CERTIFICATION

This is to certify that the 8 Adults and 8 children


passengers of the Elf Truck bearing Plate No. 1230097335 are
workers in the vegetable farm located at Barracatan, Davao City
managed by the undersigned.
The total of 16 affected persons were not able to enter the
City of Davao due to the strict implementation of the Enhanced
Community Quarantine (ECQ). Hence, all of them were stranded
in Barracatan for the whole period of ECQ.
The said persons have no Identification Cards to prove their
identity. Hence, this Certification is issued to testify that all of them
are farm workers in the property managed by the undersigned.
This certification is being issued for purposes of the allowance
of the 16 affected farm workers to enter the City of Davao to go to
their respective homes and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
