
got there.
It is important to let you know that, when you become rich towards God in promoting
His kingdom, and you become rich towards the needy that are around you, then you have
positioned yourself for business exploits. This is what validates the covenant. And as long
as you see the sun in the day, and the moon at night, then know that God’s covenant is in
force.
Always remember that your proper covenant stand with God will guarantee you busi-
ness exploits anytime, and this has got nothing to do with the economy of the country.
You are not permitted to be a victim of the economy of your nation, because your
case is made different by the covenant. Walking in the light is a decision you need to
make, because when you walk in the light of God’s Word, darkness will no longer be a
threat to you. Any threat you are suffering now is a proof of your refusal to walk in the light.
Your struggles in business are coming to an end today as you walk in the light of the
covenant.

 Also, be reminded that obedience is the only answer to the curse of the law. It is neither
prayer nor fasting. God said, ‘return’, then you will be restored. God does not need what
you have. He only demands your obedience, He then releases you into the fullness of the
enviable and colourful plan He has for you.

TITHES
For many businessmen, tithing is their greatest problem. I am glad to let you know
that God is neither spying on your tithe nor depending on your offering. In 1987, God
spoke to me and said, ‘Tell my people that I, the Almighty will never depend on their
wretched purses, but their wretched purses will always depend on me for replenishing.’
Your refusal, therefore, to pay your tithe, is a willful disobedience to the covenant.
Consequently, for every big business venture you engage in, there is a big problem to match,
and as you continue in your ignorance and stubbornness, the cycle will continue.
Your obedience to the covenant is your only guarantee for a colourful tomorrow. It is
absolutely your choice. However, you need to know that God said you have to be involved
with Him before He can be involved with you (Haggai 1:2-11). You have to draw near to
Him before He can draw near to you (James 4:8) and you have to return to God before He
can return you to your dignity (Malachi 3:7).
Until you align yourself with those covenant trade secrets, your regular prayer and
fasting for business prosperity is a waste of time. What you need is an understanding of
these covenant trade secrets and your destiny will begin to blossom without sweat, your
business will begin to grow like the cedar in Lebanon and you will begin to get fat and
flourish to prove that your God is upright.
The secret, beloved, is God first, and your neighbour second. In other words, you are
promoting the kingdom as well as servicing the needs of humanity. That way, you are on
your way to the top. There is, therefore, no cunning way to business exploits. Every
business exploit is a function of a committed, genuine and sincere covenant walk with
God. You have to become a covenant distributor of His riches before you can become a candi-
date for business exploits.

WHY THE COVENANT?

Some people may ask: ‘What are we doing with the covenant?’ Well, we are securing our
destiny against the times to come – so that when natural forces begin to fail, eternal forces will
be working in our favour.
Where you are now is the best place to start.
If you want an outstanding breakthrough in business, you need to honour the Lord
with your substance (Proverbs 3:9-10). Remember, only the best is good enough for
God, and by this act, we are acknowledging God’s worth to us by demonstrating His
blessings in our lives through our givings.

 When you under-give your size, it is not your substance, it is your leftover. If a man
gives according to what he has, then it becomes accepted. And as God has blessed every-
one, even so let him give. What you give must be commensurate with what you have;
according to God’s blessings in your life.
For instance, when you were earning N20, 000 you gave tithe and offering com-
mensurate with this amount, but now that you are earning N100,000 or N10 million, your
tithe and offering should no longer be the previous amount.
Your tithe is the tenth of your income. Therefore, you would need to increase the
amount to become commensurate with your new profit or earning. If not, you are already
robbing God! And your offering is no longer defined as a substance, but a leftover, which
is not acceptable to Him. This is the covenant trade secret for business exploits. It is the
covenant base from where you secure revolution in your business.
Please understand this truth your tithe is not a financial support for the church, nei-
ther is your offering the support for missions. Whatever you give is your seed for financial
and business explosions in life.
You are also not a philanthropist, at least not in the house of God. Your giving makes
you a covenant person. God has never required anonymous support. You and I are too
small to support Him. God will never look for supporters. He does not require votes. He
has been the Almighty before we came to life and He will continue to be the Almighty even
after we are no longer here. Remember that,
The earth is the LORD’S, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell
therein.
Psalm 24:1

This means that that little thing in your hand is just part of what He allowed to flow
into your hands. God owns everything. I know this understanding will help you. You
must therefore begin to give your size in your worship of God. You must have bountiful
eyes in servicing the needs of the underprivileged, and ministering to the needs of mankind.
When that happens, what the world has never seen before will begin to happen in your life.
The Bible tells us in Job 1:5 that Job was giving sacrifices continually, and then in Job
29, he was ministering to the needs of the needy. He, therefore, had a balanced financial
stewardship, which led to his unusual explosion in business, making him the greatest man
in all the East. What more? Because Job was involved, God built an hedge around his
house and all that he had.
Believe me, when you enter into this covenant, you have divine protection. You are
surrounded by a wall of fire that is so impregnable, that the enemy cannot reach you. It is
not just having business explosion, but also enjoying heavenly protection wherever you
find yourself.
God’s Word says, ‘And whatsoever he doeth it shall prosper’(Psalm 1:3). There is

therefore, no room for being envious of any man’s career. Your career is good enough for
the covenant to produce in your life.
However, you need to appreciate the fact that without coming to terms with God in
this covenant, you do not have a future in any business enterprise and if this is true, then
the choice must be made today to terminate all your struggles forever.

RETURN NOW!
The curse of the law is the principal reason for the curses the saints are suffering in
business. It is not the curse of the devil, because you can cast the devil out in the name
of Jesus, and you overcome him by the blood of the Lamb. But the curse of the law
demands that we effect a practical change of position for it to be averted. God says,
“return unto me and I will return unto you and the curse will be averted, and you will be
restored”.
The Bible says:
If thou return to the Almighty, thou shalt be built up, thou shalt put away iniquity far
from thy tabernacles.
Then shalt thou lay up gold as dust, and the gold of Ophir as the stones of the
brooks.
Yea, the Almighty shall be thy defence, and thou shalt have plenty of silver.
Job 22:23-25
Those scriptures emphasise that it is time to return. I do not know what you are
waiting for. It is time to return!
Beloved, if you are a petty trader for instance, do not claim that you are ignorant of
exactly what you sell per day and your profit, because by so doing, you are disqualifying
yourself for promotion from God. He says you should render the account of your steward-
ship, and if you cannot do that, then you are not a candidate for his liftings.
I implore you to make a decision now to change your position and return unto God
and as you do this, I decree that every curse of God that has rested upon your life and
business be averted forever, in the precious name of Jesus.

 Chapter 5

COVENANT ACCESS TO
PROSPERITY
Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favour my righteous cause: yea, let them
say continually, Let the LORD be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity
of his servant.
Psalm 35:27

It gives God great pleasure to see you prosper. He wants you to come to that point
where you come on line for heaven’s supplies in all areas of life, so you can be a blessing
to your generation.
God has programmed the end-time Church to prosper exceedingly. Why? So that
His kingdom, through the prosperity of the saints, will prosper,
“Cry yet, saying, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; My cities through prosperity shall
yet be spread abroad; and the LORD shall yet comfort Zion, and shall yet choose
Jerusalem.”
Zechariah 1:17

It is therefore important for you to know and understand how to prosper in the king-
dom, and to enjoy true prosperity.
“Good understanding giveth favour: but the way of transgressors is hard.”
Proverbs 13:15

Good understanding commands blessings. Every blessing of God is transmitted

through sound understanding - when you grasp it, it becomes yours. It is your level of
understanding that determines your level of possession.
You are redeemed to be enriched, so it will be an abuse to redemption if you don’t actualise
that dimension of redemption. Prosperity is our identity, if you don’t demonstrate it, then you
are a misfit in the kingdom.
It’s time to get on line with God. We’re not in a game, we are in a covenant, and an
understanding of that covenant makes the difference. I’d like you to understand that
prosperity is not just having money, it’s a state of well-being which you enter into through
the covenant of abundance. I see God giving you a supernatural escape from every
discomfort of life!

Understanding Your Covenant Rights < 27 >

POVERTY IS A DISEASE!
Poverty can kill and destroy a person just like any physiological disease does. Note,
therefore, that poverty is not only a curse but also a disease. It constitutes a psychological
pressure which adversely affects the health of a man. This is further confirmed by God’s
word in Deuteronomy 28:47-48.
Because thou servedst not the LORD thy God with joyfulness, and with gladness
of heart, for the abundance of all things;
Therefore shalt thou serve thine enemies which the LORD shall send against thee,
in hunger, and in thirst, and in nakedness, and in want of all things: and he shall put
a yoke of iron upon thy neck, until he have destroyed thee.

The implication of this is that lack and want can place a yoke of iron on the necks of
people to destroy them. I believe there are quite a number of people in the grave today
who were not killed by fever, cancer or HIV, but by “lack and want”, which actually placed
a yoke of iron on their necks and destroyed them.
Poverty is a disease that destroys like cancer or HIV; it is a destroyer of destiny.
A debt, for instance, is no respecter of any office or title. Lack and want have nothing
to do with your calling or election, but with knowing what it takes and accepting it whole-
heartedly.
I pray that your understanding will be opened, and every yoke of lack and want, and
indebtedness will come to an end in your life, in Jesus precious name.
It is not luck, it is walking in the light that shatters the darkness of lack and want and
for any thing that has to do with light, it is necessary to check from the manual given by the
Author of life. For anything that has to do with your life, you would need to crosscheck
from the manufacturer’s manual - the Bible, which is the Word of God.
If poverty is a disease then its cure must be in the hands of the Great Physician. To
be cured of this deadly disease, you have to submit yourself to the authority of the Great
Physician and embrace His prescription.
May I remind you that prosperity is not magical, it is a conscious covenant walk -
complying with the terms of the covenant with delight, not as a trial and error thing. Many
people are in church just to try God, and that is why such people are undergoing trials in
their lives. But thank God, all diseases of life have their answers with the Great Physician.
The disease of poverty can be cured if you embrace God’s prescriptions as contained in
the Bible, and apply yourself practically to them. With your faith in the Great Physician,
Jesus Himself, and your compliance with His prescriptions, you are sure of an automatic
cure from the disease called “poverty”.

TRUE RICHES
It is God’s blessings that make rich and add no sorrow to it. Please understand this
truth, that you do not have an alternative source for true prosperity. That was what Jesus
meant when He said that if you have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who
shall commit to your trust the true riches? (Luke 16:11).
By implication, therefore, not all riches can be defined as true riches. True wealth has
its source in walking in the truth. What is it that makes it true? You do not get it with one
hand and lose it with the other, for whatever the Lord doeth, it shall be forever (Ecclesias-
tics 3:14).
That apart, what actually makes true riches real is that it adds no sorrow to it. God
gives it to you richly to enjoy, not to endure. Many people are enduring money. It is no
longer a plus to their joy and fulfilment, but a weight in their lives, which eventually culmi-
nates in physical sickness and disease like high blood pressure and hypertension. Once
again, let me emphasize the fact that you do not have an alternative source to true riches.
I am also sure you are aware of the fact that Jesus Christ is our New -Testament -
Moses sent by God to redeem us from Egypt and all our experiences in Egypt, which
include sickness, disease, lack and want. Consequently, when you submit to the authority
of this Great Physician and embrace His prescription with delight, supernatural abun-
dance will become your natural experience.
Moses prophesied in Deuteronomy 18:18 that another Saviour - a Messiah is com-
ing, who will not only rescue you from hell, but will ensure that you are not empty in the
journey of life.

BREAKING THE CURSE OF POVERTY

Jesus did not only come to redeem our soul, He came to redeem us also from the
plague of poverty (see 2 Corinthians 8:9).
You need to know that it is part and parcel of His redemptive work to make you and I
rich, to redeem us from poverty. If you take a cursory look at the curses of the law, you will
observe that they started with the curse of poverty. That is to tell you how important your
welfare is to God.
The Word of God says that Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law by
being made a curse for us. For it is written cursed is everyone that hangeth upon the
tree(Gal. 3:13). The curse of poverty is the first identified curse in Deuteronomy 28. Your
redemption, therefore, is not complete without the breaking of the curse of poverty.
Remember, when Jesus came, He said that He has redeemed us from the curse of
the law. This implies that He definitely paid the price for our prosperity on the cross. It is,
therefore, our redemptive right to be free from the curse of poverty.
Apostle Peter was making reference to that prophetic connection,

 For Moses truly said unto the fathers, a prophet shall the Lord your God raise up
unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear in all things whatsoever
he shall say unto you.
Acts 3:22

Stephen was also referring to the same prophecy to further authenticate the similarity
between the ministry of Moses and that of Christ. So, if Moses bailed them out of poverty,
Christ has also come to bail us out of poverty.
Beloved, there is a covering for you today, but you have a duty to listen to the Great
Physician, and apply yourself to His prescriptions that will guarantee a dramatic recovery for
you today.

THERE’S A LAW AT WORK

You will never have any testimony of a dramatic turn-around in the school of abundance
without a particular law at work. It is your diligence in applying that law that makes you a
financial wonder to your world.
When you become diligently committed and delightsomely devoted to the law, your
access into a financial wonder world is fully guaranteed - you will eventually lay up gold as
dust, and to crown it all, the Almighty God shall become your everlasting defence. That is
what makes true prosperity.
It is fundamental, therefore, to understand that there are conscious steps you must
take for things to change in your life, because success in every aspect of life is never a
product of luck, neither does time, on its own, change things. Time changes nothing!
Every change is consciously and systematically effected by those who desire it, it does
not come by wishing. You effect the desired change by submitting yourself to its demands.
To be prosperous connotes to be at ease, to be comfortable. I am glad to let you
know that prosperity has become the identity of our Commission in every place where it is
found, and as you identify with the things I’m sharing with you here, God will definitely put
the key to supernatural prosperity in your hand.

THE LAW OF RECOVERY

You do not need to go manipulating your business partners or deceiving innocent
people or even playing pranks. God’s Word says, “receive I pray thee the law from His
mouth”. All you really need to do is to settle down and apply the appropriate law to recover
your destiny of abundance. It does not take a long time for the effect of the law to manifest
in your life, it simply takes truth - walking in the truth - God then decorates you with
financial beauty forever.
The law of recovery is not the same as the law of giving and receiving.

 We are told in very clear terms that eyes have not seen and ears have not heard the
dimension of fortune that God has laid up in stock for them that love Him. This truth is
further validated thus:
And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be
burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing
1 Corinthians 13:3

Do not miss it, giving is not the gateway to abundance. There is a law which says you
need to acquaint yourself with God. Return to your love for God and the heavens will stay
open, and you will become the envy of the earth. It is this love that motivates you to the
practical application of the terms of the law.
Indeed, if you love God, then giving to Him becomes a natural habit. God so loved us
and He demonstrated His love by giving. Giving is an expression of the fundamental law
that launches you into your realm of enviable prosperity and this fact is well packaged in
the scriptures.
This is the law that motivates you to serve God delightsomely with your substance;
the law that makes God take first place in your financial consideration.
Also, understand that until God takes first place in your financial consideration, you
do not become a first class citizen on the earth. When you become a first class citizen on
the earth, that signifies prosperity that is continuous and overflowing, unending prosperity
(Job 36:11). This aptly calls to mind what Jesus also said;
But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things
shall be added unto you.
Matthew 6:33

This is the ‘Rescue’ scripture that I came in contact with in September 1976 and my
future was solidly moulded. It dawned on me that if I seek God first, I will beat all my
colleagues to it, because God will decorate me with everything they are running around
for.
Beloved, let the expansion and welfare of God’s kingdom be first in all your consider-
ation henceforth and you will come in contact with true prosperity.

AVOID THE LOVE OF MONEY

While lack of money is scripturally described or defined as a plague, the love of
money can also be defined as a killer disease. The ground of safety on which to strike a
balance, will be your love for God, which will bring you all the gold - all the money you will
ever need to keep loving Him. Believe me, in my 22 years of sojourn in this covenant
kingdom, I have been living well and commanding “gold”.
The truth is that you cannot quit getting involved in the welfare of someone you love,

because you will see yourself as doing all you should do, and not waiting for “a thank-you”
from that person.
It is not enough to keep visiting the clinics for instance, you must surrender to the
practical treatment prescribed for your case. The treatment for poverty is a demonstration
of your practical love for God and His kingdom. You do this by giving Him the first place in
all your financial considerations in life. This should be done with delight, excitement, and
utmost joy.
In the long run, if genuine Christians in Nigeria adopt this as a way of life, it will be the
panacea to the long awaited economic revolution in the country. This is because heav-
enly ideas will be birthed that will turn the country’s economic climate for good.
Your love for money will keep you frustrated, but your love for God will distinguish you
in the financial world.
Also, understand that if you truly love God, giving to Him will be no big deal; serving
His interest with your substance will pose no problem.
Paul, the Apostle, painted this scriptural picture in a very big way. He said giving is a
proof of the sincerity of your love. That means, you are not sincere in your claim to love God
if you are not a giver.
I would like you to know that your faith, your worth, the utterances of your mouth, your
hardwork are all fantastic, but you had better ensure that you abound in this grace also or
you will never enjoy the full benefits of redemption, which include prosperity.
Therefore, prove your love by giving to Him with love, cheerfully, and giving Him the
first place in your financial consideration. Then you will not lack anything, provided you
seek first His kingdom and all His righteousness.
I urge you to open up and receive the law. Let God and His kingdom affairs be your
utmost priority, and I tell you, the world will begin to look for you.
Do not end your mission on earth like the rich fool whose purpose on earth was to
accumulate wealth until he was accumulated (Luke 12:15-21).
Also, read the following scripture to fire you up for greater love for God in your search
for abundance.
Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in
uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy;
That they do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to distribute, willing to
communicate;
Laying up in store for themselves a good foundation against the time to come, that
they may lay hold on eternal life.
1 Timothy 6:17-19

Believe me, your riches towards God constitute the security of your wealth on the

Your security is in your readiness to distribute and your willingness to communicate
towards every good work! That is the way to a life of continuous abundance, it is the law
that guarantees your freedom from the bondage of poverty. Always bear in mind also that
there are practical steps into all manner of successes in the kingdom. Until you apply
yourself to those demands; those steps, it is not your right to enjoy the provisions.
I am not surprised that I am fully blessed by God. In fact, I would have been totally
surprised if I was not, because when I saw the provisions and I embraced the conditions,
I knew my position had changed forever! If you can embrace these same conditions, this
same truth, with unquenchable excitement and total delight, I guarantee that in a very
short time you will testify of the goodness of the Lord in your life.

START NOW
Without an opportunity to express your love for God, life in the kingdom becomes
stagnant. Every opportunity to express your love for God is always a signal of another
turning point in your life. We are in the same church, but others see opportunities in
kingdom declarations while others are frustrated by them.
Any time an offering is announced, we are not raising an offering. Instead, we are
raising people by showing them kingdom opportunities for a rise. It does not really take
time, it takes understanding the truth. Time does not guarantee a change. If you sit down
in church and do nothing, nothing is on its way coming to you. This is the truth of the
covenant and it is superior to any economic analysis.
It is my prayer that as you embrace the truth of this covenant, there shall be no more
stagnation in your life in Jesus precious name.

 Chapter 6

BREAKING GENERATIONAL
CURSES!
Curses are real! They come from God,man and Satan, as well as from the covenant,
and you cannot be free from them without accepting God’s remedy for the freedom that
you desire, and that remedy is Christ Jesus.
The price he paid is His blood, hence, your justification is through faith in His blood.
When your faith is built on His blood, you are justified freely. You can never set yourself
free, you are set free, not by the law of works, but by the law of faith.
In essence, if you want to be free from the curses of life, your faith must come alive in
Christ. But as long as you are out to earn it, you will never get it. You cannot on your own
earn your freedom from the curses of life, true liberty is secured by knowledge.
You shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free.
John 8:32

It is not prayer, so to speak it is knowledge. Some people are destroyed in spite of

their prayers, all because they lack knowledge.

CURSES ARE REAL

The reality of curses can be found in the scriptures.
And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife,
and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat
of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of
thy life.
Genesis 3:17

From the foregoing, we see that after the fall of man, as a result of his disobedience,
God placed a curse on him, and humanity has lived under that curse for generations.
God’s own words say “in the sweat of thy face shall thou eat bread till thou return unto
the ground” (Genesis 3:19). That is sweat unlimited! Struggles without end, and with
nothing to show for it. Remember, that curse came from the mouth of the Lord.
Does God curse? Yes! He cursed Adam, and because He is the Lord who changes
not, He still pronounces curses on people. Still in Genesis, God says;
And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee
shall all families of the earth be blessed.
Genesis 12:3

 The above scripture further validates the fact that God curses. Also, when Jesus
came, He declared, “whosoever has seen me has seen the father”. And so, when Jesus
cursed the fig tree, Peter declared;
The fig tree which thou cursedst is withered away!
Mark 11:21

You need to always bear in mind, therefore, that God curses. This is why it is often
said that it is a fearful thing to fall into the hand of the living God. (Hebrews10:31)
God curses, and the curse of God has remedy only in God. He actually put in place
a generational remedy in Christ Jesus; the Lamb that was slain before the foundation of
the world.
Therefore, no one can escape the curse of the Lord until that person has taken cover
in Christ through salvation.
Christ is God’s ransom to free mankind from every generational curse. Until you take
cover in Christ, your crisis in life will continue. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth and the
life! (John 14:6).
Every natural being is a partaker of that curse pronounced upon Adam and until that
person comes to Christ, who has paid the ultimate price for man’s unending sorrows, his
struggles will continue unabated.
Since all have sinned and are disconnected from the blessings of God, it then means
that you cannot walk your way out of curses, you can only take cover in Christ to be free
from the curses of life.
In other words, you are justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in
Christ Jesus.
In every aspect of your life, begin to glorify God, because you have been redeemed
by the blood of Jesus to live a life that glorifies God, not to live under curses.

TYPES OF GENERATIONAL CURSES

Generational curses are real, and we see their manifestations all around us.
There are families, for instance, who suffer under a curse that someone may have
pronounced against their forefathers. As a result of this every body in the family dies in
automobile accidents under difficult and unbelievable circumstances.
In some other families, no one lives to a fruitful old age; everyone dies young. Some
families suffer from lack and want - everyone keeps toiling and struggling but there is
nothing to show for it; success is as far from them as the East is far from the West.
There are yet other families where no one has and can successfully keep a home; it
is marriage today, divorce tomorrow.
It may interest you to know that the curse of God is the fundamental curse that con-

trols these generational curses, and when you are free from that curse, you are free from
all other curses, because no one can curse whom God has not cursed. When God
commands His blessings upon you, no one can reverse them. The way to avert genera-
tional curses, therefore, is to take cover in the blood. To do this successfully, you have to
get connected to the carrier of that blood. His name is Jesus Christ.

SATAN’S CURSE
It is very important to be aware of the fact that there is the curse of Satan too. The
Bible tells us that there was war in heaven, and Satan fought against the angels of God.
Hence it is not surprising that there are many families that Satan is fighting and sitting on
their destinies for generations. But the Bible also declares;
And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testi-
mony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
Revelation 12:11

If they overcame him by the blood of the lamb, then every satanic war against your
family is coming to an end today by the power of the blood of Jesus Christ! But remember,
you cannot take cover in the blood unless you have been redeemed by the blood, because
the blood of Jesus only works for the redeemed of the Lord.
There was war in heaven, but victory came through the blood of the Lamb.

COVENANT CURSES
There are also certain curses that are classified as covenant curses, and our under-
standing of their operations and manifestations will help us to be free from them forever.
However, it is important to emphasise that God is a covenant-keeping God. He will not
break His covenant (Psalms 89:34).
The scriptures clearly confirm the fact that God is committed to His covenant forever.
As we fulfil our obligations, God fulfils His.
God’s word says that we have a unique covenant obligation towards our parents
(Ephesians 6:2; Proverbs 20:20).
From the above, it is obvious that there is a covenant demand upon everyone to
honour his parents and give them their due benevolence. Indeed, our goodwill and good
works towards our parents are obligatory. This is the only way we can escape the cov-
enant curse of struggles and untimely death.
That apart, there is also the covenant curse of poverty. This is often incurred when
one robs God.
Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed
thee? In tithes and offerings.

 Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, even this whole nation.
Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house,
and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the
windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room
enough to receive it.
Malachi 3:8-10

To be free from this curse simply takes returning to the terms of the covenant, and when you do
this, there is no force that can stop your prosperity on the earth.
God says, ‘I am the Lord, I change not’. By implication, that means, His blessing
upon you will continue from generation to generation.
There is also the covenant curse of bitterness. I would like you to understand that
bitterness is the trap of the devil designed to embitter the destiny of his victim. The curse
of bitterness in a person’s life often begins with envy and it degenerates to wrath, which
eventually snowballs into bitterness.
This curse comes upon you anytime you are not happy to see anybody progressing in
life. This also means that as the curse comes upon you, you are on your way down, and
no matter your effort, you will never see results to match. Bitterness defiles you and
corrupts your great destiny.
Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness
springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled.
Hebrews 12:15

Avoid bitterness so that you do not defile your generation, and your destiny is not
corrupted. If you are a follower of that which is good, who is it that can harm you? Faith-
fully carry out these covenant responsibilities and you will live a curse-free life all the days
of your life.

RECONCILE NOW!

The Bible says, woe unto him that striveth with his maker (Isaiah 45:9).
It is actually time to make it right with God, if you have not done so. You can do this
by accepting His sacrifice (Jesus Christ) for your freedom. The Bible says that whosoever
the Son of God shall set free shall be free indeed. The Bible also says that God has
translated us from the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of His own dear son. Having
been translated, therefore, we are now far from the satanic oppressions of the curses of
life, because we are also free from the curse of the law.
Let me emphasize that the curse of God, the curse of man and the curse of Satan, all
have their solutions in the blood of Jesus. Therefore, until a man reconciles himself to
Jesus Christ, he remains a perpetual victim of sorrows, sweat and struggles. But when

you reconcile yourself to Christ, you are in command of the affairs of life, and everything
begins to bow to you.

JUSTIFIED BY FAITH
The precious blood of Jesus is the price that has been paid for your redemption.
When you believe in the efficacy of that price, your liberty is established. Note that as you
believe in the blood price paid for your redemption whatever has been said or written
against you shall be blotted out today, in Jesus name.
It is important to understand that, whatever curse a witch or wizard placed on you or
your family has its remedy in the blood of Jesus.
Now, take a look at this: In chapter 20 of Genesis, God gave the ten commandments,
but in Ezekiel God says;
Wherefore, I gave them also statutes that were not good, and judgements whereby
they should not live.
Ezekiel 20:25

That shows that God knew the people could not naturally keep the laws He gave
them. For the Bible says in the book of James;
For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of
all.
James 2:10

This, therefore, implies that by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified in His
presence. If you are seeking your justification through the law, you will die in guilt and
under the curse. Your justification is by faith in the price Jesus paid with His blood, or you
are dead! You just cannot walk your way out of any generational curse. Let me empha-
size that every curse upon any man or woman is only a proof that that individual is under
the curse of the Lord. For who can curse who the Lord has not cursed? And who can
defile who the Lord has not defiled?
Your way out, therefore, is your faith in the blood of Jesus, which is the ultimate price
that has been paid for your liberty. Believe me, when God has set you free, no devil can
put you in bondage.

TRUST IN GOD
When you put your trust in God, that is, when you relocate yourself to God through
Jesus Christ, you become unmolestable! (Psalms 125:1-3). But the Bible asks, ‘How
shall we escape if we neglect such great a salvation?’ That means our escape is rooted in
that great salvation. Your escape today, will be total in the precious name of Jesus.
That is the remedy for breaking all generational curses, irrespective of whether they

have been placed on you by man or by devils. They can be totally broken by the blood of
Jesus. The Bible says that,
Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for
it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:
That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ;
that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
Galatian 3:13-14

By implication, you are not redeemed and left empty. You are redeemed to be con-
nected to the channels of Abrahamic blessings.

YOUR HERITAGE OF BLESSINGS

If you have been redeemed from the curse of the law, then you have access to the
blessings of the Lord (Deuteronomy 28:1-14).
Note that everything listed therein (Deuteronomy 28:1-14) is your birthright in Christ.
Although everything contained in verses 15-66 was also your lot before, now that you have
been redeemed from the curse of the law, the blessings of the Lord become your inherit-
ance. I, therefore, decree that because you have been redeemed from the curse of the law,
whatsoever has been holding you down from realising your colourful destiny is being bro-
ken today, in the precious name of Jesus! By your redemption in Christ, the curses have
been averted and the blessings have been released. You now have a legal right to all the
blessings of the law. Jesus said,
Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to
destroy, but to fulfil.
Matthew 5:17

Jesus has fulfilled the law on your behalf, and on my behalf, so that the blessings of
the law can become our right in God.
Remember that the Bible says all these blessings will come to you and overtake you
if you hearken unto the voice of the Lord your God.

PERFECT TRANSFORMATION
And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take
the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them an heart of flesh:
Ezekiel 11:19

This points to the transformation that takes place at redemption; it validates the scrip-
ture which says that whosoever is in Christ is a new creature. Old things have passed
away, behold all things have become new.

 What actually happens at redemption is a complete transformation; the transplanta-
tion of a new heart that makes you enjoy pleasing God. In other words, you are not only
set free from the curses, you are kept away from those curses forever. Doing the will of
God becomes your delight. When you miss it, there is a godly sorrow that brings repent-
ance and you are restored. It therefore, becomes easy for you to walk with God.
When God says He is giving us a new spirit, it means we are born again.
Repeat the following aloud:
“I am now free from the curses of life because Christ has set me free from the curse
of the law. Every curse of man or Satan has been rendered null and void in my life by the
blood of Jesus. I am now a new and free man in Christ. My struggles in life have ended
today, in Jesus mighty name. Amen!”
Beloved, I would like you to know that today is marking the dawning of a new day for
you. The blood of Jesus is your stronghold against all the curses of life if you are born
again. Your transformation is perfected. It is now your privilege to take cover in the blood
of Jesus, against every appearance of any form of curse in your life.
I see you come under the covenant of blessings today in the precious name of Jesus
Christ. I would like you to begin to operate, henceforth, in the reality of this understanding,
because it is your right to be free forever.
In addition, remember that God’s word says that no weapon that is formed against
you shall prosper but every tongue that shall rise up against you in judgement, you shall
condemn. This is your heritage in Christ. You have His backing for it. Right now, it is your
privilege to condemn whatever is contrary to the blessings of the Lord that is operating in
your life.
Declare your freedom now!
With faith in your heart, I would like you to begin, this moment, to use the blood of
Jesus to condemn every appearance of curses in your life. Begin to condemn them, in the
name of Jesus Christ!
If you have been connected to God, you have become uncursable. I release God’s
irreversible blessings upon you today! From today, people will begin to see God’s show-
ers of blessings upon your life.
I decree your total liberty from the curses of life, by the word of the Lord today, in the
name of Jesus. Every curse of stagnation or frustration in your family lineage is destroyed
today!
Every curse of sickness, disease and killer plagues in your family lineage comes to
an end today!
Every marital curse in your family lineage is broken today! Every curse of barrenness
and miscarriages is terminated today!
All curses of failure in your life are broken now!
You are set free! in Jesus precious name!

 Chapter 7

COVENANT KEY TO MARITAL

BLISS
Nothing happens by chance in the kingdom of God. There is something you must do
to enjoy a hitch-free marriage.
Marriage is not a necessary evil (as many have today accepted it to be), but it is
honourable and glorious. The devil’s success in troubling your home is only due to your
ignorance. Your wife cannot be the worst person in the world, neither is your husband the devil
you claim he is, yours is simply a case of ignorance!
Satan is interested in your home.
God established marriage for the purpose of making life good for man, and after that,
he confirmed that it was very good. But not long after that the enemy arrived on the
scene.
Satan is the enemy of everything good, he is envious of any good thing, so he goes
about perverting the order of things, determined to cause havoc in homes. Quite a number
of people, even in the church, are victims of this satanic onslaught against marriages. Some
even wish they were never married!
You can enjoy marital bliss. God didn’t institute marriage to trap your destiny, it is for
your good. It is designed to make life great, to make life complete. So, it is not something
to be scared of.

YOU NEED ILLUMINATION

Cases abound in our present day society where many good looking, able-bodied
young men and women with sound education persistently find it almost impossible to find
life partners. Nobody is interested in marrying them. Ironically, the blind, the lame and the
disabled in the same society are getting married! It is an oppression of the devil. It is a
spell of hell.
You need to know that every affliction in your life is a direct expression of the oppres-
sion of the devil, and every satanic oppression is carried out through the medium of dark-
ness.
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities against pow-
ers, against the rulers of the darkness of the world, against spiritual wickedness in
high places.
Ephesians 6:12.

 That notwithstanding, however, when you possess illumination of the truth, you be-
come naturally free from the terror of darkness.
And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not... That
was the true light, which lighteth everyman that cometh into the world.
John 1:5&9.

I would like you to understand that whatever is not good in and around your life is a
direct manifestation of the works of the devil. It is not God that has done such to you. Also
know that Jesus is committed to replace whatever good thing the thief (satan), has stolen
from your life, whatever he has killed and destroyed in your life. God's mission through
Jesus is to restore, replace, and bring back to you whatever the enemy has stolen from
you. No matter how long it has been in your case, God will restore your great destiny back
to you.
A principal duty of Jesus, therefore, is to undo every evil the devil is doing to mankind.
But you must possess the illumination of the truth about how to overcome such situations.
As this light comes your way today, you will become a spiritual illuminant that is impossible
to be oppressed by the rulers of darkness, and whoever is holding your marital destiny in
a deadly grip would have no choice but to give it up! This is why Jesus was manifested on
the earth:
The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because He hath anointed me to preach the
gospel to the poor; He hath sent me to heal the broken hearted, to preach deliver-
ance to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that
are bruised.
Luke 4:18

Jesus was sent to preach (not to pray) deliverance to the captives. That is, to illuminate the
captives until they become illuminants. So, when you see some people turning people’s necks
in the name of deliverance, it is nothing but an expression of ignorance.
It is the entrance of the word that sets the captive free. Indeed, His words are demon-
casting words! When the arrows of His words penetrate an oppressed man, he is set free!

YOUR RIGHT TO RESTORATION

You are not programmed to be a victim of satanic maneuverings as far as marriage is
concerned. If you have been redeemed by the blood of the lamb, that implies that al-
though Jesus met you in your dead state, when He rose from the dead, you were raised
together with Him and made to sit together with Him in heavenly places far above princi-
palities and powers. It is this far-above mentality that can guarantee your long awaited
liberty.
These are not vain words, they are pointers to your redemptive virtues that if you are

born again, occultic powers have no more legal right over your destiny. God's word says
that whosoever is born of God is born to overcome the world; is born to win, is born to
triumph. Your redemption simply confirms the fact that curses, enchantments and spells
have no more hold on your destiny (Ephesians 2:4-6).
Beloved, you need this ‘far above’ mentality to walk in true liberty. God always sends
deliverance to those in captivity, and He always sends restorers to those who are being
robbed.
If you are reading this now, and your home is engulfed in marital crisis, you will have
your restoration today! The peace, joy and dignity which the devil has robbed your home
of will be restored to you today.
If you have been roaming the streets, looking for who to marry, all to no avail, you
need to understand that a demonic spell may have been cast on you, which has even
made your God-ordained spouse not to come to you. But as you come to terms with
Jesus Christ our redeemer, that spell shall be destroyed today.
There are many people who are married but cannot keep their homes or marriages.
Some have married for about four times, but the marriage will always pack up. To com-
pound issues, no visible reason can be identified for the reckless break-up of such mar-
riages!
Satan is responsible for such situations. If you are a victim of such marriages, today,
it is your turn to enjoy the restoration of dignity in your marital life. It is over with every
harassment and terror of the ruler of darkness in your marital destiny.
It is even possible that you have considered committing suicide on one or two occasions be-
cause of marital upheavals - it could be the untimely death of your spouse, or frequent
fighting and abuses.
You really need to understand that Christ has redeemed you from the curse of the
law, by being made a curse for you. Be calm. Understand also that you can no longer be
a victim of satanic spell. Remember, the day that Abraham wanted Isaac to get a wife was
the same day he got her. He sent his servants and God gave him speed. I believe
strongly that God will be restoring your marital dignity with divine speed today in Jesus
name.

COVENANT OBLIGATIONS
You must appreciate the fact that for it to be well with your marriage, there are cov-
enant obligations that are prerequisites for the restoration of your marital destiny. Your
obedience to the demands of God's covenant is the key requirement for your marital
fulfillment in life.
God's word says "Honour thy father and thy mother which is the first commandment
with a promise, that it may be well with you.” It means that for it to be well with you, your

marriage, your career, and your life, you must not forget your covenant responsibility to
your parents.
Responsibility is the price for greatness in life; and until you are willing to change your
approach, you cannot improve on your results. Come to think of it, only a fool thinks he
can keep doing the same thing over and over again and get a different result.
It is important to remind you that you also have a covenant responsibility to God and
the advancement of his kingdom on earth. You must maintain your covenant fundamen-
tals of tithing and offerings in worship. By so doing, your heavens will be opened and your
financial or marital drought will be over forever.
Peter was struggling when Jesus met him and said cast your net into the deep, and
as he did, a new chapter opened for him in his business. If you do what God is saying to
you today, I see a new chapter opening to you in your marital affairs.
Remember that you must also be committed to servicing the needs of the kingdom of
God, and as you do that , within the next two months you will enter into an explosive realm
in your expectations. That means, those who are mocking you today will soon gather at
your door to seek from you help to their problems in life.
Always remember that you can only obtain God's promises through faith. This week,
you will run into the person you want to marry, and the person who will marry you will run
into you, in Jesus name.
If you are already married but facing all manner of crisis in your marriage, I decree
that such crisis be turned into celebrations and happiness today, in the precious name of
Jesus!

YOUR SUPREMACY OVER

THE DEVIL
The cheapest way to disarm and humiliate darkness is to introduce light. The
oppression of the devil is a work of darkness, and when the light of God’s word comes, such
darkness automatically bows out. True freedom in life, therefore, is a function of enlighten-
ment.
KNOWLEDGE IS IT!
Knowledge is the gateway to true deliverance. True deliverance is different from spiri-
tual relief. You can get a relief in prayer, but true and total, lasting deliverance is effected
by a working knowledge of the truth (Isaiah 61:1).
In other words, the truth is proclaimed, it is not prayed, and when you proclaim the
truth, it reclaims the captive.
Jesus declared His mission in a more practical way. He said, “He has anointed me to
preach deliverance unto the captives.” This confirms the fact that deliverance is preached.
It is not prayed for as it were. The word of God declared in Matthew 8:16 that Jesus was
casting out evil spirits with His word.
In 1979, having digested the teachings of Smith Wigglesworth, I was privileged to
preach in a particular place. I got the meeting charged. I was intoxicated with light. After
preaching for sometime, I said, “Everyone of you that is a witch and a wizard, stand up!”
They stood up. I looked at them and said, “Sit down”.
I then explained to them what I meant. Specifically, I said I was not asking for people
who think they are witches or wizards just because somebody called them so, or because
they eat in their dreams in the night. I emphasised that I meant all those who are practis-
ing witches and wizards. I repeated the request, and they stood up once more. I called on
one of them to come forward. She was a small woman. She came to the front of the
pulpit. I asked her to narrate how they carried out their operations. She said anytime they
wanted to suck human blood, all the witches and wizards would get on the highway and
cause any vehicle coming to somersault, and they would then begin to suck the blood of
the victims of such accidents. Then I asked her without hesitation, “What do you do when
people like us are coming?” She said, “When we sense a higher power coming, we clear
off the highway!” “Higher power!” - that was in 1979.
Beloved, the more lighted you are, the freer you will become. The goodnews is that
every man is ‘lightable’, including you!

SEE YOUR SUPREMACY...
Nothing gives you control and command in a conflict than your superiority complex. It
has to be there before victory can become real.
The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the
hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,
Ephesians 1:18

Now, when we talk about the “eyes of your understanding”, we mean your ability to see
the reality of your spiritual supremacy over all the forces of hell. You may doubt what you
hear, but there are no chances that you will doubt what you can see.
God’s word says that at redemption, He delivered us and translated us into the heav-
enly places, to sit together with Him. What does this imply for the world of darkness?
And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon;
and the dragon fought and his angels,
And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
Revelation 12:7-8

Heaven is now a no-go area for the devil - Everyone that is a born again child of God
is a heavenly citizen, and the implication of this new status is that he is no longer free to be
tormented by the devil. Your liberty in Christ is an irreversible right. Every force of hell that
resists that liberty is already earmarked for destruction!
Your supremacy over the devil is established by your redemption in Christ. It is your
eternal right to be free from every physical torture as well as from every mental and physi-
ological plague.
And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free
John 8:32

Beloved, you occupy a place of advantage in the world of His kingdom, understand-
ing your vantage position will give you natural command over all satanic uprisings against
you. It is not just enough to know this fact, for God’s word says, “Blessed is she that
believeth for there shall be a performance...” That is why we are capitalising on your
understanding’ as a guarantee for your vantage position in redemption.
Also understand that you have a spiritual right to command your freedom from all
oppressions of the devil. This, indeed, is worthy of celebration for all eternity.
A woman met me in 1996. She was tormented and abused by the devil. Anytime it
was night time, an unseen evil force comes into her room, with visible vibrations, and the
force would land on her and mess her up. That was the lady’s daily horrible experience.
She walked into our prayer meeting in Port Harcourt and narrated her ordeal to me. I
said to this wonderful woman, “I am going to give you ‘three tablets’ and that would be the

end of your troubles”. Then I gave her three powerful shots of the Word.
God’s word says He giveth His beloved sleep not trauma;
It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he
giveth his beloved sleep.
Psalm 127:2

I told her that it was her right to have a sweet sleep not a traumatic sleep (Proverbs
3:24; Ecclesiastes 5:12).
Sweet sleep is indeed the heritage of the wise, and Matthew 11:19 says in addition
that wisdom is justified of her children. Jesus Christ has been made to us wisdom and
sanctification and righteousness. So, if you belong to Christ, then you belong to the
company of the wise, and it is the heritage of the wise to enjoy sweet sleep, not night-
mares. ‘Do you believe that?’ I asked her And she answered ‘yes!’
I then said, ‘you are free indeed!’
She left. The following day, the force came again, not knowing that she had become
a new person. As the force came into the room, she shouted, “In Jesus name”, and the
evil force was suspended in the air. Then she repeated the words, “In Jesus name!”
several times, and that was the end - the force went away, never to return! This woman
later became a pastor still celebrating her eternal liberty by the word of deliverance.
Think of it, God’s word says;
An hypocrite with his mouth destroyeth his neighbour: but through knowledge shall
the just be delivered.
Proverbs 11:9

Friend, the knowledge of the truth is really able to terminate all hurts in your life.

FAITH IS IT?

And blessed is she that believed: for there shall be a performance of those things
which were told her from the Lord.
Luke 1:45

It was the mouth of the Lord that spoke, but He said it does not become a blessing
until you believe. This picture will only deliver at the instance of your faith.
Do you believe that you have been delivered from the power of darkness and trans-
lated to the kingdom of His own dear son? If you do, then today God will set a seal of
confirmation on your faith.
Jesus said, this is your time. In the hour of darkness, Jesus was buried, and when He
rose, you were raised together with Him into the heavenly places where there is no more
place for the devil.

 If you can see the picture that God is painting for you today, then your eternal security
is guaranteed. When you believe this goodnews, then power is released for its perfor-
mance.
A mad man, for instance, has nothing to do with believing or not if power could over-
turn his life, but for you who has the power to believe, the question is, why are you still
stranded in life?
The Lord spoke to me and said there would not be performance without your faith.
The fact that you know it and understand it is not enough. Until you decide to believe what
you have now understood, you are still chained.
Understanding makes faith simple, but you have to either believe it, or ignore and
despise it. Understand that it is that your special kind of problem that has put you in
special kind of chains. There is no trouble around you but such as is common to man; but
if you consider your own special, thank God for your special problem; you can live with it
if you choose to! But God is saying you do not have a special problem, you are only being
a victim of special ignorance.
All the fiery darts of the devil against your destiny can be quenched at the instance of
your faith. When you believe, the gospel power is transmitted to make you operate as a
son of God. (Eph. 6:16; Rm. 1:16)
Beloved, no matter what has risen against you, the anointing of the Holy Spirit that
has come upon you will set a standard against it today. The fact is that, where you are
sitted is important to the sustenance of your liberty. You cannot sit in darkness and expect
to walk free, but when you sit in the midst of light, liberty becomes a natural sequence to
you.
As you embrace the light of this truth, every satanic hold on your destiny and the
destiny of your children is over today!
Every satanic attack on your business and your marriage is over today in Jesus’
name!
Remember, your liberty hinges on the foundation of your faith. You must believe
these declarations that have been pronounced on you today.
Today is indeed your covenant day of deliverance. It marks the end of all satanic tor-
ments and torture on your life. So, shall it be in the precious name of Jesus.

 Chapter 9

SECURING YOUR CHILDREN'S

DESTINY
Parents have the covenant right to stand for their children. As a matter of fact, the
faith of the parents can actually help to define the destiny of their children in the realm of
faith. Therefore, where the parents stand with God has a lot to do with where their chil-
dren will end up in life. The Bible says;
...Blessed is the man that feareth the Lord, that delighteth greatly in his command-
ments.
His seed shall be mighty upon earth; the generation of the upright shall be blessed
Psalm 112:1-2

The scripture further confirms the fact that the parents’ position in God is an inevitable
prerequisite in helping to define the destiny of their children.
For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is
sanctified by the husband: else were your children unclean; but now are they holy.
1 Cor 7:14

Examples abound in the scriptures of parents who stood in the gap for their children.
In 2 Kings 4:18-37, we are told of the story of the Shunamite woman who had a son.
The son went with the father to the farm, and there he cried 'My head, my head'. They
rushed him back home and placed him on the laps of his mother, who headed out to look
for Elisha the prophet. They would have buried that child, but for the woman that stood in
the gap for the destiny of that child and the child was recovered from death.
Friend, are your children experiencing any form of 'death' in their health, mental sys-
tem, character or behaviour? It is well with you as you stand in the gap for them today,
they will be rescued from the pit of death.

ACTIVATE YOUR FAITH

No matter what is holding down the great destiny of your children, your faith as their
parent has a lot to do with the recovery of their destiny. The Bible tells us an interesting story
of an encounter between Jesus and the ruler of the synagogue (Matthew 9:23-25).
This story will help you appreciate the power of parents' faith in recovering and secur-
ing the destiny of their children. It does not matter how battered your children's destiny
may have become, all you need is to activate your faith and believe that such destinies are

recoverable.
The Syrophonecian woman activated her faith and stood in the gap for her daughter,
and Jesus said, “I have not found such great faith, no, not in Israel”. He said to her, “Go!
The devil is gone out of your daughter” That was it.
Get this clearly: I do not care how many devils have been buffeting the lives of your
children, your faith is enough to flush out every devil from all of them.
Remember, “poor children” are allowed to remain poor by the “poor faith” of their par-
ents. This underlines the fact that the state of your children is largely determined by your
faith.

ANGELIC COVERING
There is a divine covering for your children. They have their guardian angels; the
ones assigned to oversee their affairs on the earth.
...Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, that in
heaven their angels do always behold the face of my father which is in heaven.
Matthew 18:10

However, it is one thing for angels to be present, and another thing for you, the par-
ents, to know they are there. Their angels are always on a mission to these children, and
when your faith comes alive about the reality of these angels, you activate their operations
on your children's behalf. Accordingly, you need to be very careful about your utterances
to your children;
..Suffer not thy mouth to cause thy flesh to sin; neither say thou before the angel,
that it was an error; wherefore should God be angry at thy voice, and destroy the
work of thine hands?
Ecclesiastes 5:6

As a parent, when you tell your child that he is stupid, you are permitting the angel to
stupefy the mentality of that child. With an utterance like, ‘You can't be useful!', you are
making that child's destiny to become useless. Always remember that angels are on ac-
tive assignment around these children. The things you say to them, therefore, are the
things that you make happen for them. The angels have a protective function over your
children.
The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth
them.
Psalm 34:7

This scripture confirms that the angels encamp around your children, shielding them
from all the arrows of the wicked, and throwing off all the arrows that fly in the day, the

pestilence that fly in the mid-day, so as to preserve their colourful destinies. If you appre-
ciate the word of life, you would understand what this means; that the presence of these
angels provideS additional covering for your children in school, out of school, in the public
bus, when coming back home, in your private car - wherever they are, they are fully
covered.

BE GODLY
Your children are not designed to be part of the struggles in the world, and they will
never be.
However, your stand in God, as the parents of these children will largely determine
their future and how they end up in life.
Your redemption, as a parent, is your access to securing the great destiny of your
children. Of course, every child (who has reached the age of accountability) will also
answer for himself or herself in the day of judgement. That notwithstanding, your new
birth is basically your sure guarantee for your children's great future, because their colourful
destiny is purely at your mercy.

RIGHT PICTURE
The scriptures say that as far as your eyes can see, shall be given to you. So, your
children cannot possess beyond what you 'see' for them, concerning their future. You, the
parents, are the ones to believe on their behalf. The Bible says that your children shall be
like olive plants around your table (Psalms 128:3).
The value of the olive is depicted in a vivid story in Judges 9:8-9. The olive was the
first to be sought after for kingship. Furthermore, it is the heritage of the olive to be fat.
Fatness here connotes enlargement, it implies prominence, being a plant of honour both
to God and to man. This means your children should be instruments of honour in the
kingdom. They are to command the respect of unbelievers and sinners. When these
people behold your children's chastity, their decorum, their behaviour, their appearance
and their neatness, they would be looking for them. This is dignity.
I would like you to know that God has ordained that you will be fruitful, and also
guaranteed that your children will also be fruitful, and by scriptural projection, to the fourth
generation. Now, because it is the heritage of the olive plant to command fatness and
honour, both with God and among men, your children shall enjoy prosperity, dignity and
honour on earth.
Your precious children may be too young to understand the facts expressed here
now. Be that as it may, you are the one to believe it on their behalf. That means because
of you, they will begin to enjoy honour from men.

ACT NOW!
As you stand in faith for your children today, I would like you to begin to celebrate their
great tomorrow that is now being released upon them.
Your children may be considered as ‘average’ today but your faith, combined with
your godly actions can, and will make them become ‘superstars’ among their mates. Be-
gin to prophesy over them now. Always tell them to be possessed with the mentality that
they are ‘olive plants’ that are destined for greatness and honour. Urge them to always
carry that mentality in school, and wherever they go.
Always remind them that it is their heritage to enjoy ‘fatness’ and ‘honour’ in all their
pursuits.
No force under heaven is permitted to destroy the destiny of your children in any way.
Everyday, lift up your voice to the Most High God, and with all your heart, say what
you want to happen concerning your children.
I decree a total destruction of every satanic yoke of misbehaviour, of failure and
dullness in the life of your children. And from today, none of your children will be a victim
of kidnapping, accidents or any other satanic assault, in the precious name of Jesus.

 Chapter 10

COVENANT ACCESS TO
BLESSINGS
We serve a faithful God, who declares that He shall beautify the meek with salvation.
I am sure you are aware of the fact that the truth has no respect for oppositions. You can
do nothing against the truth, but for the truth, and when you walk in obedience to the truth
you will always triumph because you cannot be maligned by any devil (see Joel 2:23-27).
Every captivity is primarily a function of ignorance. So, it is necessary for you to
understand the restoration process because as you react favourably to it, you will set the
law of restoration into motion in your favour.
It may interest you to know that the restoration process begins with revelations, and
revelations breed reactions, while reactions breed confrontations. Confrontation then sets
the pace for restorations.
Whatever you are not willing to confront, you never conquer, and you are naturally
not energised to confront what you are not reacting against. The scriptures say that from
the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of God suffers violence and the violent
take it by force.

OBEDIENCE
Your membership of a church is not an asset, neither are, your energy- sapping
activities in a church.
It is your walking in obedience to the truth that is your only guarantee for triumph. It is
your commitment to the laws of the Spirit in Christ Jesus that will set you free from the law of
sin and death; the laws of endless struggles and devastations in life.
God’s word is our law enforcement agency. When you plug into the word by obedi-
ence, it goes into manifestation, bringing down all oppositions. Like I mentioned earlier,
when you are properly aligned with the truth, and walk in obedience to it, you will always
triumph.
And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the
LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee
this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth:
Deuteronomy 28:1

It stands to reason that when you are on course with scriptures, your future cannot be
cursed, because the scriptures cannot be broken.

TITHES
God says He will restore those who serve Him to colourful dignity that would make
them become the envy of their world, all by their obedience to one law: paying tithe (Malachi
3:10).
Remember what I mentioned about revelation at the beginning of this chapter. Now,
revealing their offence, God said it was in tithes and offerings;
Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed
thee? In tithes and offerings.
Malachi 3:8
Concerning the way out, God declares;
Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house,
and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the
windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room
enough to receive it.
And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your
ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the LORD of
hosts.
And all nations shall call you blessed: for ye shall be a delightsome land, saith the
LORD of hosts.
Malachi 3:12

I remember 20 years ago when I saw in my Bible, the expression; ‘it is the Lord that giveth
thee power to get wealth, that He may establish to you the covenant that He swear unto thy
fathers as it is this day’ (Deuteronomy 8:18). The Holy Ghost enlightened me, and I further
found in Jeremiah 33:20 and 25, that God says “Except my covenant be not with the day
and with the night then may also my covenant with my servant David be broken.” God
then told me that prosperity is not a promise you claim in prayers, it is a covenant walk with
God that you embrace. It does not answer to prayers at all. Indeed, prayer is a wrong
treatment, a wrong drug for the disease of poverty.
When you are in that covenant with God, no force in hell can hold you down. This is
particularly true if you walk in the consciousness of the validity of the covenant.
God says; ‘I am the Lord, I change not. Return to me and I will return unto you’.
Some people are confused by this simple injunction. They ask, “How shall we return
to you? We come to church everyday, and we pray to you everyday!” God says you have
to return by bringing your tithes and offerings to His store house.
This scripture, therefore, confirms the fact that tithing is the kingdom master-key to a
world of restoration of God’s blessings. It indeed registers you in the covenant of bless-
ings, because it is a demonstration of your obedience to the covenant of dignity and

beauty.
What more, God says He would become a shield around you and make you inaccessible to
and unmolestable by the devil, and would distinguish you as a man distinguishes his own son.
Then the world will return and confess truly you are serving a living God.
In March 1981, God showed me this covenant, then I said shouting it loud, ‘I can
never be poor!’ I said, if this is it, and this is what it takes, I am through with poverty.
Since March 1981, the story has been getting sweeter by the day.

YOUR KINGDOM INSURANCE

I want you to understand this truth; tithing is not giving. Your tithe is your subscription
to the covenant for the covering of your destiny.
You are not supporting the church, because the church of Jesus will never require
human support. It sounds hard doesn’t it? But that is the truth: Your obedience to the law
of tithing is neither promoting the kingdom nor helping your pastor.
Well, for the sake of clarification, let me inform you that human beings collect your tithes
from you, but God receives them up there to keep you current in the book of redemption which
qualifies you for restoration;
And here men that die receive tithes; but there he receiveth them, of whom it is
witnessed that he liveth.
Hebrew 7:8

In essence, the point being made here is that your many pledges, vows, and great
offerings can never be a substitute for your tithe.
Your tithe does not only guarantee you material blessings, it also brings you into the
realm where the fullness of God’s purpose is secured on your behalf.
Your tithe is like a kingdom insurance policy that guarantees you a covering against
all satanic assaults. You need to appreciate the fact that life is not fun or entertainment.
Life is business, and if you do not understand the terms, you may remain in perpetual
frustration.
I cannot deceive you, my family is wonderfully blessed by God. I have never had one
sleepless night because of one worry or the other over the family or the ministry God has
put in my care. We are simply fulfilling the mandate of Job 36:11 which says If they obey
and serve him, they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures.
This is why the ministry has never known a better yesterday. No casualties, no re-
grets, and no council meetings for solving problems. We are simply living in the problem-
free zone of life, because the covenant is in force.

BE CONSISTENT
There is really no method you can apply to break the scriptures. The law of restora-

tion begins with revelations, and your favourable reaction to this revelation motivates you
to take steps; taking the bull by the horn to enter into your restoration with Jesus. It is,
therefore, not enough to be involved, it is important to be consistent in your involvement.
In addition to that, you must remain delighted in the practice of this powerful, all-embrac-
ing covenant. Be cheerful always, and be full of worship as you present your tithe to God.
Remember, you do not label any blessing on your tithe, because it is what registers
you in the covenant of blessings with God. The ‘joker’ really is your entering into that
covenant correctly, delightsomely, excitedly, cheerfully, and ‘privilegely’. Indeed, you must
count it a privilege, because this is your chance for a change. Always be conscious of the
fact that ‘to obey is better than sacrifice, and “to hearken, than the fat of rams”(1Sam.
15:22).
There is no offering you give under heaven that is a substitute for your tithe. After all,
your offerings might be a business strategy for high dividends. But I tell you, as you get
committed to this unique covenant walk with God, He will decorate you with full blessings
in the presence of your enemies.

NEVER TOO LATE

Jesus authenticated the validity of tithing in the New Testament;
Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For ye pay tithe of mint and
anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment,
mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.
Matthew 23:23

Your tithing is, therefore, crucial to your destiny.

God will overlook your past ignorance. He says to all men everywhere: “Repent and
I will restore. Return to me and I will return unto you”. Therefore, forget about what you
have not done in the past. Forget about what you have eaten up in the past. Start paying
your tithe now!
It is never too late to be right. The earth is about to begin to burn like an oven, and it will
bring down many great stalwarts. Take cover in the covenant now before the fire reaches
where you are. Stop that path of struggle you are treading, and let God restore your life to
beauty.
Receive grace now for obedience to this powerful covenant demand, in Jesus’ name.
