Switching to alternative energy not only contributes to positive changes

in the global climate, but also meets the interests of economies around
the world. However, such a transition, as expected, is not only a long
process, but also very expensive. According to estimates by the
International Renewable Energy Agency (Irena), up to $ 20 trillion of
investments are needed before 2050 for the global energy transition to
alternative energy sources, but they will bring profits many times higher
than this amount. A report by the Global Renewable Energy Outlook
dated April 21, 20 says that investing in low-carbon technologies can
save up to eight times more, given the cost of preserving the
environment and healthcare. Switching to alternative energy could
increase the global total gross domestic product by $ 98 trillion by 2050.

The above amounts are really amazing, we asked Holger Schubart, a

well-known specialist in the field of alternative energy, a German
entrepreneur and general director of the scientific and technical holding
Neutrino Energy Group, to comment on this statement.

Mr. Schubart, is it right, right now, during the most difficult

economic crisis, to raise the topic of the need to abandon fossil
fuels and transfer the economy to alternative energy?
We are really going through one of the most difficult and critical periods
of the development of mankind since the Second World War, and it is too
early to speak today about the prospects for the economy to emerge
from a deep recession. Experts warn of a possible second heavier wave
of coronavirus spread. Against this background, the need for hydro-
carbons fell sharply, as did the price of them. However, for example,
Germany, even at such an extremely unfavorable time, reduces the
generation of electricity precisely due to fossil fuels, although the price of
electricity from solar and wind generation is higher and subsidized by the
state. It is possible that the commissioning of additional capacities of
these two renewable sources of electric generation will encounter
objective difficulties, it can be expected that subsidies for alternative
energy will be reduced or completely stopped for the newly
commissioned capacities. But this is only a forecast: how the states will
regulate the way out of the economic recession will determine the future
face of the planet. At the same time, one thing is clear: it is impossible to
solve the economic issues of overcoming the crisis by strengthening the
climate crisis.

We must look forward and not lose sight of the strategic task of
humanity. And it consists in the rejection of fossil fuels, whose reserves
are constantly decreasing. But that's not the point. Mankind has come to
the stage of development when it is simply necessary to take real and
effective steps to protect the climate. Consider even in this regard, such
a question as the spread of coronavirus and its consequences. At first
glance, it would seem that there is no connection with the climate.
However, scientists in the current publication Sience of the Total
Environment came to a completely different conclusion, and report that
the largest number of deaths in Italy and Spain occurred in areas where
the air had the highest concentration of toxic nitrogen dioxide. This fact
speaks for itself. Negative climate changes affect the health of the
population of our Planet, and now is really the right time to pay close
attention to environmental issues.

Recognizing the importance of developing alternative energy, one cannot

turn a blind eye to the egregious barbaric attitude to the nature of some
countries, for example, Indonesia. The Chitarum River (Ci Tarumid) has
a length of 300 km, an average width of 10 m and a depth of 5 m, which
has been turned from a completely ordinary Chitarum waterway into a
landfill. The river suffocates from municipal solid waste, sewage from
hundreds of factories and plants, animal corpses, large worms and flies.
And this is not the only example. I am convinced that the world
community must firmly pursue countries that admit such a barbaric
attitude towards nature, because all this rubbish falls into the oceans,
and millions of square kilometers of the water surface are covered with
rubbish, and the inhabitants of the water are poisoned by tiny particles of
plastic.

But the task of abandoning fossil fuels cannot happen quickly.

Correctly. This is a strategic task for humanity. It includes here not only
the transition to alternative energy, but also the increase in the efficiency
of electrical appliances. Previously, incandescent lamps were used, but
now they are LED. And so on throughout the group of goods using
electricity. This also includes the goal of reducing losses in the power
grids along the path of electric power transmission from the power plant
to the consumer.

Honestly, I have not heard about innovative technologies in the

field of electric current transmission.

I have not heard of such technologies either. More than 100 years ago, a
system of power lines was created; to date, nothing fundamentally new
has changed since then. Only the creation of a distributed energy
generation system can reduce energy loss during transmission of
electricity: the smaller the distance from the power plant to the
consumer, the correspondingly less energy loss. However, both wind
generators and solar panels in rare cases can be installed directly where
the consumer is located. As for wind generators, it makes sense to install
them where there is a strong wind rose, and solar panels in regions
where sunny days prevail in the year. Otherwise, their installation will be
unprofitable.

You are a renowned specialist and expert in the field of renewable

energy. Moreover, unlike expert theoreticians, the Neutrino Energy
Group company, where you are the CEO, has completed the
development of the Neutrinovoltaic technology - a method for
producing direct current under the influence of various
electromagnetic radiation, including the effects of high-energy
space neutrinos.

An international group of scientists, whom our company has involved in

this development, is sure that this way of transforming the energy supply
system is correct and there are no analogues to it. This transformation, in
our opinion, should go in 2 parallel ways:

1. Transfer of electrical appliances to current sources built inside their

housings that generate direct electric current based on
Neutrinovoltaic technology. This will reduce the need for centrally
supplied energy.
2. Creation of autonomous direct current sources for which it is
planned to power all the power supply of individual houses,
including possibly heating them in the winter season.

It turns out that you do not propose building large power plants that
work on the technology you developed?

That is unnecessary. The advantage of the technology developed by us

lies precisely in the fact that our DC neutrino sources are compact in
size, which allows them to be placed in product housings like a gadget,
computer, TV, flashlight ... .. the list goes on and on. Of course, each
product needs its own neutrino current source with individual parameters
- both in overall dimensions and in output characteristics. As you know,
our company is not able to produce the whole range of current sources
and does not set ourselves such a goal, we reasonably expect that the
market needs will lead the manufacturers of such products themselves to
realize the need to produce the current sources they need in accordance
with the requirements, of course neutrino current sources can be ordered
from an independent manufacturer.

An interest in your development can be shown only if the price of

the received electricity is competitive in comparison with the prices
of the centralized power supply system.

Of course. In the manufacture of DC neutrino sources, expensive and

rare materials are not required. The working element consists of a metal
foil coated on one side with a multilayer coating of alternating layers of
graphene and doped silicon. Work items are placed one above the other,
their stack is placed in the body - this creates an energy cell. Given that
such a current source does not require maintenance costs, the price of
electricity will be significantly lower than at least 50% from solar panels.
The most important advantage of neutrino current sources is that they do
not depend on weather, nor on the time of day or season.

And can such direct current sources be installed on electric cars?

Not possible, but necessary. We are working on the creation of neutrino

current sources for electric vehicles and are confident that without the
use of our Neutrinovoltaic technology, switching to electric vehicles will
do more harm to the climate than good.

New stages in the development of mankind pose fundamentally

new tasks for science and economics. No matter how difficult the
struggle against the epidemic is for us and no matter how difficult
the way out of the economic recession is, solving the health
problems of the human population and stabilizing the economic
and political situation in the world are directly related to climatic
aspects and, above all, the need to ensure human needs for clean,
environmentally friendly and safe energy.

Do not miss the breakthrough of technological
progress in the field of energy technology

The level of economic development of any state is determined in many

respects by the degree of development of science and technological
progress. The more knowledge-intensive industries are concentrated in
the country, the higher the level of its development and, accordingly, the
higher the welfare of the population. Unfortunately, Russia shows only
very modest successes in the development of high-tech civilian
industries, in contrast to the achievements in the field of defense
industry. The country's export opportunities are mainly focused on the
supply of fossil fuels. But how long can the economy of a state develop
successfully, which drills the land with rapture for oil and gas? Although
the word "successful" can be quoted, because life flourishes in Moscow,
St. Petersburg and several other major centers in Russia. Residents of
peripheral cities, towns and villages receive low salaries mainly. Of
course, one cannot fail to note that the state began to invest in road
construction, health facilities are being modernized, though mainly in
large cities, funds are being allocated to support agriculture. This is
certainly a positive start, but this path has yet to go.

Leading Russian commodity companies now need to diversify their

business, especially in the field of alternative energy, and not just focus
on hydrocarbon production. The EU is the main trading partner for
Russia, but the export structure is limited mainly by commodities.
However, according to experts, oil, as fuel for vehicles, has 15-20 years
to live. Already, EU countries have officially announced the introduction
of bans on the sale of new cars with internal combustion engines in 15-
20 years. And the situation with both passenger cars and trucks will
develop in the same way as with airplanes in terms of noise level. The
EU and the USA refused to accept planes at their airports at which the
engine noise level is higher than the level set by them. As a result, all
Soviet aircraft type TU-154, etc. banned from flying to the US and
Europe. In such a simple way, Russian airlines were forced to purchase
foreign aircraft, and their own civil aviation industry was virtually
destroyed. In the near future, entry into the EU of cars with internal
combustion engines will simply be banned, and Russian industry should
be prepared for this in advance.

And our leaders in the oil business understand that the demand for oil
will drop sharply in the medium term, which will also mean a drop in
prices. So Sechin I.I. - Chief Executive Officer of the oil and gas
company PJSC NK Rosneft, Chairman of the Board of Directors of
Rosneft, - in a keynote speech at the St. Petersburg International
Economic Forum 2019, expressed the view that the logic of energy
development will lead to the rejection of coal and nuclear energy. He
also believes that states will increasingly use gas as a gas fuel and in the
production of electricity. However, the declaration by the European
Commission of the transition of the EU countries to an economy with
zero CO2 emissions by 2050 puts the gas export prospects into
question. Russian oil and gas companies now need to invest in research
and technology companies that deal with issues of alternative types of
power generation, so that one day they just do not go broke. The
disadvantage of our large commodity companies is that they mainly have
a controlling shareholder - the state, so both the leaders of such
companies and the members of the supervisory board from the state
think only about today, when they are required to fill the budget.

A world without oil, gas and coal is closer than it might seem

In Finland, on the night of February 9–10, 2020, “negative” electricity

prices were recorded. This is evidenced by the data of the Nord Pool
energy exchange. The same “miracle” happened earlier in other EU
countries. Such a sharp decrease in the cost of electricity is caused
primarily by weather conditions, in sunny and windy weather there is an
excess of power generation. Of course, counterarguments can be
leniently cited, listing the disadvantages of solar and wind generation,
such as the generation instability and its dependence on the weather, the
difficulty of balancing the power system in the “torn” mode, the need to
build and maintain maneuverable capacities in the hot mode, and the
need to build expensive storage systems developed electricity, the high
cost of electricity for the consumer. All this is so, and it would not be
objective to deny it, but we are talking about the medium and long term.

Medium and long term in the energy supply system

The time period from discovery to its widespread adoption takes

decades. If you pay attention to the Nobel Prize winners, then, as a rule,
they are elderly people who made their discoveries already 25-30 years
ago. Therefore, if you want to get a widespread introduction of innovative
technology over the next 10 years, this technology should already be
invented and be at the implementation stage.

The increased use of solar generation is associated with improved

material efficiency. The most effective at present are GIGS, CdTe-based
panels, however, on an industrial scale, it is impossible to produce them
due to the very limited amounts of indium and tellurium available on
Earth. Therefore, polysilicon panels have gained distribution. The
payback period of such panels in the presence of storage systems for
generated electricity is 16 years. The development of wind generation
goes along the path of increasing the power of wind generators,
changing their design to reduce the cost of the selling price and the noise
of the blades. It can be expected that modernization and new
technological innovations in the development of these 2 types of
electricity generation should make them more efficient in the medium
term.

However, the most interesting and promising sources of electricity

generation based on the use of the latest materials, primarily graphene.
Physicists from the USA accidentally discovered that graphene can
generate energy using the environment and in the near future will
become a new word in energy and bionics. Scientists from the University
of Arkansas used the increased vibrations of graphene atoms to create a
device for collecting energy from the vibration of atoms. Graphene
sheets coated with negatively charged particles were placed between
two metal electrodes. As soon as the graphene wave rose up, the upper
electrode became positively charged. When the graphene wave
descended, the same effect was manifested on the lower electrode. As a
result, an alternating current was formed.
The priority of the invention of material based on the use of graphene to
generate direct electric current belongs to the German-American
company Neutrino Energy Group, headed by CEO Holger Schubart. This
company has stepped forward in the study of new materials using
graphene, creating Neutrinovoltaic - a technology for generating direct
current under the influence of particles of an invisible radiation spectrum,
including space neutrinos. Unlike scientists at the University of Arkansas,
German scientists created a multilayer material from alternating layers of
graphene and doped silicon, which, using the increased amplitude of
vibration of the atoms of the material, generates direct current.

The undoubted advantage of direct current over alternating current is

that all computers, gadgets, LED-based lighting lamps, electric vehicles
use direct current, which allows placing Neutrino Power Cube® sources
created using Neutrinovoltaic technology inside the enclosures of these
devices. A significant advantage of this technology is the possibility of
placing the working plates one above the other, as in a stack of paper,
and the ability to scale, i.e. increase or decrease the number of working
plates and their sizes, which makes it possible to manufacture direct
current sources of specified sizes and output characteristics.

The Neutrino Energy Group company announced that the widespread

introduction of neutrino current sources will begin in the coming years
after the production of an automatic line for applying a multilayer material
to a metal base, which will provide the market with sources that generate
direct current 24 hours a day / 365 days a year, regardless from weather
conditions. Preliminary calculations show that the cost of electric energy
received from them will be at least 50% less than from solar panels and
will not require maintenance costs.

It is precisely such inventions that Russian energy companies need

to pay attention to and finance, which will make it possible to
receive priority in their implementation, primarily in Russia, and
thereby ensure the highest level of technological progress in our
country.

Coronavirus “infected” life support systems

Coronavirus infection has changed the usual way of life, life and thinking
of people. If at first someone treated the spread of this dangerous
disease with a grin, now everyone is finally beginning to understand the
seriousness of the danger looming over us. Thousands of patients dying
in various countries a day, deserted cities and quarantines - the end of
all this is not yet visible. Our comfortable, fascinating life suddenly turned
into a race for survival - to find products, order masks and antiseptics,
and at least somehow more or less establish life in quarantine, extended
by the decision of the government until April 30. And these are the
problems of a single person and family. It is difficult to imagine the
solution of what problems state structures are facing in order to “survive”
a viral infection on a state scale and prevent the economy from going
into a deep recession.

It seems that everyone understands that danger can lie and wait
anywhere. Even the pride of the US Navy - aircraft carriers with nuclear
installations, protected, it would seem, from any external threats - were
vulnerable to the coronavirus. According to published data, the number
of infected on board the aircraft carrier Theodore Roosevelt is 282
people. The captain demanded to ensure the isolation of the entire crew,
and this is a total of 3200 people, in order to prevent the growth of
mortality on board. At the same time, information was received about the
coronavirus infection of the crew of the aircraft carrier Ronald Reagan,
located off the coast of Japan, and the dismissal of the aircraft carrier
commander for a request for emergency assistance.

Against the background of the picture of the spread of coronavirus and

its consequences, thoughts come about the fragility of human life in a
world with many dangers and diseases. Nature seems to avenge man for
the unreasonable and even criminal behavior on Earth. Such a rapid
spread of coronavirus throughout the planet can be safely assessed as a
war for the right to survive and live on Earth. The introduction of even a
not very long quarantine can inflict a blow to the economy that many
countries will not soon recover from.

We are far from presenting the picture of the apocalypse, and there is, of
course, confidence that the government structures of the world
community will find the right solutions, and the first positive results of the
fight against coronavirus make these beliefs valid. But it is important to
always perceive the picture objectively and to understand what
processes of economic life are now especially at risk. An objective
opinion is expressed by one of the entrepreneurs, whose innovation
activity today is acquiring truly crucial global significance. We managed
to interview Holger Schubart, CEO of Neutrino Energy Group, the
company that announced the creation of autonomous decentralized
current sources operating under the influence of the invisible spectrum of
space and other artificial types of radiation, answers our questions.

[Link], please describe the current situation in the world?

Schubart: Today we are faced with a situation that we could never even
imagine. In fact, this affected the whole world, and the main problem at
the moment is that no one can really help another, because everywhere
economic structures and systems are violated, the whole economy is in a
dire recession. I think that Russia can even take advantage of this
situation now, because as a result of economic sanctions, which I have
always rejected, your country has learned to rely only on its own internal
resources.

It is necessary to use every chance and make your own world and
economic structures of the state independent and self-sufficient.
Nevertheless, the modern world community is so dependent on each
other so much that existing mechanisms can only function for several
weeks or months, but in the future there is a danger that life-supporting
systems will also be violated.

What kind of economic processes do you mean?

Schubart: One of the most important prerequisites for survival during a

crisis is uninterrupted power supply. Ensuring human life and the
chances of an early victory over the epidemic depend on this. What do
addictions mean? At the moment, we see dependence on other
countries. We see that those countries that provided us with certain
goods today cannot supply them. We are engaged in energy, and, of
course, there are similar dependencies in the field of energy. Energy
supply chains today work just like supply chains. Supply chains, namely
power grids that convert energy to the form in which we consume it. It is
manufactured, transported and is now available directly to consumers.
Failures of power plants can lead to a power outage. Since the electricity
networks in Europe are synchronized, a power outage in Germany, for
example, can lead to an accident in France, Austria or Spain, where
there may be complete interruptions in the supply of electricity. This can
lead to the so-called chain reactions of power outages and will lead to
corresponding outages throughout Europe ”

In support of the words of a German businessman, the analytical and

information portal [Link] reports that large German energy
companies isolate their employees at workplaces in order to eliminate
the risk to energy supply.

For example, [Link] controls electric networks with a total length of

350,000 km in Germany. [Link], which owns large regional network
operators such as Avacon, Edis, Bayernwerk and HanseWerk, has a
market share of about 19% in the electricity grid. Across Europe, [Link]
provides electricity, gas, and heat to more than 50 million households. To
date, more than 30 employees are infected with covid-19 coronavirus for
75,000 [Link] employees in Europe.

Professionals working at critical points of network operations will live in

their workplaces in the future to minimize the number of external
contacts and the risk of virus infection. Johannes Theissen, CEO of
Germany’s largest electricity network operator [Link], says that “we are
talking about several hundred employees who will be isolated”. Staff
isolation preparations are also being conducted by other large regional
network operators, like EWE in northwestern Germany. The operators of
the large transmission systems Tennet, Amprion, 50 Hertz and
TransnetBW, who are responsible for the operation of the ultra-high
voltage networks, assure that the employees in the dispatch and
technical services that are absolutely necessary to maintain the network
“have special conditions”. “In fact, we are provided in our control rooms
with everything necessary for all emergency situations, far exceeding the
current threat from the coronavirus. We are also ready for a further
exacerbation of the situation, such as curfew, in order to support
business and system operations.”

Mr. Schubart, are these measures enough to ensure a stable energy

supply?

Schubart: I'm sure not. The current epidemiological and economic

situation in the world raises the question of reforming the system of
power generation and power supply in emergency situations, such as in
epidemics, earthquakes, or even military operations. Modern densely
populated megacities and large cities will not be able to live even a day
without reliable and uninterrupted power supply. Therefore, we need
highly reliable autonomous sources of power supply for each house, for
each individual apartment. Such sources of electricity should be made on
the latest scientific achievements, without the use of fossil fuels and be
very compact. Neutrinovoltaic technology developed by the German-
American company Neutrino Energy Group meets these criteria.
The development of our company’s Neutrinovoltaic technology for direct
current sources is designed to gradually replace fossil fuel-based power
generation and convert electric vehicles to neutrino current sources. In
the next couple of years, we plan to enter the commercial market with
the first serial samples of such sources, but their widespread introduction
implies the creation of thousands, or even tens of thousands of samples
of sources of various output characteristics and overall dimensions. We
ourselves are not able to produce the entire line of such current sources.
Our vision of the widespread introduction of Neutrinovoltaic development
is that the manufacturers of devices, electric vehicles, energy
companies, etc., acquiring a license from us, will themselves produce
direct current sources that will be built into their products. Those who are
the first to introduce our development will receive a definite advantage in
the market. By the way, perhaps one of the businessmen will decide to
build enterprises that will produce a wide range of DC neutrino sources,
we are also conducting negotiations.

Is the current situation a new chance for introducing your

technology?

Schubart: The main aspect for us now is the autonomy of our energy
sources - these Neutrino Inside neutrino energy elements will allow
electric devices and equipment to operate completely independently of
the presence of an electric network. Such a power supply scheme allows
you to create a comprehensive wireless power supply system for
generating energy from almost the environment. Neutrino Energy Group
is working on an integrated power supply system without sockets and
electrical wires. We are working on a technology that operates on the
basis of a decentralized autonomous energy supply. This means that
every household, every electrical device is independent of the electrical
network, independent of the outlet. For us, this means one thing: this
crisis makes us work even harder. We believe that energy supply over
the next few years and the coming decades should be completely
decentralized, autonomous and without burning fossil fuels.

Right now, in a crisis, our huge scientific team and I personally set
ourselves the task of introducing our development as quickly as
possible in order to be ready for possible further unavoidable
crises. Currently, we can only hope that network operators and
existing energy supply systems will continue to work reliably and
there will be no major accidents.

Objectively assessing the advantages of the new technology, it should

be noted that the creation of a power supply system in the future,
proposed by Neutrino Energy Group and based on Neutrinovoltaic
technology, will not be afraid of any external disasters. But first of all,

population, created for people who want to live harmoniously and
peacefully - so that a short segment of life allocated to each person is

Coronavirus and Oil Shock - Survival Test

The spread of the coronavirus across the planet, which is subject to

more and more new states, has kept us in fear for the past few weeks. In
many countries, schools and higher educational institutions are closing
down, sporting events are held in empty stands or simply canceled,
deserted streets, closed borders - gradually panic spreads around the
planet. News from around the world is one worse than the other. Pavel
Volchkov, head of the MIPT laboratory of genomic engineering, told
reporters that the studies of the COVID-2019 virus by scientists indicate
that this infection can become a chronic disease, turning into a latent
form in the human body.

Business and population will suffer enormous losses, far-reaching

consequences of the spread of the deadly virus can destroy the global
economy. With falling demand, an oil crisis erupted, bringing down oil
prices. Undoubtedly, not only the drop in oil demand due to the
coronavirus provoked a collapse in oil prices. Russia has applied prudent
tactics regarding the US shale oil industry, which could plunge it into
crisis. The underestimation by the American leadership of Russia's
response to endless sanctions and restrictions entailed a painful blow to
the US economy.
Russia's response to the Nord Stream 2 sanctions should make
supporters of the sanctions policy against Russia think again in the future
before introducing new sanctions and restrictions. Right now, as never
before, Bismarck's statement about Russia becomes relevant: “Do not
hope that once you take advantage of Russia's weakness, you will
receive dividends forever. Russians always come for their money. And
when they come - do not rely on the Jesuit agreements that you have
signed, supposedly justifying you. They are not worth the paper on which
they are written. Therefore, it’s worth playing with the Russians honestly
or not at all.”

Gas prices are closely related to oil prices. Therefore, a blow is also
being struck at LNG prices, which means that an agreement between
America and China on a large-scale purchase by the latter of huge
volumes of American LNG to equalize the balance of payments between
these countries will become unrealizable because of market prices that
become lower than the cost of American LNG and will cause financial
losses to US suppliers. The gap in the balance of payments between
America and China will increase even more, because Chinese producers
of goods will receive very cheap energy resources and will be able to
increase sales of their goods to America, which will cause an additional
blow to American producers of goods. In this situation, America will be
forced to impose increased duties on Chinese goods, in response to
receiving prohibitive duties on American goods. And so in a circle, the
end of which is not visible.

Energy is the blood of the economy and any shocks in this market are
fatal to it. Economic sanctions and all kinds of restrictions lead only to the
desire of the economies of countries to self-isolation, which puts an end
to the liberal idea of a world division of labor and free movement of
capital. With this concept, the German economy has already begun to
suffer, as it is oriented to a large extent on exports.

To protect the national economy from the effects of oil and gas crises,
states can insure themselves with the transition to alternative energy if
they wish. However, low oil and gas prices jeopardize its

measures taken by the governments of many countries to limit and

openly advertise that a severe recession awaits the economies of all
countries and it is now practically impossible to predict the development
of the economic situation. Moreover, many of the countries and long
before the appearance of the coronavirus covid-19 in the world had
unstable economies, such as Italy and Spain, the state of which is now
exacerbated by isolation measures and the complete cessation of
economic activity. Such measures will inevitably cause a complete
destabilization of the economies of these countries.

What is the solution to the problem, and is it even there today?

Measures to save the economic situation by injecting huge sums of

money unsecured by goods will only contribute to inflation. This is one of

life of the energy facility should be further increased.

Imagine, I come to such a business structure and say: I invented a

fundamentally new technology of electric power generation, your
object is no longer needed, my technology is better and cheaper, it
does not require the construction of separate large blocks or a
huge number of solar panels and wind generators, in addition it is
compact , and the cost of electricity received is at least comparable
or even lower than what you get. And I propose to switch to our

built into every electrical appliance, including gadgets and computers,
that will allow electrical appliances to work without connecting to a
network. Agree, this is very convenient when you do not need any wires,
you can open your computer anywhere and work without fear that it will
shut down. And we are sure that the companies that produce electrical

doped silicon. The total thickness of such a coating is in nano-size. It is
known that graphene has an increased value of atomic vibrations with

based experiment detected two of them, under conditions where this
should not be possible.

The Universe is filled with neutrinos. No less than 65 billion per cm2 of

Sun. They constantly pass through us in frightening quantities, without
obviously that we feel them. But what are they, exactly? Physicists call

atom with a neutrino. But the twist is not there yet. Because in the
neighborhood, in Antarctica, there is a second experiment dedicated to
these ghost particles: ANITA - ANtarctic Impulsive Transient Antenna.

ANITA is divided into two components: a stratospheric balloon, which

crosses the region at high altitude, and a radio antenna pointed towards
the icy ground. The goal is much the same as for IceCube: to detect
radio signals emitted by the meeting between neutrinos coming from
space and the atoms present in the Antarctic ice. The difference between
the two experiments is that ANITA is looking for neutrinos whose energy
level is much higher ... and which are therefore, rather, of extra-solar
origin. This detail is important.

In general, the most easily detected neutrinos on Earth come from

nuclear fusions in the Sun, but some can come from very intense cosmic
events, such as supernovas.
Neutrinos arriving from such events are extremely more energetic than
those from the Sun. This is where the famous twist you come in comes
in: signals recently detected by ANITA lack logic when analyzing their
source and energy.

THESE TWO NEUTRINOS WHO NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN

DETECTED

The ANITA experiment has been in service since 2016 and, over the
past two years, it has indeed detected very, very high energy neutrino
signals. Except that the angle of two of them shows that they crossed
part of the Earth before being detected. This is not normal and is, for
physicists, a real headache.

Neutrinos are described as ghost particles because they have very little
interaction with matter. So it would make perfect sense for low-energy
neutrinos from the Sun to cross the Earth without colliding with anything -
until spotted by ANITA. Except that if it was this type of neutrino, they
would have been detected by the IceCube too. However, these two
strange neutrinos have a very high energy: they are not supposed to
come from the Sun. Nor are they supposed to pass through ordinary
matter with as much ease.

"At these incredible energies, neutrinos are like bulls in a china shop -
they are much more likely to interact with other particles in the Earth,"
said one of the study’s authors. In summary: these neutrinos were
provided with such a level of energy that they should not have been
detected via this angle, because they should not have been able to
"cross" the Earth.

NO EXPLANATION IS ENOUGH SOLID

Scientists quickly drew up a possible explanation: if these neutrinos

came from a particularly intense source - exceptionally intense - then the
observation could take some form of logic. "After all, if a source produces
a large number of neutrinos, it is more likely that one or two will reach
ANITA," say the researchers on the IceCube site.
Eight years of data recorded by IceCube have therefore been screened
in order to find a correlation; an intense source that can justify a sufficient
number of neutrinos for one or two rebellious particles to creep across
our planet. Scientists even carried out computer simulations. Despite all
the tests performed, the advanced explanation could not find
confirmation. She was therefore finally dismissed by the physicists of
IceCube and ANITA.

So there are only two possibilities left: a technical error or something that
contradicts our current understanding of physics. “Our analysis rejected
the last astrophysical explanation belonging to the Standard Model (…).
So now, if these events are real and not anomalies of the detector, then
they could correspond to physics which exceeds the Standard model
”clarifies Alex Pizzuto, one of the authors of the study on which led this
experiment .

In the eyes of the physicists involved, the answer to this mystery must
await the next generation of space observation technologies. It is indeed
possible that the source of the neutrinos projects the particles for too
short a time for the detectors to detect them. On the other hand, if this
turns out to be a matter of pure physics, it is also possible that these
neutrinos are the result of an unknown phenomenon, for example in
connection with dark matter.

The role of a leader’s personality in the success of companies is comparable in

importance to the role of a person in leading a country. Perhaps it is no coincidence
that managers of companies and individual projects are often paid fabulous salaries
and bonuses? They can object to me that there are a lot of examples where
managers get fabulous money, but companies generate losses and often bring them
to bankruptcy - of course, financial incentive is not a guarantee of the successful
development of a company or a separate project. State-owned companies, whose
leaders are firmly convinced that the state will always provide the necessary support
and allocate additional funds at a difficult time, stand out especially in this aspect. But
financing of state projects is a separate issue, it seems that we still need to learn how
to responsibly, economically and seriously take public resources.

But our topic today is not they - “effective managers”. There is a deep conviction that
the state’s economy will develop much more intensively if there are more
businessmen in the country who made “themselves” and succeeded due to their
intelligence, qualifications, talent and zeal.
They, in my opinion, are the pillar of a stable economy and the key to progress.
Being familiar with such people, working with them, and learning from them is a huge
success.

In my life I came across two such people.

of the Russian Academy of Sciences, former Director and General Designer of
NIKIET. Unfortunately, our paths crossed only for a short time: I worked with him for
only 4 years and quit the dashing 90s. But I still remember with respect and warmth
this wonderful person and professional scientist and leader.

And so, fate brought me together with the CEO of the German-American company
Neutrino Energy Group, Mr. Holger Schubart, whom I met in 2015, but which I had
heard a lot about before from my friends. And for the past 5 years, I have been trying,
to the best of my ability, to help advance the technology developed by a team of
scientists under his leadership Neutrinovoltaic - a method of producing a constant
electric current under the influence of particles of the invisible radiation spectrum that
have both natural (solar neutrinos and other electromagnetic radiation) , so artificial
origin (close to nuclear blocks and power lines, for example).

The theme of the invention, its relevance, especially in our days of rapid climate

Planet, the demand for such technology opens up great prospects. Being a part of a
team of researchers, promoting the promotion of this innovative technology on the
market is a huge success for any scientist.

Of course, I see a big difference in the work of Russian and European scientists.
Unfortunately, in Russian science, the financing of work comes to a greater extent
from the state, and the huge problem is that Russian scientists are not focused on
introducing their developments and obtaining a commercial result. Basically,
scientists are trying to do the job and defend a dissertation. I see completely different
conditions, in particular, at the Neutrino Energy Group. Not a single euro of state
support, given that the company was created in 2008 for a specific development - all
financing at the initial stage was carried out from the personal funds of the president
of the company, Holger Schubart. At the stage of completion of laboratory research,
private investors joined in financing, who evaluated the importance, prospects and
relevance of Neutrinovoltaic technology. At the same time, one should not forget,
interest investors and convince them of the prospects of the invention, show them the
possibility of increasing the invested capital - this is an extremely difficult task. In the
future, financing of the ongoing work on the introduction of technology on the market
will occur through an IPO on the New York Stock Exchange.

Sometimes I’m alarmed by readers' comments on published materials about

Neutrinovoltaic technology, the main meaning of which is formulated like this, make a
batch of neutrino current sources and put them on sale, why are you talking about
the technology? At the same time, people do not even think about the cost of the
output of even the starting batch of neutrino current sources - this is many millions of
euros. High-tech products cannot be made “on the knee and with your finger”. In
addition to the costs of developing the Neutrinovoltaic technology itself, additional
costs were required for conducting test tests at an independent technical institute in
Switzerland. As a result, the technical indicators in the Faraday cage and at a depth
of more than 30 m underground even exceeded the output characteristics declared
by the inventors, thereby once again confirming the stability and reliability of the
technology.

The next step in the development of this project is the manufacture of industrial flow
equipment for the manufacture of working energy cells. Currently, there is no
industrial equipment for the production of Neutrino Power Cube energy cells, which
are a set of metal foil plates coated with a multilayer coating of alternating layers of
doped silicon and graphene of different thicknesses, having a common thickness in
nanoscale. The creation of an automatic line for applying such a multilayer coating
required design and development work. The manufacture of the most experienced

theoretical and independent confirmation of the operability of Neutrinovoltaic
technology, the vibrations of the outer atomic layers on the surface of the
nanoparticles are large and play an important role in how this material behaves.
Thus, the research results of various groups of scientists confirmed the theoretical

Graphene - as the basis of new materials for
electricity generation

In 2010, the Swedish Academy awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics to Andrei Geim and Konstantin
Novoselov for the discovery of a two-dimensional form of carbon - graphene.

Despite a fairly short period of research on its properties, graphene has

already played an important role in the promising technological
revolutionary discoveries for mankind.

Due to its structure, graphene (a carbon film one atom thick, the crystal
lattice of which has the shape of a grid of hexagons) has become the
thinnest, electrical and heat-conducting material in the world, which is
also characterized by flexibility and incredible strength. High mechanical
strength is combined with lightness, flexibility, elasticity, electrical
conductivity and biocompatibility.

The use of graphene and nanomaterials based on it allow it to find the

widest application in medicine, aeronautics, telecommunications, etc.,
but we should also dwell on the issue of energy production.

For example, a group of scientists from the University of Arkansas in

independent studies confirmed the discovery already announced earlier
by the Neutrino Energy Group that nanoparticles based on graphene
can become an inexhaustible source of clean energy, and showed that
the wave-like vibrations of the graphene film are this inexhaustible
source.
Scientists observed microscopic processes in a sheet of graphene,
consisting of a single layer of carbon atoms deposited on a copper sheet,
using a microscope.

Analyzing this phenomenon, they made an amazing and very significant

discovery - a wave appeared in graphene, like waves on the surface of
the sea, arising from a combination of small spontaneous movements
and leading to the appearance of larger spontaneous movements. The
thermal displacement (Brownian motion of atoms) of one atom,
combined with the thermal displacements of other atoms, causes the
appearance of surface waves with horizontal polarization, known in
acoustics as Love waves. Due to the specific features of the graphene
crystal lattice, its atoms oscillate in a tandem, which distinguishes such
movements from spontaneous movements of molecules in liquids.

In an interview with Research Frontiers, Professor Tibado (University of

Arkansas) said: “This is the key to using the movement of 2D materials
as a source of inexhaustible energy. Tandem vibrations cause ripples in
the graphene sheet, which allows energy to be extracted from the
surrounding space using the latest nanotechnology. ”

Scientists from Arkansas also plan to conduct experiments using other

two-dimensional and conditionally two-dimensional materials, among
which may be found material that demonstrates greater efficiency in the
production of electrical energy than graphene.

Of greatest interest in this field of research, of course, are the results of

using graphene in multilayer nanomaterial invented by the German-
American company Neutrino Energy Group. The company can
rightfully be called a pioneer in this area, which has begun the first
fundamental research on the properties of graphene in order to use it in
nanomaterials to generate direct current when cosmic particles are
exposed to an invisible radiation spectrum. This material is named after
its inventor and coordinator of the Neutrino Energy project "neutrino - the
Schubart element." It is a 12-layer coating of layers of alloyed carbon
and silicon of various geometry, density and thickness deposited on a
thin metal carrier (foil). The total thickness of such a coating is
nanoscale.

“Neutrino - the element of Schubart” is the basis of Neutrinovoltaic

technology - an innovative method of generating direct current under the
influence of cosmic particles of an invisible radiation spectrum.
When neutrinos pass through the coating layers, they are not “captured”
by the material, but rather transmit vertical impulses to graphene, while
silicon particles move in the horizontal direction. When the layers have
the optimal thickness and geometry, these atomic vibrations create a
resonance that is transferred to the carrier material, and the resulting
energy is removed from the metal carrier in the form of direct current.
The coated side of the metal carrier is the positive pole, and the bare
side is the negative.

Currently, scientists at the Neutrino Energy Group receive a stable

output electric power in the laboratory of 2.5-3.0 watts from the Schubart
neutrino element (an indicator for sheet size A-4). A distinctive feature of
the neutrino current source is the ability to place the Schubart neutrino
elements one above the other in the form of a stack of compressed
paper, connecting them in series. Thus, a very compact source of direct
current is obtained, while the output power of the neutrino sources of
direct current can be changed depending on the number of Schubart
neutrino elements and their surface area.

Thus, according to recent studies, the use of graphene in the energy

industry will lead to a technological revolution in energy production in the
next 10-15 years. The first steps in this direction were confidently and
convincingly taken by the Neutrino Energy Group, announcing to the
world the creation of a unique direct current source capable of finding its
widest application in many sectors of the economy from power
generation to the automotive industry.
How to provide the world with energy: economic and
environmental aspects

It seems that the model of the economy based on globalization has

become obsolete. This becomes clear not only to economists, but
also to politicians.

Japan has allocated more than $ 2.2 billion to transfer production from
China. It is reported by Japan Times. Japanese authorities intend to reduce
production dependence on China. President Trump’s policy is also aimed at
returning production to the United States, as in any epidemic, emergency,
any armed conflict or war, the supply chain of goods and components is
violated - a similar situation has developed right now, in the context of the
spread of the coronavirus epidemic on the planet. In addition, from March

In general, experts predict the loss of 14 to 28 million jobs. This is a severe
blow to the authority of the authorities. The US President regards the
transfer of production back to the United States not only as a way to reduce
the trade deficit with China, but also as a way to create new jobs in the
United States. The stronger the national economy is developed, the
stronger the state’s competitiveness and the more stable political positions
it occupies.

It is indisputable that energy resources and their prices are of priority

importance for the economy.
Reliability and stability of energy supply determines the uninterrupted
operation of industry, the agricultural sector and social, including the level of
comfort in the life of the population.

Especially the energy industry is one of the areas whose need for
development is particularly relevant today, given that it urgently needs
to be updated structures. It is on her example that it is most clearly
seen how important independent energy generation is for the self-
sufficiency of the state.

But right now, when, it would seem, the ideal foundations of a globalized
economy are collapsing, faced with a barrier in the face of a severe
economic recession, and states are feverishly looking for ways to stabilize
their economies by creating a complete industrial production cycle,
regardless of external supply chains of goods, the trend of reforming energy
generation moving towards globalization of states' efforts with the goal of
creating a stable, environmentally friendly and safe energy future in the
near future for our planet.

What are the prospects for the development of energy generation now
more clearly? EU countries have set the goal of completely abandoning
CO2 emissions by 2050, and Saudi Arabia has set the goal of switching to
alternative sources of power generation by 2040, and this despite the
country's huge oil reserves.

The transition to alternative energy not only positively affects the global
climate, but also meets the urgent interests of economies around the world.
The International Renewable Energy Organization presents encouraging
calculations. Irena is located in Abu Dhabi. Currently, 160 countries are
members, while others are in the process of joining. The main objective of
its activities is to contribute to the expansion and sustainable use of
renewable energy throughout the world.

According to her calculations, for the global energy “restructuring”,

investments of 110 trillion US dollars are needed by 2050, but they will
bring profits many times higher than this amount.

The organization’s “Global Renewables Outlook (Global Renewables

Outlook)” statement says that investing in low-carbon technologies can
save up to eight times more when considering environmental and health
costs. Transforming energy production could increase global gross
domestic product by $ 98 trillion by 2050.

A report on the global prospects for renewable energy addresses how

global energy-related CO2 emissions can be reduced by 70 percent by
2050. The authors write that to achieve climate neutrality in the energy
sector by 2050, additional investments of $ 20 trillion will be required, which
should ultimately lead to a complete cessation of greenhouse gas
emissions.

“Facilitating the energy transition through the use of renewable

energy makes it possible to achieve international climate goals while

behind the general trend of abandoning fossil fuels and endlessly deplete
natural resources. The development of modern technologies, including in
the field of energy supply and energy conservation, is one of the priority
tasks of the Russian economy, and concerns both political structures and
responsible Russian business.

Large reserves of fossil fuels in Russia created the illusion that such a
power supply system would last forever. Russian science practically does
not work in this direction, putting emphasis on traditional methods of power
generation. Opponents can say that in Russia there is a construction of
solar power plants and the installation of wind generators. However,
weather conditions do not contribute to their widespread adoption in Russia.

It should be noted that the official system, both in Russia and in other
countries, is very conservative and slow. Strategically seeing the country's
energy development in the medium term and finding a “chicken that can lay

business structures. At the same time, it turns out that investing in
renewable energy sources may turn out to be one of the most profitable
investments of our time, according to the aforementioned estimates of the
International Organization for Renewable Energy Sources (irena).

At the same time, the latest achievements in the field of fundamentally new
ways of generating electricity are the area in which investments are the
most promising area of financing.
An example of such investments is the financing of the market launch of
direct current sources based on Neutrinovoltaic technology developed by
the Neutrino Energy Group, which recently announced the creation of
autonomous decentralized current sources operating under the influence of
an invisible spectrum of space and other natural and artificial types of

In a crisis, science is working on critical technology
for the millennium

The difficult economic situation in the world continues to worsen at an

alarming rate. The infusion of multibillion-dollar subsidies by
countries through the inclusion of a printing press and an increase in
government debt will inevitably lead to increased inflation.
Investments in American treasuries are becoming hopeless,
moreover, concern about the unstable state of the American economy
and huge debt already raise the question of the need to get rid of such
securities. However, it’s one thing to get rid of $ 100 billion, as far-
sighted Russia did, but it’s a completely different thing to get rid of
trillion US debts to other countries, the US debt to China and Japan
alone.

Of course, the United States will not allow a situation of default, most likely
unsecured dollars will simply be printed, which will not be able to give
stability to the situation, and, moreover, will deepen the crisis. Already,
voices are being heard by officials of various countries about the need to
investigate the causes of the emergence of the coronavirus covid-19, and
the question is being raised of the gigantic losses that are still not visible
until the end of the epidemic - therefore, China's investments in the US
public debt are at risk. The situation is exacerbated by increasing
unemployment around the world, but the United States poses the main
danger to the global financial system. “I never thought I'd ever see such
numbers in my life,” says Thomas Costerg, economist at Pictet Wealth
Management, Bloomberg. It is likely that US unemployment will reach 20%,
which is two times higher than in the previous recession of 2008-2009.
According to the UN forecast published in April 2020, about 195 million
people can lose their jobs in the world.

In all countries, authorities are now worried about rising unemployment. The
Russian government financially supports mainly those companies that do
not fire their employees. Therefore, we can confidently say now that the
problem of ensuring employment will be key in the context of other
problems related to the fight against coronovirus and its consequences, and
for this the whole world must finally stop betting on the purchase of a wide
range of goods in China and to develop national business: to open
industrial enterprises in their countries and, thus, provide jobs to their own
population. You can call it national egoism, but the authorities should first of
all think about their citizens, and not about the well-being of countries that
deprive them of jobs. Moreover, it is necessary to offer tax incentives for a
business that is building new enterprises in the regions and legally obliging
companies to get tax records in places where they carry out their production
activities.

The range of questions raised by the coronavirus epidemic is wide. We

see it after the coronavirus?

We are expecting that world medical science will be able to invent medicine
and a vaccine against coronavirus as soon as possible, otherwise the world
is doomed to go masked for a long time and refuse to visit crowded places.
But not only that: living with a coronavirus heavily affects all aspects of our
lives. The economic crisis is already “shaking” not only small companies,
gastronomy, but also real industrial giants like DAILMLER, LUFTHANSA,
BOEING, AIRBUS SE and you can list for a long time. Long-term bans on
holding mass events, concerts, and sporting events mean that against the
background of an economic recession and the danger of infection, the
national culture will begin to die: creative people need a spectator that is
lively and emotional, and not online, without a spectator, the culture will
degrade. If you look globally - we all know that the economies of countries
with a warm climate are very dependent on tourism, there will be no tourists
- this industry will die, and millions of people serving the tourism industry
will lose their jobs and the ability to support their families - and this is the
ground for the masses discontent up to public unrest. The example of
Russia in the 90s, when people became impoverished overnight, is very
clear. According to various sources, the population of Russia for several
years decreased by 10 million, and how many young people died in criminal
showdowns. I don’t even want to imagine that such a situation could arise
not in one separate country, but will become widespread. I want to be
optimistic, but the real situation in the world really does not give rise to joy.

everyone is doing it now, but what can really be done to ensure that
the situation in the world does not get out of control?

The world must maintain and stabilize its financial system, as otherwise, the
economy is in complete collapse. Even if the dollar depreciates greatly, the
international settlement system will suffer greatly. This can lead to global
collapse, as there is no other equivalent international currency in the world,
therefore it is necessary to strengthen the role of the euro in international
settlements. It should also be borne in mind that even a weakening of
quarantine measures may not have the expected increase in purchasing
activity of the population, as many are not sure that they will be able to save

And how is your business, how do you plan to survive these difficult
times?
The current situation also imposes its limitations on us, but unlike other
sectors of the economy, it is not critical. Before quarantine was introduced,
we completed all work on the development of Neutrinovoltaic technology. I
will explain to readers that this is a technology for producing direct electric
current under the influence of a variety of electromagnetic radiation of a
natural and artificial nature, including exposure to high-energy cosmic

upside down, it’s easy to lose our peace of mind, but new opportunities
open up for each of us, and perhaps not everyone is aware and accept
these processes. After the virus, a new time will come, and everyone in
their environment should do everything possible to make the situation
acceptable to themselves and their loved ones and help them within their
capabilities. Distracted - it’s also important, you should not go too deep
into possible negative trends, because what the further development will
actually be is not yet visible. If we are all ready to help each other as
much as possible, then perhaps this will be able to alleviate the current
crisis at least a little.
First of all, I advise you to strengthen your immune system, people
should not only fight this virus, but also be prepared for other diseases
and future viruses, try to maintain their physical and mental performance
at a high level, regardless of what age you are. A healthy diet, lots of
vitamins and physical activity will certainly help. These tips, in principle,
are known to all. What I am doing is special: daily detox to clean myself
of toxic substances and make the body even more resistant.

What is your personal assessment of the current economic

situation

Schubart: Today we are faced with a situation that we could never even
imagine. In fact, it affected the whole world, and this, of course, is a
problem at the moment, because no one can really help another,
because everywhere economic structures and systems are violated, the
whole economy is on the way to a difficult recession. I think that Russia
can even take advantage of this situation now, because your country has
learned to rely only on its own internal resources because of economic
sanctions, which I have always rejected.
It is necessary to use every chance and make your own world and
economic structures of the state independent and self-sufficient.
Nevertheless, the modern world community is so dependent on each
other so much that existing mechanisms can only function for several
weeks or months, but in the future there is a danger that life-supporting
systems will also be violated. I expect this to happen in a couple of
weeks and may take several months before we can begin to look for a
way out of the economic, political and emotional recession. However, we
all need to understand that the world after the coronavirus will not be
what it was before.

How do you assess whether there are real chances to survive in the
context of the coronavirus crisis?

Schubart: Yes, of course, now we are challenged by everyone, this is a

test of our abilities and ability to combine all forces and discipline, to find
solutions together, even if it sometimes seems to us that now it is so
difficult. The universe has stopped in its motion and is taking the
necessary break for restoration. Right now, we must learn not to repeat
previous mistakes, look for new ways and get out of the crisis even
stronger than we were before.

What industries may be profitable despite the crisis in the

economy?

Schubart: First of all, those who will supply materials and products that
are needed immediately, and in the long term those who adapt to how
the world will look after the virus and who will offer the right business
model there will benefit, including my company working on the creation
of completely autonomous energy sources that use the conversion of
invisible radiation spectra for energy generation. We are confident that
we can avoid a possible blackout, which can also occur in a similar crisis
at any time, since the existing power supply systems are very intensive
in service and, therefore, prone to overloads and failures.

How difficult is it for you, as a person with a very active social life
and many contacts, to observe communication restrictions, as the
quarantine conditions in Germany prescribe?

Schubart: A person is a social creature, and limiting contacts and

communication is especially painful for everyone, both for a
businessman and for a family with children and elderly parents. But
everyone should understand that if he/she can now contribute to saving
many human lives through this limitation, then quarantine certainly
makes sense. This is my point of view. But at the moment it’s not even
clear whether this is actually so or not, so I think that in the next few
weeks it will become clear whether these restrictions, which are now
more and more spread in most parts of the world, should be maintained,
or nevertheless, associated deficiencies will arise, the impact of which is
much greater than the health risks due to the virus. In any case, it is
especially important now to conduct very carefully your business policy
so that competitors do not use the difficult economic situation, to defend
their interests and thus use the epidemic for their own purposes.

Schubart: I wish everyone who reads my interview, strength, courage

and, above all, health and ability to do something right now in this difficult
time, to make life more enjoyable for their loved ones, their families, their
friends and so that they can also find force, learned to abandon their own
needs in favor of their loved ones, develop spirituality, creativity,
implement completely new ideas. These are new opportunities that
would not have been opened had it not been for the coronavirus, which
will help you find your way after the crisis and bring you to a level that
you would not have achieved without the crisis. Hold on, it's worth it,

habitat, then in the end nature will avenge it. Accidentally or naturally, but
where there is a war, earthquakes are often observed; and, for example,
gas production also leads to tremors. Millions of tons of human waste in
the oceans - a real environmental disaster - the world of marine life
perishes from plastic waste; deforestation, ruthless exploitation of Earth’s
resources and uncontrolled population growth, especially in the poorest
countries, are far from a bright prospect for future generations.

The currently observed migrant wave in European countries destroys the

way of life of European civilization: increased crime, interethnic conflicts,
terrorist attacks and sometimes outright hatred of a prosperous Europe,
all this seems to be just the beginning of growing problems in Europe.

The “great” migration of peoples carries the danger of the emergence of

severe diseases. Against this background, the coronavirus epidemic

society is not acting enough to mitigate the effects of climate change,

as the main source of electrical energy in Europe is decreasing, an
essential issue to combat climate change and its fatal consequences.

Coal as an energy source is collapsing faster than expected in

Europe

The latest reports suggest that the European Union is shedding coal
faster than originally anticipated, while renewable energy production is at
its highest. This causes carbon dioxide emissions in the electricity supply
to fall at an unprecedented rate to date - the reduction reaches 12%.
This is indicated by the study prepared by the experts from Sandbag and
Agora Energiewende.

Path of energy transition

The fall in coal during 2019 exceeded all expectations. This is an

indisputable fact, as stated by Dave Jones, an expert at Sandbag (a
group of British climate experts). Jones states that the transition in
energy matters began more than a decade ago in almost all European
countries, and that already in 2018 the electricity supply from coal had
decreased by 30% compared to 2012 levels. However, the electrical
transformation of the EU constitutes a long-distance race, but, at least,
the use of coal during 2019 has been reduced more than expected, and
the decline continues this year.

It is increasingly evident that coal plants are not profitable, in addition to

being extremely harmful to the environment, which is why the
commitment to the use of alternative energy is increasing. Currently,
fifteen countries in Europe have set dates for the final closure of coal
plants. For example, France has set it for 2022. Germany, for its part, is
going at a slower pace and plans to dispense with this fossil fuel by
2038. Meanwhile, the Green Pact that the European Commission has
proposed seems to have priority to the fight against the climate crisis by
the EU countries. Now all that remains is for this commitment to be
fulfilled.

The electricity that was stopped generating in coal plants in 2019 was
produced around 50% by natural gas plants on the one hand, and by
wind and solar technologies on the other. However, it should be
remembered that natural gas plants also use fossil fuels, although they
emit about half of carbon dioxide when generating electricity.

Renewable energies face multiple drawbacks

It is unquestionable that the substitution of coal as the main source of

electrical energy is a great advance in preserving the environmental
environment, but dependence on oil is still strong today. Furthermore,
the renewable energies already known to all may not be efficient enough
so that fossil fuels can be completely dispensed with. For example, the
PV grid in China has suffered from quite a few general power outages in
recent times, while the viability of wind technology as a fully feasible
solution to fossil fuel is still in doubt, not to mention natural gas power
plants, which constitute a lesser evil, since they also use fossil fuels.

There is a new light on the horizon: the energy revolution of

neutrinos

Neutrinos are invisible particles that constantly reach the planet. The

own that these particles have mass, something that had always been

Neutrino Power Cube from Germany will stop the
expansion of American Tesla

According to the results of 2019, the automotive industry of

Germany is not going through the best of times. The German
Automobile Industry Association estimates the past year as the
worst over the past 25 years. Automobile concerns Volkswagen,
BMW and Daimler in 2019 produced 4.66 million new cars - the
figure was the lowest since 1996. One of the reasons for the drop in
sales is poor demand for cars in foreign markets. To reduce losses,
Daimler and Volkswagen, as well as the German tire and car
manufacturer Continental, were even forced to cut staff.

It is the automotive industry that is one of the important driving forces of

the German economy. However, the growing problems caused by severe
restrictions on exhaust emissions and even the prohibition of a number
of cities and regions on the movement of cars with diesel engines, a
clear tendency to switch to electric cars pose new challenges to the
German automotive industry, the position of which was already
undermined by the outbreak in 2015 " dieselgate ”, as well as a fall in
demand for cars from China - one of the main markets for German
automobile concerns. Credit Suisse believes that Germany expects the
status of "world Detroit" and the golden age of the German auto industry
will be followed by decline.
The share of cars with internal combustion engines will steadily decline
primarily in connection with the development of electric mobility. The
development of electric vehicles and the increase in their sales is
primarily associated with the name of Elon Musk, the shocking behavior
of which and a competent advertising company have led to the fact that
car owners are primarily interested in Tesla electric cars than brands of
electric cars of other concerns. Only at the 07.01.20 opened plant in
China, the company's plant plans to annually produce 250,000 Model 3
sedans and Model Y crossovers. For Chinese buyers, Model 3 will cost
about 51,000 USD. In November 2019, Musk announced that a new,
fourth plant would be built in Berlin. Starting in 2021, the Tesla Model 3
car and the new compact Model Y SUV will be produced at the plant.
Such development plans present real competition for the development of
German automobile concerns in the field of electric mobility.

If we talk about the topic of electric mobility openly and objectively,

it is necessary to mention the serious shortcomings of electric
vehicles produced at present, which you should always remember
when buying them:

1. A long charging time for an electric car - implies the existence of an

extensive network of charging stations. In the mass production of electric
vehicles, such charging stations will be required in mass quantities at
each parking lot, in each yard. This means a very large financial
investment in infrastructure. In Russia, this is a difficult condition,
because in our country, with huge gas reserves, the country has not
even been able to switch to gas engine fuel for a decade.

2. Short mileage between battery charges - to increase the mileage

between charges, Tesla installs on its top-end modifications energy-
efficient batteries of 95 kW / h, designed for long-distance trips.
However, according to Christian Schulze, Mazda’s European Research
Director, in an interview with Automotive News, “Electric vehicles with
high-capacity batteries in terms of CO2 emissions per 100,000 miles
pollute the environment more than diesel cars.” A significant role in this is
played by the production and disposal of such batteries, when the
owners of electric vehicles change them in connection with the end of
their service life. For this reason, the Mazda MX-30 electric car has a
battery of only 35.5 kW / h, because the amount of CO2 emitted during
its production and utilization is comparable to the volume of similar
emissions of a Mazda 3 diesel hatchback.
3. The degree of environmental safety of a car - should be determined
not only by the consequences of its operation. The whole life cycle of
electric vehicles should be taken into account - from the production stage
to recycling, including the processes of replenishing energy and servicing
machines, experts at the University of California, USA emphasize.
Currently, electricity is generated mainly from the burning of fossil fuels.
Scientists have found that for every kilowatt-hour of energy generated for
electric vehicles, up to 274 grams of carbon dioxide are released into the
air. For comparison, per kilowatt-hour of energy generated by burning
gasoline in internal combustion engines, carbon dioxide emissions do not
exceed 180 grams.

That is why the transition to electric mobility in the existing conditions will
only mean the transfer of pollution from cities to places of electricity
generation. In addition, with mass electromobility, the demand for
electricity will increase significantly, which means that the total volume of
CO2 emissions will increase.

In order to make electric cars truly environmentally friendly, we need an

innovative technology based on the latest science. And she appeared in
Germany. Neutrino Energy Group scientists have developed
Neutrinovoltaic technology - a method of generating a constant electric
current under the influence of particles of an invisible radiation spectrum,
both natural and artificial.
This technology is based on the use of the created multilayer composite
material of doped silicon and graphene. Using this technology allows the
manufacture of Neutrino Power Cube® DC neutrino sources. The
installation of several such current sources on an electric vehicle (see
the figure) will make it possible to switch to traction current generated by
these current sources. At the first stage of implementation of Neutrino
Power Cube®, a small battery will be installed on electric vehicles to
cover peak loads when driving in overtaking mode or when climbing
uphill, in a quiet mode of movement, Neutrino Power Cube® will
generate traction current.

Electric vehicles with Neutrino Power Cube® installed on them do not

need to be charged from an external source, which means that charging
stations are not needed. Such electric vehicles will be truly
environmentally friendly and cost-effective for their owners: there is no
need to pay extra for the electricity needed to charge them.

Thus, when introducing their technology into automotive manufacturing,

automotive industry to win a tough fight against competitors and
