RESEARCH DATA INSTRUMENT


This research study used research made instrument which liated the
answer from the respondents. It is consisted of one part for ease of data
gathering, the first part was in the form of interview questionnaire. It was
composed of statements about experiencing stress.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS
The target respondents of the study are Grade 10 Students of Section
Plato of Mandaluyong High School because they are equipped and
knowledgeable to answer the question regarding the study which entitled
